I'll get it all the time, Like if I want

sixty five nine. I don't know who has it now,

Should call it one day to say, hey, this is
Kevin's phone number. What are you doing with it? Watching you?

I don't know why, and it's like, oh, your closest

Doing that at home depot when I would walk by somebody,
how much paper energy? Nothing, I have an apartment. I'll

So we had something pretty heartbreaking this weekend. We actually,
you know, I just got a new car recently. One
got a new car last year. So we had to
sell our old family wagon, the old old red super
roof Carvana.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
I yeah, picked up for you.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
She's gone. We named the Sheila and we've got her.
So Sheila, Sheila's gone on to glory. Unfortunately, it's kind
of sad. That was a car we brought lea a
home in for the first time. That was a car
I took Karen daycare for the first time, so it's
kind of been a sweet It was funny because the
car is in my wife's name, so I set everything up.
I had to use our information to put it all

in there. What's your password? I don't remember? Basically, where's
your license at? I need to put your license in there.
That So when the lady showed up to pick up
the car, she had to go outside and side to
all papers and anything like that, and then I was
standing there at the door watching her put a car
on the truck. I was like, I expect to be
this emotional about this.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
That was just sadright guys, I guess we're going out
tonight for dead. I can't can't take this emotion right now.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
We actually went to Primark. Then we went to we
need going down with pizza. H If you want to
call that out, we have a pizza.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
You can't can't know him out. Pizza is the hut.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
That's true, very true, but we uh, we still pizza appeared.
That's still in dining in pizza. So it was kind
of kind of treat, but it was kind of sad
to see the car that you kind of grew up
as other dad and go away. I'm like, oh man,
that's that was the car I drove you around Baltimore
and that one day you can't visit me and that
was fun.

Speaker 1 (06:40):

Speaker 2 (06:44):
But yeah, so that car's gone. Unfortunately, are little got
a little money in our pockets for it, So that's
that's pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
So that'd ben you said, money in your pocket that's
going away immediately next week.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Oh yeah, yeah, So now we have found money to spend,
and that money we actually just get every two weeks
to spend.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
So that's pretty cool. Girl money now exactly.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
We're gonna save some of it, of course, but not
all of it because it's been cool. We're gonna go
up down to Florida and lose our minds and just
short this time next week if walking around Animal Kingdom like, man,
this is great, this is.

Great, holding holding gear up like you are you are.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
I'm very interested see how she acts this because she
hasn't really been to a theme park before. Matter of fact,
I think about it makes yeah, she hasn't been anywhere
really because she's been cold and she was born well,
because she was a baby during the sometime, I just
I don't remember it. So but then it's been really cold.

This is this is a podcast. But all she can
do is lay down. Last summer she did slay there,
look at you. So this will be the first time
being ambulatory and like a big ol park.

I'm kind of sited for that.

Actually it'll be fun. But another than that, less you
care my voice. I'm still fighting something, but I feel
like it's leaving because I blew my nose like a
lot this morning.

It was it was pretty nasty. And then you gotta fight.
You have to get to Disney healthy. That way you
can come back not healthy and then mission actually fun.

In fact I was.

Actually I came out with something on our cruise last year.
I just ignored it, like, no, I don't care, I
don't care what I'm saying. I'm going I'm not going
to to my symptoms like the sound of that.

But it was just like post natal drip biologies. But
I still have symptoms and stuff. I'm just like, I'm
not going to know my symptoms. I'm gonna eat his food.
I'm gonna enjoy it. If I can't take it, I'm
going to blow my nose really hard, and I'll take.

Some said that, I still think we're in an environment where
that that's the main signal something.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
But I do have my flu shot and have my
COVID shot, so I know whatever it is, it's it's
working his way out of me, and I'm I'm probably fine.
Other than that, again, I'm still playing mass effect. Morgan
just died, so that was sad. I want a mission
now where.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
He's like every time is there a tenth time seeing
him die?

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Still it's sad because he's he's he's humming the song
and it just blows up and he's gone. And then
also now I'm gonna mission where I'm getting to the
point where I gotta choose between Tali and the Quarian race.
And there's a certain way to do this, so everybody's happy,
but it's a certain way if you don't do it right,
and t come a suicide. So I'm not gonna make
sure I do it right because otherwise that's heartbreaking. When

Would think about forty of time throughs. Again, I'll remember

I'm not sure if we're gonna ride that with me
or not. Now, have you guys planned out which days
you're going to? Which parks? Are you kind of just
willy nilly in it? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:55):
Every gonna ease into it. We we we're thinking about
could we landed pretty early on Sunday. We're going to
land like nine o'clock. We may try to universal that day.
We're not sure yet, Okay, but we're not really big
about it. We're not going really in there to ride.
We're kind of going into the shop honestly. Then we're
gonna kind of ease into it. Animal Kingdom on Monday
and Animal King's kind of a more relaxed park. Then

(10:16):
we're gonna go to Holloway Studios on Tuesday, and then
Epcotto on Wednesday, because the epcot on Wednesday is when
the Flower and Garden Festival starts.

Speaker 1 (10:23):
Okay, so get ready because that's gonna be a busy
time exactly.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
And then either Thursday or Friday, we're gonna do Magic Kingdom.
It depends on the weather because right now it's they're
saying might be cloudy a little bit on Thursday, no rain,
but it's just kind of cloudy, and then Friday's gonna
be sunny, so maybe so maybe we'll stay for Friday.
That way we can enjoy the sun. But then again,
if we're waiting in a line a long time, maybe
nice to have a cloud to two above you. So
I don't know, yeah, but either way, Magicingdom is usually

our our grand finale. Basically, that's what we build up to.
It's it's kind of like the crescendo of the fireworks show.
We kind of go all the way up medicing them
and then there boom, we'll come back home.

is like you have to go into an NBC comedy
knowing the first season you're gonna hate everybody. In the
second season, you'll get your favorites, which is office Parks

My compait character right now is the guy from Mortal Kombat.
That's the surgeon.

I just sucks here, no sense at all.

Christian fundamentalism. I'm not even getting all that, but that's

in recent days, Kira's favorite song has become shoot define

Also, Wickets coming to the Baltimore Hipodrome in December. Actually

sleep on that one. It's actually pretty good. It's a
good balance of like comedy. The songs really ain't doing
too much there. It is what it is, but comedy
and there's it's a little dark at times too, so

gonna have a breakdown at the end of the Season's
gonna be remember the episode of Star Trek. They're like
in that that machine and when they talk on the light,

I feel like he's a mental break he is.

thanks to Invincible, fighting off against a dragon literally a
man who turned into a dragon, which was teasing season one.
So that was fun. Yeah, to finally that payoff and
you know, they killed the dragon. Turns out Oliver's normal kid.
That's another beat. Yeah, that's pretty much Rex and and
what the shrinking Ray? They just had a normal dinner.

You know, I realized something about this show that is
getting worse with me every week. It's not saying as
a bad show at all, but it's just how I'm
bobbing with it. The characters I supposed like, I don't
like like Marcus gives them my nerves.

and I haven't read them to that point yet. This

world falls in love with her as Supergirl, if he
does what some people think he's going to do and

is a rumored screenplay about either death Stroke and Bain
Cool and it is once again it goes to the like,
if we're doing all these villains, you kind of need
to have that Batman movie be president for it to

If they do a death stroke movie in the vein
of like a Born, I think that can work.

use her blood for a transfusion. That's why he can

can really tea up if they come out before the
Teen Titans movie comes out and the Green Lantern Show,

and you're like, oh, yeah, give me Spider Man or

everyone's on board, but I think they're just waiting to

it to do it and it dilutes season one, you know,

two because I want Batman to beat the crap out

And then there's supposed to be a Blue Beetle animated

series with the director of the movie on hell, Manuel
Socho coming back to do it. I think Zolo will
voice the would easily voice the character. That'd be pretty
dub just to sort of reintegrate him back fully into

and I've only seen Korra once. I think more and

understand it again.

I've watched Core about three or four, maybe five times.
I am not disparaging Avatar Korra because she's a female
Avatar anything like that. What I didn't like is the
way I felt like the writers picked on her and
decided they needed to come into every season broken. I
don't understand that she's the Avatar she's the strongest thing
in the world. Why has everything everything started hurting in

a wheelchair and part of her is gone. And then
the first season they seven her connection with Differen Avatar
until came back and wilcome back up. Then the last
season all Amaztars are gone. It's just her now. So
the person this person can talk to you that was
is Cora.

She can't talk to and she can't talk to Roku
like everybody. Everybody's just gone. So I didn't really like
that way. I didn't appreciate that storytelling. I just didn't

I can go back seven Avatars, Like, hey, what'll you do?

Yeah, I think, well, obviously the cataclystsm thing probably is
gonna put a little damper point at you know point.
I think maybe it's sticking a little bit more going
back to a little bit of the more tribe I
guess tribe vibe of Avatar and not being more industrialized.

I think Jamie Perry did say Roku was a twin,
that his brother was just a powerful bender in the

reach right now, So actual I'll be interested to watch
that too, because I want to. I would like to
know her thoughts about how Maybe I'm just being too sensitive,
but I feel like she was treated badness.

the comic book graphic novels for the Ang Gang, and
there's a two for Cora. Well worth watching. They're more
kind of epiloguy things more than anything, but well Worth
is to keep watching, especially if the Avatar movies coming out,
and I think there is kind of nickelo. A lot

of kids shows have like oh for gravity falls, it
was like the book Book of Paranormal weird stuff. It
was like, oh yeah, you can in the book. They
did one for Cora where it's like a scrap book
she left for the next Avatar for them to like
learn through her lessons. Maybe some tipbits in there too.

It could be some tipbits, because I mean, this is
the Earthbender she's gonna have issues with. I believe it

had trouble with air as well, so it'd be interesting

is it if we're in a world where I mean
we'll go back to aang there are no airbenders, you know. Yeah,

like that is the main fans right or dying for Avatar.
But I think having this obviously got to kind of
introduce the new fandom to a bit to a degree,
in Core was very a lot more adult orienting, like
a teen nick side. Then yeah, Avatar, it's whimsical and

Coorra kind of kind of I want to say, I
want to say pandered, but aim for the more of
that older kid audience, whereas after Real Avatar was kind
of like the whole family. Basically, it was like dad
will watch it, Granddad will watch it, the kids will

Basically yeah, but overall excited. Don't know when it's coming out,
but get get hyped. Say what you will about Korra,
but I do hope maybe this show can also kind
of right some of those wrongs with Cora too.

Kind of like what what they do with Star Wars
all the time, kind of make yeah, justifying the Clone
Wars basically, you know.

Because Cora really tried to make Gang a dick and
it did really work for flashbacks, like you're not doing

this type of Cora And just I know there's a
very big fan base that hates Korra for wrong reasons.
By the wrong reasons, you don't need to hate the
Tackers or whatever the characters her performance, and I would

assume they're PreK going to cast kids again for the
young Avatars.
