Speaker 1 (00:00):
And a happy Monday friend. Welcome to the Thought Shower.
Intern John is my name. It was quite the weekend.
Let's gain this real quick. On Friday, I planned on
just kind of staying home this weekend and recovering because
my birthday weekend was last weekend or the weekend before rather,
and uh, it was a lot in a good way,

(00:23):
it was a lot. So I planned just kind of
staying this weekend doing nothing. Friday gets to the station,
Eric Houdie are like, Hey, do you want to go
to Katie Perry. I'm like, ooh, that's tempting because Katie
has hits at CFG and Baltimore. Like, I haven't been
to Cfjesus that reopened. Okay, let's do it. So Friday came,
we were driving up to a Baltimore. We're thinking about

(00:44):
places you'll gt food. I'm like, we should definitely go
to Jimmy's. And my role is as far as like
food places, I'll always through out my favorite like Jimmy's
is one of my favorites. Unless somebody else thinks of
something else, that's where we're going. I think that's the
easiest way to do. It's like, hey, we're gonna go
Jimmy's unless somebody else has a different idea. Nobody did.

(01:05):
So here's the thing about Jimmy's. Their seafood's fantastic. We
started with like the crab ring goon, Well it was
kraybring goon, That's what it was. That makes sense, and
the crab dip. Then john who is the owner, was
a nice time to bring out some more stuff for
us to have, which was great. Had like some fried shrimp,
had some like oysters, Rockefeller some other things as well.

(01:28):
It was fantastic. And then like at that point, I
was full, Mike, you want to what though? I go
to Jimmy's because the stuff lobster is my favorite thing.
I keep telling myself it's still birthday time. Yeah, I
mean it's still my birthday. Got the stuff lobster, and
then Johnson out dessert which was cheesecake, the Smith Island cake,
chocolate cake and something else. So we were like full

(01:48):
full going to the show. Go to the Kate Perry show.
They got drinks with glitter, so of course had to
get some of those. But I'll be honest, I was
disappointed Rebecca Black because rebec Blacks, the girl had the
Friday song you know, Friday Friday. It was a Friday.
She didn't do the song, and I was like, girl,

(02:08):
if there's any time to do this song, now it's
the time. So of course I called nine one one
and they put me in a hold. But like that
was such like a no, how do you not do
Friday when it's a Friday. Katy Perry came out absolute
banger of a show, like she's got one of those

(02:29):
catalogs of music where when the first couple seconds of
a song drop, everybody screams like, oh my god, it's
dark Horse, Oh my god, it's e t Oh my god,
it's last Friday night. And so we stayed for most
of the show. It's just like the arena is new
right or Redone parking Garage not so much. We parked
like the fifth floors. We're all kind of like, hey,

(02:49):
we just as soon as we can leave, we should leave.
So we stayed for the one that got away and
then left. So it was a great show. If you
chancey Katy Perry, absolutely see the show. I mean it
was just like, yeah, just kept going and going and going.
Also see if g looks great. I've saw Room five
there years ago, probably Gollaly six seven years ago. But

(03:14):
the new arena looks fantastic, so perhaps to them it was.
It was very good. And the rest of the weekend
is kind of relaxed. Didn't do much anything, which was
like that was kind of the goal. Worked on some projects,
hung out with skittles, got some walks in this week.
Give me busy as well. Going golfing tomorrow. Very busy.
Wednesday busy because I'm doing TV. I'll beyond Fox at

(03:36):
two and then at the bar. I owned Hide on Wednesday.
Used to do wine Wednesday. My good friend Andrew Day
who was playing the comedy Tours, he is playing at
the Bar on Wednesday six to nine pm. If you
get a chance to come out, it's gonna be a
lot of fun. Thursday going to a Nats game with
a show. So it's gonna be a very busy week,
but a fun week. Let's get into this, the personality

(03:59):
traits of men who will be great husbands for life. Now,
I know it's gonna seem like I'm just reading a
story about me. I mean, can't help it. Starting with
these emotionally intelligent Yes, they say it's a key trait
that can really impact how person interacts with others. A
man who's emotionally intelligent is able to understand his own
emotions and empathize with others. I mean, I think this

(04:21):
is across the board, right, and for those very reasons.
They know how to be a human. I think is
the easier way of saying that, right. They know how
to act with people, They know how to deal with positives,
deals with negatives. They know how to be a human.
They would be an adult, no doubt. He's trustworthy, obvious,
He's supportive of your goals. A partner who encourages you

(04:43):
to pursue your dreams is invaluable. Someone who's support of
your goals will actively cheer you on help you strategize
ways to achieve them. I've said this before about you know,
friendship and relationships too. It's like, to me, nothing cower
than seenior people do things. And when ex girlfriends will
get motions, it felt like a win for me, you
know what I mean? It felt like our team guy

(05:04):
w and that was fantastic. He's adaptable. Life is so unpredictable.
The ability to adapt and change is crucial to any
long term relationship. A man who's adaptable can handle life.
His curdball is a grace and flexibility. I will say
that I'm probably not as gray as this, And a
lot of it has to do with the jobs, you know.

(05:28):
I asked kind of recently about dating a single mom,
and I got nothing against single moms. I think it's
amazing what you do. However, given my work schedule, it's
almost it's almost impossible. And I was telling somebody this
and I was like, you know, with our jobs inherently,
and it's not just me, but getting up as early

(05:48):
as we do, and I get up to forty, get
to the station at three thirty, everybody's gonna hear about
like five ish. Like everybody I've dated, like their schedule
kind of has to evolve around my skele droll. It's
