Intern John is my name? Fresh off the birthday? Birthdays over, well,
it's not really over. I'm kind of pulling the sauce
with it. So yesterday was the actual birthday. Was lovely.
We had a mash Ros come in, so I had

steak for breakfast. You can't go wrong with that, I'm
gonna be honest. They brought in Ribbi's, they brought in Filets,
and I think they brought New York Strip. You can't
go wrong with steak for breakfast, especially when it's done
so well. Then after the show, I went home, took
a nap, woke up, went and got crabs at Avery's
with a friend Andrew o Day, his wife Romena, Eric came,

Buddy DJ Rise, his fiance Jess. That was lovely. Didn't
have dinner though, after all, you can eat steak and
then all you can eat crabs. Didn't have dinner. Didn't
need to gonna be honest, probably don't need to eat
for I don't know a couple of days. Maybe did
not get a chance to play video games. Got home

last night around like six, did work for the show
today and was like you want to know what it's time.
It's trying to hit the hay. But the birthday kind
of continues because Thursday I mentioned we're going to the
Empire Ship's Back, the Star Wars burlesque show that I
first saw in Toronto when I was there for it
was supposed to be a trip with the next girlfriend.

Hoodie found out they were doing this Star Wars burlesque
show and so went to that. Now the whole show's
going getting dinner before May shows, and then on Saturday,
we're doing the actually birthday party, like drinkies at public
and then my parents are in town next week, so
I'm sure we'll celebrate again. So I'm gonna be like

sixty five years old by the end of this. You know,
it's gonna keep on aging up. Feel good though my mom.
I was talking with Mom the other day yesterday and
I was like, I don't feel any different. I still
feel like twenty seven to twenty eight, which is good
at least mentally. But then again, like we were talking
at dinner yesterday about how much my schedule is about

to change once the once the bar opens, then hockey starts.
It's gonna be an interesting adjustment. I'm already pretty busy
as it is, like it's hard to find time to
do anything. Really, when hockey starts, that gets even less
because hockey's basically six days a week, and then when

the bar restaurant opens, that's gonna be obviously less than
that because I'm probably gonna be there three days a week.
So listen, it's gonna be it's gonna be interesting, it's
gonna be a vibe if you will, it's gonna be
uh figuring things out, and then you hopefully find time
for relationship and doing that kind of stuff too, so

you know, we'll see. I was upset the dogs got
me nothing for my birthday, very messed up. I want.
I was adorable that so Cecilia, who's a six year
old girl, listened to our show. She drew me a
photo of my birthday of me doing comedy jokes, which
was lovely. Also made me a bracelet that says that
I love Uncle I J. Very adorable. And then our

friends andrew MEI and their son Jackson, who is adorable
as well. He drew me a picture at school and
made me a rock with googly eyes on it, and
then made me a photo frame as well, so very
exciting stuff. You know, IJ loved the kids and if
I may be so bold, the kids love IJ. It's adorable.

I mean, what do you do when a child you
know does something like that? Also too, I wanted to

can because Clint, who is Rose's husband, made me an AI.
So that is so frequently good. So this is an

AI song. AI singer Clint put random details into the
AI and it made this song. Hold on was Aca
raise a class, My sweetest fair Burven flows and cans
to celebrate the man who's chee pictures on the walls. Okay,

every snapshot calls you one day all right? Long lost
with the cups? So sweet, Scato's chili by, How weird
is that? Dude? How weird? There's more? Anyway, that's crazy.
That's how good the AI is. You just put in

some key details about something and it makes a song
that's insane and I kind of be honest, it's kind
of catchy kind of vibe. Yeah, anyway, I want to
get to this for your Wednesday. If somebody does these things,
they may be trying to sabotage you. Now, if I
have people try to sabotage me, of course, like everybody has.

It's gotta keep on moving. I guess I never really
have stopped down to acknowledge it. I just kind of
keep moving. That's That's also how I tend to deal
with like haters is just keep moving, Just keep going,
you know. So that's the best revenge of success, Just
keep kind of pushing through. If they always have a
better idea right after you share yours, Yeah, they're not

being openly dismissive. Instead, they're subtly trying to undemine your
confidence by suggesting tweaks and or changes. They say. It
seems helpful at first, but then it starts to become like, yeah,
I think that's kind of true because they're almost trying
to make you second guess if your right by anything
in your opinion on things. If it's like we should
go to them all, oh, but we shouldn't go this

mall because X y Z. Like they're almost subtly trying
to make you feel stupid. And listen, I can make
myself feel stupid normally, I'll do it subtly. If they
give a lot backhanding compliments, Yeah, they say it's kind
of compliments to sneakyway undermined confidence while seemingly super by
seemingly being super friendly. I think that makes sense. Don't

get into that they bring up your past mistakes at
every available opportunity. Yeah, especially from other people, you know
what I mean. Like if they will try and make
you look dumb in front of other people, that to
me is always a big sign, especially if it's like
stuff that's fairly intimate to bring up and there's really
no need to That to me is a huge sign, like, Okay,

what are you doing? If they exclude you from plans
or conversations. Somebody often excludes you from plans of combos.
It could be intentional. It's a form of social sabotage
by making you feel like you're not part of the group.
It's a tactic that can make you doubt your relationships
with people. Yeah. I think that's also because then they
can be like, oh, you're hanging out last night and

then letting you know, like we consciously decided to hang
out and not invite you. You know what I mean,
They're trying to isolate you from the group one hundred percent.
If they constantly forget important details about you and your life.
They say that's so called forgetfulness. Can range from missy
important dates to overlooking your taste of preferences. It's a

subtle form of disrespect. Then applies your interests in milestones
aren't worth remembering. Damn, damn, that's messed up. Yeah, but
it also makes sense. Yeah, it's like, hey, your stuff's
not important enough to remember or to get right one

hundred percent. If they happily share your secrets and never
feel bad about it. It's kind of the last one,
especially in public, like let yourself spell almost like you
don't matter enough to protect you know what I mean,
Like you don't matter enough to protect the relationship, to
protect you as a person. If they are super competitive

in situations where there's no winners or losers, Yeah, I
found that weird sometimes with people where it's legitimately like
games you have, like a game night and something that
like nobody can win. It's such an odd thing of
like somebody getting super competitive and like breaking down and
like really getting into it, so the point where things

are awkward where it's like, hey, we're just playing tic
tac toe, dude, you know what I mean. There's like
two ways to win this game. Last one is they
constantly give unsolicited advice. They say unsolicited advice, especially given
by the same person, can be overwhelming and patronizing and
implies the person giving the advice knows better, which can

undermine your confidence and your own decisions. Yes, to me,
it's almost like they're saying, like, your mistakes are so obvious.
It's so obvious you're making mistakes. I see them, and
I'm gonna point them out because I'm better than you are.
