Bree had a very specific Barbie when she was growing up, and apparently Clint's G.I. Joe's didn't survive for long in his house.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
The z M podcast Network. Hi, welcome to the Brian
Clint Podcast, where we've just been hearing about Breeze flexible
Gymnast Barbie that she had as a child.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I just remember it very vividly. I got gymnast Barbie
and she was very flexible.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Was she? Or did you force her to be flexible?

Speaker 2 (00:24):
No?

Speaker 3 (00:25):
She was.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
Did you bend her? And says that Barbie shouldn't be bent?

Speaker 2 (00:28):
No, because obviously normal Barbie like just stamp. I mean
I shouldn't say normal standard Barbie. Her legs don't really move,
and her arms either. But Gymnast Barbie had like she
had joints in her ankles and her knees in her elbow.
So she was very flexible.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
That's what you want in a Barbie. A.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
I used to get so fucked off with my brothers
who would overturn the legs and the waist, specifically on
my Gi Joe's and with g I Joe's they did
swivel at the waist, but it was just a rubber
band that connected their hips to the and once that
rubber band snapped, that's it. You can't put Cio broken.

(01:08):
It's broken.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
It the girl equivalent of that is Barbie. Once you
pull her head off, she never looks the same.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
She never goes back on. She's got the longer neck, but.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
She goes on. No, but she has no neck. Ah yeah,
once you put try and put the head back on.
Once you pulled it off, that's it.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
When you give them a haircut, a it's never the same,
never the same.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
I my mum caught me once in my room. I
would have been I reckon about three ogon three, and
I was secretly so. My mom was a hairdresser and
she used to do a lot of hairdressing at home,
so obviously I used to watch that. But I still
it's like one of my earliest memories. I was in
my room and I'd go to my room and I'd
give this teddy bear that was quite fluffy, and I

(01:50):
was cut giving him a haircut. And then I started
giving myself a haircut. You now, kids always eventually do that.
And then my mum found me and the bear with
the same haircut, and we both had the biggest foe
head because I'd cut all my hair off.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
I wouldn't care if my kids were cutting the hair
on their dolls or toys, as are their toys. They
can do whatever they want to them. I would be
furious if they cut their own hair. Oh grows back,
I know it grows back, but then they're going to
have this shonky ass haircut, which when you go out
in public, people don't know that the kid did the haircut.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
They assume you did that. People.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
You don't reckon people. No, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Producers, if you saw a kid with it with like
a shitty haircut, like a real haircut, what would you think?

Speaker 3 (02:39):
I mean, I've been through it. I'd say that kid
has stolen a pair of scissors?

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Who did it?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Me?

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Did it? You did it?

Speaker 3 (02:49):
Kids all do that, I grab it.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
You'll find them on the stairs with the scissors on
the hair. You'll find them.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
I feel like every kid kids have like bowl cuts,
and you're like, oh, I'm giving my kid a bowl cut.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
You I was too vain as a kid.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Really. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
I cut my hair a few times.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
I don't have the foresight to be like, I'm gonna
look ugly after this.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
I was just like, Wow, this is fine. I kind
of heap my hair off once because.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
My my head stopped fitting in my motorbike helmet and
I was like, stuff, isn't going to cut my hair off?

Speaker 1 (03:23):
That's cute. Yeah. I saw someone today, cool dude, motorbike outfit,
Cool dude, and then safety do motorbike helmet, which I
always encourage. But then they had to put their glasses on.
And I'm not saying you shouldn't, because you've got to
have your wits about you and your motorbike. And if
you need glasses to see, then you've got.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
To do that like seeing glasses, not like sung glass.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
No seeing glasses. But you can't pull your helmet on
over the glasses. You've got to take your glasses off,
pull your motorbike dude helmet on, and then like push
your glasses so.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
Hard to get them on too.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
I had to do it when we were in Greece
and we hired these four wheelers and we had to
all wear obviously we're all wearing helmets, and then we
all had to wear sunglasses because there was no protection.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
We're driving on dirt roads and it's it hurts. Should
the goggles I know I should have.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
That would be cool.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Cool.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
What if you can get prescription visors you motivate that
comes down, here's your prescription that you.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
Can't get prescription goggles.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
I wonder if you can get motivate helmets that have
got like hit up displays in them. You know how.
Now you can get the projected onto your windshield when
you're driving the car. I want to earn your motibike.
You can have like ship come up on the question.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
That's cool.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
I like the ones with the intercoms and like the
yeah through them stuff so.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Cool, dangerous but yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Love a walkie talkie.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Yeah we should get today. By the way.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Oh yeah, when we come over to your house, Clint,
can I use it?

Speaker 2 (04:52):
I really want to use it.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
I'm considering renigging on my offer to come over to
the house. I told you well because I said my
family are going away, so it's good and I know
you want to see the house. I do want me
to ca Yeah, well one of them did.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
But yeah, yeah, wait to bring it up. Good one.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
I have a surprise for you.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Another care was eating biscuits while we were having dinner
the other night, and its tail was flicking around, and
my daughter goes, did Ziggy's tailed because he's the dead bunch? Guys,
did Ziggy's tail do that? When she was undead? The
reason I was renigging on the offer is because you can't.
But it'll be nighttime. You know you won't see shirts.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
Come on a Seconday outday. Let's do a brunch. Let's
they're coming for brunch.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Now, that'd be they'd work for you for you get
six thirty a m. Saturday, I'll be there. Well, there's
a leave with me. Then okay, there's a potential we
could do a Sunday evening.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Sunday evening, that's a school night. I get the Sunday
skins are Sunday evening.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
When do you want? We don't want to get lit.
It's a very small window of getting.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
Is this for when your family's away? They I missed
that part must be seen by the family.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Work and family.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
We don't exist. One thing's one things. They're the only ones,
and then we think we're the only ones.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
Right, Well, it's in your court, Clint. I don't care clearly.
But when's the family going away, like Sunday till Wednesday?

Speaker 3 (06:38):
Where are they going this Sunday?

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Going to the beach? Someone's vibrating? Hell, give a ship
out of here?

Speaker 3 (06:45):
Why are you calling me?

Speaker 1 (06:46):
