It's Fleetborn and Haley's a little bit of pod. Welcome
to a little bit of pod. And Honey saw this.
I had a bit of a fly, like a mini
what do you call them? Mini flies? Station like a
like smaller than fruit flies midg's.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
I don't know why eat it.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
I don't know what happened. If I left the window
open or it was I reckon it might have been
some fruit from the supermarket, maybe that I left on
the bench.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
We got back to Fletcher's and we're just sort of
noticing little Midge's around the eyes every week.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
And then did it remind you where you were a
d in summer and you're on your bike.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
The every this is on the walls everywhere.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
It was crazy and okay, well what are these non
biting midgis?

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Don't feed it all? They only live for a few
days to make The larvae live in water or damp
soil and its algae and micro organisms. Biting Midge's like
and flies feed on blood from humans because they need
the protend to make eggs. The males feed on nectar
and plant juices.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Only the females of bloodsuckers there, Yeah, so I was like,
is there some fruit left over anywhere? Is it like,
because you know a lot of plants, I've had this before.
When you get like a new bag of plotting makes yeah, yeah,
sometimes that happens.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
That fungus gnats.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
It's buzz around indoor plant pot plants because they like
the fungus, the tiny micro fungus that lives. Yeah, if
they're biting you, their biding madgeties are the swimming harmlessly
out of water, their non bodying megetes.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Well. I was like, fun, I'm going to get to
the supermarket and get some fly spray. Man, it's hard
to pack a fly spray.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Ey, how do you choose?

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Like I was standing there and was like, there were
like maybe ten different varieties of insect genocidal sprays.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
I always choose the green wings and makes me think.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
That no par But I saw the green one and
I was like, to me, I want the chemicals. I
want everything deep.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
If we're fly spraying with flyes, I'm not being safe here.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Absolutely everything is dying. And then there's like fast erecting,
and it's like, well, what's the point of that. I
want to all the fly sprays to be faster acting
how much faster can I? And then it's like how
many plugs rapid? And then some of them are just
like we just do flies and big flies, and other
ones are like we do flies and we do insects
crawling and.

Flying.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
And then I'm like, well do I want the one
that does crawling insects because if they're big insects and
they die from this spray, that little little bugs will
really die.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Yeah. Someone would say the same about us in a
nuclear apocalypse. If it kills the big ones, that'll kill
the little ones. But they say the cockroach will survive.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Yeah, that's a good point.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
I killed a cockroach yesterday. I just don't bare hands.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
I always get a tissue.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Yeah, I just didn't have time. It was a scatter
at us. I literally punched that death.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
So I got the spray. Just settled on a couple
of bottles and I can't remember the brand, but they
had a really cool nozzle. I think that's why I
went for it had cool. No, wait, it's not the
double spray nozzle. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Man, you go through those cans so quickly. Be careful,
little squirrel.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
I know, but I sprayed all the pot all the
potting macs and my plants. I sprayed the leaves, the plants,
I sprayed everywhere. Everything is dead. That's a great and
spray of course everything.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
He is Russia. He is Russia and World War Two,
retreating to Stalin grant and just sucking torch and everything came.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
And I got back to the apartment and you had
to pick up some stuff, and we were like, oh, no, fly, really, I.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Don't know how that Major Murray was did Major.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
He's on his ventilator, he's on you have returned. He's
like that all that pipe that up as Schnoozer and
the Dune movie, so you can breathe because he's locked
in this fucking in the city apartment and we're just
gassing the place
