It's Fleachborn and Hayley's a little bit of pod. Welcome
to a little bit of pond.

I believe Shannon is trying to join me on the
good side of live the left handed side. But why
are you you're naturally right handed? Why trying to be
left I'll tell you it's not it's it's a burden.

Speaker 4 (00:20):
Well, I'm trying to learn both. Like I'm not going
to try forget right handed and sexual.

Speaker 1 (00:27):

Ye. No, I just want to be stronger in my
left hand. So every day I'm doing little tasks because
I've picked up a new craft.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
What is it.

Speaker 4 (00:36):
It's called half stitch. It's like cross stitch, but halfway.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
So you just do one angle, yeah, but not cross,
it's just.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
Dash, just dash dash hand yeah something are half stitching
and basically you go in and then I've had figured
out it would be a lot more efficient if I
could left hand out right handed and go like kind
of moving around. But my left hand is useless.

I'm like, Shannon, go for that square and it's like,
I think.

A lot of it because I find my right hand
is pretty good because the world's made for right hands,
so there's a lift, so you had to get to
adapt and overcome some pretty yeah, are you okay? It
was just you know, we all have our things terrible
with my left whereas nothing is made for left hand,
so it would be weak.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Yeah. So I've been like trying to practice writing and stuff.
I'm just trying to like teach her how to go
I try using a knife. Well, yeah, I'm female.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Yeah, my hand is Yeah, it's weird mine not.

I always say her about my body parts. I'm like
she saw yeah me.

Yeah, she likes that. Yeah, she responds well to that.

Yeah, and so my hands, she's not doing great. So
I'm trying to learn how to write. But like Shannon,
I go to write my name quite hard, like the

Yeah, it looks like a five year old possible to
learn to be as good as you are. On the
other side, at the same at the sage like I
know people and distress like you guys.

Well, Brendan's been trying to take my partner because with cards.
So I've been learning how to shuffle one handed with
both hands.

Come on could confuse me though in the workplace, because
we are we mates.

I've got my boyfriend's branded cards on me at all times.

Of course, amazing, it's all his stuff. They signed, he
signed it for me.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
Oh my god. Cut so she can make some money

Speaker 4 (02:41):
I'm nervous. I'm going to screw it up. This is
a one handed cut, so go like this, I'm going
to come up.

Speaker 2 (02:49):

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Come on, girls, So you cut it in half and

under pressure, just real hard nails to do that, sure
my nails.

Oh okay, yes, cart I can cut it.

That's not going to get you kicked out of a

But that's what I mean. I'm on this journey.

So you're practicing that with you that's your left hand,
you're doing that.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yah, I'm better at magic right handed.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Well, if you want any, I've got some left handed
scissors at home. Okay, you can practice cutting your thighs.
But they're fairbric scissors, so you can't be using those
on paper.

Speaker 4 (03:40):
Well not. I just bought some new sewing scissors and
I also bought embroidery scissors.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Are you allowed to use them? Does mum yell at
you if you use them for cutting paper?

Speaker 4 (03:49):
I cut? I found a split endo on my hair,
and I was like, is this allowed?

Speaker 3 (03:53):
Like I debated, it's a human fabric.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
And then I was like, I'm going to do it.
And I did it and I felt guilty. They are
so excited.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
There is a Graine trauma was here, some kind of
class where mums had to learn how to yell at
their kids for using the good scissors because everyone.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Yeah, we all knew.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Were they just so expensive in the eighties and nineties
that mum.

Speaker 4 (04:18):
And to get them sharpened as a lot Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Right, yeah, to do that with the knife thing and
we're down, so the scissors didn't even touch anymore.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Everyody Dad's fault.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Yeah, he was an aggressive sharpener. We're blaming dad, We're
blaming dad. You dad, Jesus
