A unique program through the Albany County District Attorney's office tries to help young people avoid criminal convictions through making positive changes in their lives. In this podcast interview, Diane Donato talks with D.A. David Soares about what kind of young offenders are eligible for the Clean Slate program, the changes and restitution they have to make, and the challenge they face in going before a panel of community leaders to get their charges dismissed.
