Following tonight's Thursday night kickoff with the Giants and Eagles, we anticipate another sports-heavy weekend with some huge games and matchups many would say they cannot miss. On quite a roll now after 5 straight weeks of winning picks, professional sports bettor Chuck Edel weighs in on a few chalks for tonight's games; NFL and MLB, mixed with some favorites to eye rolling into the weekend for Week 6 & 7 in the NFL and the NCAA.

to see what actually was happening in Kansas City was
very shorthanded at the wide receiver position. Worthy with out,
Rice was out. Rice is still out. However, Worthy has
come back to the last two games, and since those
he's been back for two games Kansas City's offense is

averaging thirty two point five points a game. In those games,
Worthy had seventeen receptions, and he's also opening up the
game for all the other receivers. I mean, and if
you remember, remember when Reed bump Kelsey on the sidelines,
and I think he woke him up because he's been
playing much better since then. He's had thirteen receptions in
his last two games, playing much better. So a lot

of positive things going on. And just a reminder again
for the game tonight. If you want this game tonight

You know last weekend that lost to Jacksonville on Monday night,
Kansas City pretty much dominated the game as far as

the line of scrimmage went, they outgained him four hundred
and seventy six to three hundred and nineteen yards. Of course,
the fourteen point swinging on the when Kansas City was
going in to score the ninety nine yard interception return. Uh.
One of the keys in this game are going pointing
for Kansas City is the Detroit Lions secondary is completely
banged up. They're missing four of their five top starting cornerbacks,

and uh, they're gonna have their hands full with this
Kansas City. And Kansas City knows about it, obviously, and
they're going to be taking full advantage of that. And obviously,
on the other hand, you know, Kansas City's defense is
gonna have to step up. We know how good Detroit's
offense has been after the little slip up against Green
Bay Week one. Spagnola is able to put pressure on
the quarterback and that's how you get to golf. That's

how you rattle GoF And uh, I think at home,
which is one of the biggest home field advantages in
the NFL. I do like Kansas City here.

I think early, you know, earlier in the season. If
