Rockets have now won four consecutive games. And Rossie, I
simply say to you, it feels good. It does feel

last night. Is also so I wasn't My confidence was
not shaken, and they rewarded all of us Houston Rockets
fans with a victory. Yeah, some of the numbers were

this Cooper Fly could have probably used one more year

play probably more minutes he probably would want to as
an NBA player in his rookie season. The running point

wasn't a factor in a game in Houston, Texas. I'm zero.
I've been fearing Klay Thompson since I can remember him
being a Golden State Warrior. So it was nice to
not be super scared of Clay Thompson. He was even
pretty good for the Mavericks last year. Yeah, and he
had a big game answer Rockets last year, didn't he.

did ask some of my friends in the Dallas side,
I said, Hey, is this Clay and giving up? And
you know he's Clay works hard, he's putting the time. No,
he's just by the time, just as undefeated it always is.
He's had a cl injuries, Achilles injuries, I think. So
it's Yeah, he's thirty five and he's doesn't have the
luxury of being as tall and lengthy as Kevin Durant.

No no defense or whatsoever. And the shot is not there,
and he was seeing in some open looks. Mean the
Rockets were giving him some open looks. Yeah, one freight
from three points. I think the shots will fall for him.
But the athleticism is just it's completely gone from his
body due to all the injuries that he suffered. So
all right, so if you want to chime in on
the Rockets last night, I will say this, I really
hope now is what's the cliche term hope in one hand?

up first? I mean, we have to be realistic. Word,
how do I put this? Uh? Not the most not
the most feverish NBA town. Yeah, that's pretty good. Okay. Uh,

This team's gonna have to get to the Western Finals
to really get crazy multiple years. I'm sorry. Even the
James Harden great days with Chris Paul, those those crowds
were not even full until thirty minutes into the game,

were the PA and the championship years to win, it
was really really really rocket right right right, And I

don't want it to get to that. I mean, I
wanted to get to that level. This was an NBA town,
but I don't want it to have to go all
the way just to get to that level. This was
not a baseball town until twenty fifteen ish, That's right,
That's right. So, uh, yeah, you gotta win in this town.
I will just say this and again take it for
what it's worth. You just we're just want friends hanging out.

Thompson continues to be a guy that can play a
four or five different positions and has done a really
good job, been shot very well and actually got another
three point last night and had twenty seven points. I'm
going to tell you, Houston, Texas, if you are down
on the Texans and you are nervous about the future
of the Astros, there's a certain basketball team in this

town that wouldn't mind you putting your eyeballs on them.
You don't have to go buy season tickets. You don't
mean they like for you to do that. But my
point is this just to say, wake me up at
a certain time like Christmas time is always the cliched
NBA term. That's true. I think you're doing yourself at
disservice because it's a good basketball team. It's running through
the competition. Right now, it's fun and right now it

is we, of course, continue to have to use these caveats.
It's early in the season. They have the best offense
in the NBA offensive rating points per game, They are
the best. And the scary thing is, as you mentioned,
I would think we've used the words sloppy, plunky, disjointed,
so they haven't looked completely fluid. They turned the ball
over seventeen times again yesterday and gave up seventeen points.

Off of that, they're going to get even better. And
they're the number one offense in the NBA right now.
And some of that will come down because the three
point shooting I don't think is going to continue as
hot as it has. But as far as the actions
they get into and the shots they're going to take
and make and getting better chemistry, that's going to get
even better. So I would just say public of public
service announcement. If you are down on the Texans for

yet another reason. And by the way, I want to
make sure I mentioned I have amended the Texans will
never win a Super Bowl as long as mcnaire's own it.
It's going to be the Texans will never win a
Super Bowl as long as Nick Cassarki is running the
front office. So you're extinguishing their previous claim is gone.
I think you're recanting. I think I'm allowed to do
that because you're canting. It's really the only decisions they

have to make as an owner, to their general managers
and their coaches. Those are the two most important things
I know. So if you if you make bad decisions there,
it's going to cost you. I think both guys are safe.

Miko is safe. I think Casario is going to have

doesn't make the playoffs, it will be some soul searching

be given one more draft to go fix some things
and get more aggressive and fre agency and certainly address
the offensive line in the draft. But I feel like

and the Jets are cleaning up. Quite frankly, they have

backing anything. I mean, we had Nick Chubb and Woody Marks.
They're fine pass blocking, they just can't they're just not
very good runners. But also you have to ask yourself, Okay,

we can have these these great running backs, but if
we can't block for them, we don't have a good
offensive line. The run blocking has been a lot better
for the Texans, especially, and Ingram's been good. Titus Howard
has been good, but he's out of with concussion. Offensive
line running game, that's what I would like to see.
If you don't if you know, if you're saying, oh, okay,
we're okay with Nico Collins. We got Dalton Schultz and

Jalen Knowles made some plays. Christian Kirk as long as
he's healthy, I'm okay with that. Necessarily needing pass catcher.
Offensive line is also difficult to make those types of
trades because guys don't want to give up good offensive linemen.
I don't think you're gonna be getting some kind of
Pro Bowl caliber guy, not anyone of the caliber of
you know what, Queenn Williams is to the defensive line

But I mean, if you can get somebody that's just
