of Famer, you got to goand they always going to get put you
in a ring of honor of thatstuff. But if you just if you
played and had a good career orplayed a couple of years, I think

play. And then three or four, five years goes by and you say,

go, I think you just getremoved from it because different generations of players

across that are I'm talking about that. We're great players. They just don't

hold a bitterness to the game oftheir injury, or maybe they don't feel
like the NFL treated them. Iknow that that some feel like they were

Raiders that go back, that arein Vegas, that go every week,

who the when, when general managercoaching changes, how welcoming they are to

time, right, And a lotof times the coach handles. I mean,

I see those guys back at fortynine games all the time. So
and it had not to do withyour love of football to think maybe it's

tread and lightly wondering if they're overthe hump yet. I don't know,

you more than when you're winning.Everything's cool, I don't. We're good

when I talk. That's why I'vealways said I'm a the criticism. If
you have something or you've got somereally hardcore coaching to do or teaching to
do, do it when you're winning. Yeah, I mean the criticism part
because people are more receptive to itbecause like things are going good, Okay,
I'm I'm open to it when youstruggle and you you know, strike
out twelve times in fifteen at bats, or you're throw them picks or you

got your ass kicked, and thencriticizing guy for fumbling three times while he
already knows you're beating him down.And I'm not sure that's good leadership.
So throwing him on your shoulders andcarrying him through it seems like this kid
has a pretty good idea to doit. And he doesn't seem to be

a I mean, you've got tobe able to do both. But he's
not a it doesn't seem to beto be a guy that has to overtalk
