Why Are The Astros Struggling To Pull It Together?

With a handful of players on the IL list, the Astros have developed almost a small sense of struggling to win and close out games. With most of the players on IL being starters, the Astros have turned to their bullpen amongst other measures to get the ball rolling. What's missing for the Astros?
