(01:07):
Tim love getting the calls, lovegetting the questions. You love them so
much you give a thank you forthat. I do a little twenty five
dollars thank you for calling in.It really helps my show for a few
reasons. The most important thing,in my opinion is folks being the CEO
of their own health. And partof that role and responsibility even is to
know what your options are when itcomes to treating your health, and so

(01:32):
I love natural alternatives. I alsohave great appreciation to our medical system in
Madison. We have some of thebest doctors pharmacists in the world here.
I love chiropractors and acupunctures, andwhen it comes to your health, my
mission is to educate on natural alternativesat work. And what I've found,
Sean is folks just don't know whatnatural alternatives are out there. So if

(01:55):
you're dealing with a struggle small, medium, large in your health, you're
curious what the natural alternative world hasto say about it. Now it's a
really good time to call six Oeight three two one thirteen ten. That's
three two one thirteen ten. Greatopportunity to get you on the air with
Tim O'Brien from The Healthy Place. And again, Tim, we'll get to
twenty five dollars gift card as athank you for your great question. Get
some great answers as well. Andanother way to reach Tim is of course

(02:19):
via email Tim at finds your HealthyPlace dot com. That's Tim tim at
find your Healthy Place dot com.I've talked about the website to find your
Healthy Place dot com. Wellness andconsultants available for you there or of course
in stores whether it's the Fitchburg WestSide or sun Prairie location of the Healthy
Place. And again, phone linesare open for you right now. Six
O eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six O eight three two one

(02:44):
thirteen ten. Myra sent an emailabout about being proactive the upcoming allergy season.
Says primarily have issues with pollens inthe springtime. Started consuming local honey,
which is awesome. Heard that canhelp. What are some other things
that could be doing or haking? And Tim, I know this has been
Myra send an email. I knowyou and I have chatted quite a bit

(03:05):
off the show about that I knowyou get a lot of questions allergy season.
It can be rough for folks. But there are things that can help
relieve it, aren't there absolutely? You know this time of the year,
a couple times a year really apollen allergies, hay fever. You know,
this is the most common type ofallergy. It's caused by your airborne
pollen from trees, grasses, weeds. Food allergies are big insects, sting

(03:29):
allergies, that's a thing. Petallergies, of course, and so regardless
of the allergies, there's different reactionsand sensitivities within the body. And when
it comes to some of these topallergies, there are natural alternatives that work.
So there is a product that ismy go to product. It's by
Lively Vitamin Co and it's called InhaleExhale Year Round Support for Sinus and Immune

(03:54):
Health and Sean, I gotta tellyou, man, the coolest part about
this product and what our customers andour community appreciates about it is how fast
it works. If you take itwithin forty five minutes, you feel and
see relief. And so folks willtake it one to three times a day
or they'll just have it in thecabinet as needed for when you're running into

(04:15):
those issues. The glory of thisproduct is the stinging nettle, quercetin and
bromoline. Stinging nettle is a powerhouse. Herb five hundred milligrams gets the job
done. Quercetin is an antioxidant,it's the top antioxidant actually four treating allergies.
Bromoline, which actually comes from thepineapple, helps as an enzyme breaking

(04:40):
down the inflammation related to allergies. And then in addition, we put a
strong kick of leposomo vitamin C inhere, which leposomal just means it's encased
with a natural fat that launches theabsorption. So three hundred milligrams are that
bad boy in there. Rooting andfos are your prebiotics that help your guts
react into allergies. So inhale exhaleby Lively vitaminco. You can check that

(05:03):
out on line. You can checkthe find your Healthyplace dot com. Check
the search bar. I would encourageus for you, Myra and anyone out
there that's battling allergies. This hasbeen a winner winner chicken dinner. One
of the things school you mentioned notchecking it out online find your Healthy Place
dot Com. A lot of greatinformation there and of course chatting with the
wellness consulted right online. You canalso place an order right online as well.

(05:26):
I know. Um, sometimes lifegets busy as as as Tim.
You know, as of course, kiddos, you got you got work.
Everybody, you know, we've allgot these things going on. One of
the cool things is at a convenienttime you said to find your Healthy Place
dot com, do your order rightonline. Um. There's also options for
shipping free shipping as a matter offact, details all that find your Healthy
Place dot com speak of checking outthe website or stopping into the stores.

(05:50):
Um. I know a lot offolks a daily vitamin. I know,
when you go in for like youryour annual wellness meeting with your doctor.
One of the things they often askbecause do you take a multi vitamin?
And there's something really important when itcomes to choosing a multivitamin and understanding what
you're putting in your body and understandingthat with what's on the label outside.

(06:13):
One of the great things about theHealthy Place, Tim is when it comes
to multivitamins, you guys carry reallyreally high quality vitamins and it's really really
important to understand what's in those, isn't it? You know, it really
is. And in fact, wewere chatting me for the show about this
because the multivitamin by Lively VITAMINCO isour product of the month, and so
we're really highlighting that. So we'rethrowing a nice discount on it all month

(06:38):
long, and you know, we'regetting education out there, Sean, because
what everybody agrees on is that we'reall nutritionally deficient in one way or another.
One way or another, there's deficiencies, there's gaps. The food is
not what it used to be somedecades ago. You know, a hundred
years ago, you really didn't needto take a multi vitamin because the food

(06:59):
was so much more rich. Youknow, if you look at a bowl
of salad and you compared that tothe nineteen fifties, it has roughly half
the amount of nutrients and that's notan exaggeration. Half the amount of nutrients
that it had seventy seventy five yearsago. A bowl of brown rice has
forty percent less calcium. You know, broccoli from nineteen seventy five to nineteen
ninety five, it went down twentyfive percent in vitamin C, so our

(07:23):
food is just not as nutritious asit used to be, so we have
more and more nutritional deficiencies. VitaminD is probably the most common magnesium iodine.
So a quality multivitamin is really essentialin this day and age and where
things are headed, it's just goingto become more important. And you want
to take a good quality multivitam. And when I say good quality, you

(07:46):
know it's an overused term because everybodysays there's is good quality. So I'm
going to break down what I meanby that real quick. It just comes
down to the forms of ingredients. The forms of ingredients. So if you
take some of the most common oneof days out there today on the market,
their heat compressed tablets that are heatcompressed with twenty thousand pounds of pressure

(08:07):
per square inch, so there's theselike little mini stones going through your body.
And this is TMI. But Ihave made it a practice now to
talk to plumbers, and one timeI asked a porta potty guy. I
was like, you know, becausethey brought it up to me first.
There's plumbers out there. They seethe pills on the other side, some
still with the letters that indicate thebrand on it, so that's TMI.

(08:28):
But the point is is it's importantfor these nutrients to break down and be
able to be absorbed into your body. So when you look at basic nutrients,
you know, I'm thinking of thelively vitamin COO multivitamin right now.
Basic nutrients, and you look atsomething like vitamin C, a scorbic acid,
Vitamin C is great for you. It's good to fill any vitamin C

(08:50):
defficiencies and calciuma scorebate form of vitaminC. There's different forms of vitamin C.
Calcium scorebate happens to absorb four timesgreater than ascorbic acid. Let's jump
over to B twelve. Scian cabalaminis what's used in ninety percent of multivitamins
out there, and that's a syntheticform of B twelve. So a methylcobolumin

(09:15):
form of B twelve will not haveto be converted by the liver and you
absorb it many times better because it'sin its natural state. Vitamin B six
proxidine hydrochloride is the synthetic form ofB six nine multivitamins have it. Proxo
five phosphate is your bioactive natural form, folate, folic acid, same thing,

(09:35):
five methyl folate natural form. Soin the Lively multivitamin, you'll have
all the higher absorbed forms that yourbody can actually break down. It's actually
in a capsule versus a tablet, which is easier to break down most of
the time. And the forms arein forms that your body can actually receive,
absorb and assimilate. And so whensomeone comes into our shop they ask

(09:58):
for a mult vitamin or we recommendit. What folks feel and really see
a difference around is a few areasthat I like to point out, so
you'll notice more energy when you takea Lively vitamin COO's multivitamin or a good
quality one. I'm not just votingfor that brand that happens to be our
number one seller and what's the productof the month and on sale this month

(10:20):
at our shop, so I'm chattingabout it. A good multivitamin is my
main point. Though you will noticeand feel a nice kick of natural energy.
You will notice and feel more mentalclarity and focus. You know how
many of us are dealing with brainfog on just on a regular basis from
stress and not sleeping enough and otherknow, gut issues. Can lead to

(10:41):
brain fog. So a good qualitymulti mental clarity and focus stress relief.
The Lively Multi has a fifty milligramBE complex within it and that's a therapeutic
amount of those bees, so itreally helps with the stress reduction. And
the last thing I like to highlight, and this one is cool because it's

(11:01):
very noticeable on the outside hairskin andnail benefits. When you have a good
quality multivitamin with the right bee complexat a therapeutic level, you will see
hairskin and nail benefits, and sothat's something that our customers really appreciate.
Bottom line is we're all nutritionally deficientin one way or another. A good
quality multivitamin is one of the topfive most important supplements that you can take

(11:24):
on a daily basis, and youwill notice and feel a nice boost from
it. Just because you're putting somethingin your body doesn't necessarily mean it's getting
to your body. And that's agreat thing about when you're buying anything,
whether it's multivitamins or other things aswell. At the Healthy Place, talking
about quality ingredients, quality manufacturing stuff. Again, that's going to really really
as ten points out, you're goingto see those effects get into I mean

(11:48):
it's everything, dude, it's absorption, it's sourcing, it's forms of nutrients.
And when you are dealing in thenatural alternative space, you've got to
make sure this stuff is absorbing. So that's our expertise, that's our specialty
is seeking these things out. Imean we geek out of like which form
of kirk human absorbs the best, which form of you know this or that?
And so at Bossulia. So it'sjust fun for us as a team

(12:09):
of our wellness consultants. So whenyou come into our shops, that's what
you're finding, that's what you're gettingour army of wellness consultants. They're training
their education around natural alternatives. Thatwork is really powerful. And then we
work as like a hive as welearn more information. So thirteen years into
this thing, Sean, you know, we've sharpened sharpened our skills a bit.
It's pretty amazing stuff. And Ilove getting a conversation with folks that

(12:33):
have had a chance to visit. If you haven't been in, stop on
in. They'd love to see you. Whether it's the West Side of Madison,
Fitchburg, or Son Prairie of theHealthy Place. They'd love to see

Healthy Place dot com. That's fineyour Healthy Place dot com. Of course,
three locations west side of Madison,Fitchburg and Son Prairie Full Mines are
open for you as well. Atsix O eight three two one thirteen ten.
At six O eight three two onethirteen ten, had a caller of

(13:39):
the question about overactive bladder and hand didn't want to come on the air,
and I understand that, but itis that is an important question for
folks. Isn't it about about waysto deal with super common actually more common
than folks would deal with both. But I appreciate that customer calling in,
and I want to remind people thatour live chat feature on our website is

(14:01):
another great way to contact her illnessconsultants with questions. You don't have to
put your name on there. Anyinformation for those sensitive issues. Also calling
into our stores. We have consultationsall day long on our phones. People
calling in sometimes they're out of thecity. Sometimes they're busy with kids running
around. Other times they have asensitive issue that they just rather not be
in person. So I want toinvite you to hit all those channels,

(14:22):
and our caller is is on theActually apologies a caller, Welcome to the

buddy, doing pretty good? Howare you good? Yeah? They give
me out. I've gone to thedoctor, everything checked out. They give
me oxtubuting body. It gets mesleepy, so I don't tell you.

(14:46):
Yeah, but I'm just yep.If I'll have a glass of water,
I'll feel like twenty times. Yeah, you know, I'm with your buddy.
My wife she she, you know, I'll go to the bat.
Oh yeah, that's t T M. I I. I want to talk
to you about a product called SagaPro. That's saga Pro. Saga Pro
the number one prescribed in Iceland's medicalsystem, which is kind of cool and

(15:11):
over in Europe they're a little bitmore progressive and natural alternatives than we are
over in Iceland. It's actually harvestedthere and recommended by the medical system.
Is a nutrient called angelica, andit's recommended number one in Iceland because it
works. It strengthens the bladder andyou can take a therapeutic dose of two
capsules per day. One capsule aday is maintenance and it's not costly.

(15:35):
You'll pay about twenty five dollars fora box of it. And within a
month is what I tend to tellcustomers and off and say two months,
because you know you'd rather under promiseover deliver. One to two months,
you begin to notice a strengthening there. We've used this with kiddos that have
issues with bedwetting. We've had recommendthis for the elderly as they have their

(16:00):
their struggles and just for basic guyslike you and I were, Hey man,
we just got to go a littlemore than then we like. Um.
So that is a great product. It's called Saga pro Bladder Health.
That's Saga pro Bladder Health Terry.Naturally, it's been our top seller for
gosh going on eight or nine yearsnow. Great question this morning. Great
answers as well. Thank you forcalling in, Caller a really really an

(16:23):
important question. And of course aswe talk as it is an actually,
Sean, I got one more edition. If you're still listening, caller.
U UTI BFF is another one.Now. It was manufactured for UTIs.
Of course it happens to be reallystrengthening to the bladder as well. So
if somebody's really suffering in this area, Sean, I'll bring up both the

(16:44):
Bladder Health Angelica Nutrients and I'll bringup this Uti BFF and both of those

the names that I just said, and you're listening, you can shoot me
an email as well. Tim atfind your Healthy Place dot com. I

com. Great questions this morning, and don't forget if you ever have a

(17:06):
question, stop on in. They'dlove to see a West Side, Fitchburg
or sun Prairie location. The HealthyPlace are online find your Healthy Place dot
com. That's find your Healthy Placedot com. And Tim, anyone that's
had a chance to chat with youor had a chance to chat with a
wellness consultant at the Healthy Place knowshow passionate you guys are about what it
is that do. Let's talk alittle bit about the mission at the Healthy
Place and really what makes what driveseverybody at the Healthy Place. Thank you

(17:33):
so much man for ask I lovethis question. When you take our vision,
I mean our vision is infinite. It's it's literally to end human suffering
and to increase the quality of lifeof humanity. So that is our vision.
Our missions to impact, empower andeducate every customer to learn, grow
and create a lifelong foundation of healthand wellness. And Becky and I are

(17:56):
passionate. Our team is passionate abouthelping people find their healthy place. That's
where we got the name of ourcompany, the Healthy Place, our website,
find your Healthy Place. It's becausewe want to fan the flames of
your health. We want to besomebody that's on your team. You know.
Remember you are the CEO of yourown health. You have the power

(18:18):
and the ability to learn, growand create in the area of your health,
and we want to be your biggestcheerleaders. We want to fan the
flames. So when you have anyquestion, what I encourage you to think
about when you're dealing with health issues, whether it's small, medium, or
large, is to simply find outwhat the natural alternative is for that issue.

(18:40):
File it away. You don't haveto purchase it. Have this information
on hand as you go through life, as your loved ones are battling issues
small, medium, large, askthe question, whether it's popping into our
stores, whether it's shooting an email, hitting our live chat feature on our
website, given a ring, Iinvite you find out what the natural alternative

(19:02):
is because over time, over theyears, you'll start to build an arsenal.
You'll still have a tool belt ofnatural alternatives that are working. Here's
the truth, Sewan. Most peopleare walking around out there suffering in some
sort of way to an extent thatthey don't need to be, and they
need to remember that their health istruly a gift and that it's worth fighting

(19:23):
for. And part of fighting foryour health is seeking out information that can
help you. So whether it's withmy company or another company, that's not
the point. The point is seekout and understand what your options are.
Don't believe that where you are withyour health. Maybe it's the medication that
side effects, Maybe it's the strugglesthat you're facing, that you don't have

(19:45):
to stay there. You can grow, you can learn, you can create
a lifelong foundational health and wellness. You can minimize the suffering. So I
will end with that, and Iwill say remember that your life really is
a gift and that your health reallyis a gift, and that they're both
worth fight for. Today is theday to take that step as Tim Lex
went out and become the CEO ofyour own health again. It all starts

(20:06):
with stop with a stop on andthey'd love to see a West Side Fitchburger's
Son Prairie, the Healthy Place oronline find your Healthy Place dot com.
It's to mention it as well.Just make sure you start that conversation,
whether it's with the wellness consultants atthe Healthy Place or talk with your doctor.
Take control again. The website findyour Healthy Place dot com and of
course three locations west side of Madison, Fitchburgers, Soun Prairie Tim. It's

(20:26):
