The Bruce Company mention the website Bruce Company dot Com.
Haven't mentioned the address Middleton Garden Center of the Bruce Company.
Twenty eight thirty par Mentor Street. That's twenty eight thirty
par Mentor Street. Talk about something a little different this

(00:28):
week on the program, talking about career opportunities with the
Bruce Company and joining us from the Bruce Company as
their vice president of Landscape Operation, Jeff Jutris.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Jeff, how are you doing this morning?

Speaker 3 (00:41):
I'm doing well, Shan. Thank you so much for having me.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
It is great to see you.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
And we're going to talk a little bit about some
great opportunities at the Bruce Company. We're going to talk
about the Bruce Company in general. One thing I will
mention I know over the weekend at Family Fallfest. I
hope folks I got a chance to head on out
to that. If you didn't, make sure you check out
their Facebook and social media pages. Some really cool pictures
from that absolutely fantastic event from over the weekend on Saturday.

(01:05):
Don't forget there's always stuff going on at the Bruce Company.
You can follow along Bruce Company dot com on Facebook
and social media as well. And Jeff, you had mentioned
to me before you came on the air you've got
a little radio experience.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
This is not your first time on the radio.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Well, it's been a lot of years. And as I
mentioned to you previously, when I was in high school,
our high school speech teacher had a partnership with a
local radio station show the high schools used to be
able to come in and produce and run a program
for about an hour every Sunday morning. So it was

(01:40):
a great experience. But that was a long long time ago. Sean.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Do you still have the recording of that?

Speaker 3 (01:45):
I actually have one. I actually have one of the recordings.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Nice.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
It's on a cassette deck though one of my friends
had recorded it. And actually what I should do is
get that digitized to share with my fellow class. But
that was uh, yeah, hopefully it hasn't disintegrated.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Yeah, it's funny you say that.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
I will because we just celebrated one hundred years here
in thirteen ten wiba.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Oh, that's awesome. Yeah, and congratulations, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
And we we had former disc jockeys and on air
talent and producers bring in a bunch of old cassette
tapes from over their time. Yea. One of the problems
we ran into is you mentioned disintegrating not the tape,
but tape decks are really hard because the little rubber
bands that shurn the wheel all are falling apart.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
So it was it was quite the quite the task, urure.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Well, I'm dating myself by yeah, saying that I have
a cassette deck. I do have a cassette deck at home,
but it doesn't work, so I think maybe that's the problem.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Well, Jeff, it's great to have you along, and I
know we've got some great stuff to talk about, as
always going on at the Bruce Company, and we talk
about landscape and the landscaping side of things with the
Bruce Company. Let's talk actually about that because obviously when
Lisa's in, we talk about the retail side and folks
getting in and you know, getting great stuff for their
garden and those kind of things.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Folks may not realize Bruce Company have.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Although they've probably seen your trucks and probably have heard,
but you guys really have a really big footprint in
the area when it comes to landscape services.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Yeah, for sure. You know, it's amazing. You know, we've
got the brick and mortar retail store obviously on parment
Or in Middleton, but a lot of people don't actually
know that we're a landscape contractor and that we do design, build,
We take care of properties, We do landscape management. We
have an interior Scapes division where we're actually helping take

(03:39):
care of interior plants, everything from irrigation to pond construction
and pond maintenance. We have our own fence division with
Struck an earin fence, which you just mentioned. So a
lot of people aren't even aware of some of the
service offerings that we do have, even though we've been
around for over seventy years. So hopefully you're a listeners

(04:00):
will take that to heart and give us a shot,
give us a consideration, and those you know. I'm here
today to talk about the recruiting and staffing side of
the business, but there's plenty of opportunities for people looking
to up level their career with us.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
It's pretty amazing the different areas of opportunity at the
Bruce Company. As we talked this morning with Jeff. You
can learn more about the Bruce Company online Bruce Coompany
dot com. That's Bruce Coompany dot com. And it seems
a little early for hiring, Jeff, I know, when we
start thinking about winter work and those type of things.
We just had like eighty degree days about a way ago.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
Where are we on that timeline.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Well, you're right, it might seem to be early, but
you know, with the many different departments that we have,
we're always looking for qualified and talented people. You know,
our business is growing, and yes, snow removal is right
around the corner. Even though the weather's been we've were
enjoying this beautiful fall weather. It's going to get little
more tempered here this week and following, but that's right

(05:04):
around the corner. So we are looking to hire in
our snow services area. But with a company of our
size and our diversity, we're always looking for talented people.
And you know, one of one of the one of
the things I remember learning from the founder of our company,
Lee Bruce. You know, he told me, he said, Jeff,
when when a good person, a talented person comes in

(05:25):
the door. You know, we're going to find a home
for that person, whether or not we have an actual
job posted or a job opening for that person. And
we just did that recent recently in our service and
repair department with irrigation and pond and lighting. We just
hired a talented individual. We didn't actually have that position posted,
but somebody came to us, and you know, we're looking

(05:48):
to uh provide better service, and so that's just kind
of our philosophy, right. So we have a number of
positions posted. But if you see something out there that's
not posted, or or you don't see either your position posted,
it doesn't mean you shouldn't give us a shot, give
us a call.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
You know, Jeff, one of the things I find really
amazing about the Bruce Company as well as you mentioned,
you know, folks that are just a good fit that
whether there's an opening or not, if they're if they're
good at what they do, or the right type of person,
you'll find you guys will find a place for them.
And the thing that I love learning about the Bruce
Company is whether it's folks that are in their first year,
people have been around for a while, You've got people

(06:25):
just getting started with that are just eager to learn.
And then I know you've got folks the Bruce Company
that have their PhDs. I mean, this is this is
this is a company that's got we talk about different
avenues of where are you going to go with your career?
The limits are endless, I mean, is it is pretty
amazing the different types of not just once you get in,
but once you're there, the places you can go is

(06:46):
pretty amazing.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
Yeah. And you know, like I said, we've got multiple
different areas and departments within the company, so a lot
of our employees will not only grow within the department,
but they can also crossover into other departments. And that's
happened many many times over our history for sure. You know,
I started out in sales with the Bruce Company many
many years ago, and now I'm now I'm in operations.

(07:12):
So so there's a lot of that experience that we
do have, and that just provides an opportunity for people
who are willing to grow and looking to grow their career.
You know, maybe they're maybe they're looking for a new opportunity,
maybe they're they're not completely satisfied with where they're at,
or maybe maybe they've got a background in plants, or

(07:33):
in warehouse management or retail, and they're just looking for
maybe another opportunity. The one thing I really enjoy about,
you know, myself, being at the company is, you know,
we're family run, but we have the resources of a
larger corporate organization. But that family run feeling, you know,
doesn't go away. Hasn't gone away in our seventy plus

(07:53):
year history. So I think there's a lot of opportunity
there that people can look into.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
One of the things I love is we talked this
morning with Jeff Jutris with the Bruce Company about job
opportunities at the Bruce Company.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
Great data. Stop on in.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
I've been thinking about working for the Bruce Company. Maybe
you're thinking about a change of career. Maybe you're passionate
about something, whether it's landscaping, retail, anything like that. Stop
on in the Bruce Company twenty eight thirty parm industry.
That's twenty eight thirty part industry. You can also learn
more online Bruce Company dot com. That's Bruce Company dot
com And Jeff. One of the cool experiences I get
is working with Lisa week in and week out. There

(08:29):
times where I stop in and maybe We're going to
record a commercial on site at the Bruce Company, and
so I get a little I get a little peak
behind the curtain to get to see the back office
and other things. You mentioned the environment, and you mentioned
what it's like for people in there. I've seen it firsthand.
You talk about a bunch of people that really love
what they're doing and really love working for the Bruce

(08:49):
Company as well as together. The Bruce Company really does
have a really really good staff and a really good
team that really enjoy what they're doing.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
No doubt. And I'm proud obviously to be there, to
be working there, to have made it pretty much my
life's career, and many people have chosen that path with us,
you know. I think the thing that really kind of
sets us apart a little bit, you know, with our
culture is you have the opportunity to do your work independently,
but then also as part of a team. So there's

(09:19):
a good mix I think of the freedom to do
what you want to do, but then also be part
of a team to be able to accomplish things that
are even greater than something you can do on your own.
And we have that freedom to do our work, to
take care of the customer, which is really one of
our number one goals is to provide exceptional customer care
and to build at a great place to work. Quite frankly, yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
Don't mean to interrupt their Jim, but as we think
about and of course talking about opportunities to work for
the Bruce Company, those customers who are you know, I
think of obviously homeowners others that hire you on to
do landscapes and other types of things like that, but
we're also talking commercial.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
We're talking condos absolutely like that.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
Yeah, absolutely, businesses, corporate campuses, what we would just term
commercial work. Obviously, apartment complexes, kind of minium associations. Those
are some of the of our main market segments that
we that we work with. So I think there's a
home for everybody, you know, and we do. We do
service a breath a breath of customers throughout the area,

(10:25):
and we will occasionally even travel outside of Dane County
if there's a project that that needs to be constructed.
We're we're recently, we're we've just completed a project in
Stevens Point for one of our customers. We've got one
going on in Wasaw. So most of our work here
obviously is in Dane County, and you know, depending on

(10:46):
where you know where the candidates live. You know, they
could direct report to our Middleton location, but a lot
of our production team reports out of our Varona location,
and we even have some direct reporting locations on the
east side of Madison. So if you're thinking, well, geez,
I don't want to drive to Middleton every day, maybe
there's maybe there's something we could work out.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
You mentioned the middle of the Verona location, which is
where where a lot of these folks.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Are working out of. It's an expansive area.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
I don't think a lot of people realize, Like obviously
we're all very familiar with the Bruce Company, been to
the place on Parmenter Street, been into the uh Ben,
into the Garden Center. I don't think people realize how
big of an operation you guys have out in Verona
as well, because it's obviously not a place that is
forward facing, but you guys have all the different tools
and resources, and that that was one of the things

(11:34):
I want to ask you about, is as far as
like company provided vehicles and equipment, those type of things.
Depending on the role you guys have, stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
Forest absolutely yeah, it depends on the role for sure.
But we do have our own you know, supply chain,
internal supply chain essentially with about a two hundred plus
acre nursery where we're growing our own trees that we
can provide locally grown plant material to our customers, which
is a huge advantage for anybody who wants to you know,

(12:02):
have their landscape up leveled, redesigned, whatever. But when it
comes to like benefits, depending on the role, we provide
healthcare even for our seasonal workers, so year round, if
you're looking for benefits, we do provide healthcare year round.
We pay weekly, which is something a lot of companies
don't do, which is a nice it's a nice little

(12:22):
benefit to them or to get a check every Friday.
But but yeah, but the latest in equipment, we're always
looking at, you know, how we can up level our
our equipment so we can make the job easier and
better for our staff and to have to have that
type of equipment that'll get the job done, you know,
for our customers, you know. And and safety is a

(12:44):
huge thing with us too. Every month we have safety training.
You know. We have three people in our HR team,
two of them are bi lingual to help any anybody
with communication or any any other potential things that we
could help them with. So I think there's a lot
of opportunity. It's just being open to maybe having that conversation. Sean.
That's what I would say is let's have a conversation.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Great way to do that.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
Of course you can give him a call at the
Bruce Company and of course all the information available Bruce
Company dot com. You better stop on ed Middleton Garden Center,
twenty eight thirty Parment Street. That's twenty eight thirty par
Mentor Street for the Bruce Company. A buzzword I hear
a lot about, and it's an important phrase, which is
work life balance. And I feel like sometimes that term
gets thrown around a lot. And let's talk about how

(13:29):
that applies, and let's talk about it the Bruce Company.
How is that able to be achieved with the Bruce Company.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
Well, I like to just call it life balance, right,
It's really just life balance. So you know, depending on
your situation, have the conversation with your with your supervisor,
your manager. You know, some of our roles are part time,
some of them are full time. But you know, we
are a family run business and We understand that life happens, right,

(13:56):
life happens. So if you have a situation coming up,
just let us know about it and we'll work with
your schedule. We will work with your schedule. Now, we
do work hard. I will tell you that our employees
work hard. They do work hard, and we have schedules
to meet, we have deadlines to me. But as long
as we know in advance what's going on in your life,
we will. We'll work with you for sure.

Speaker 1 (14:19):
You think about too.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
You mentioned you know the type of work, and we'll
get into some actually specific job openings as well. But
I think about some of these these jobs you sometimes
think of like you know, like somebody working on an
assembly line, you only get to see one part of
the project. Whereas when you're working with the Bruce Company,
a lot of times you're working on these projects through

(14:41):
and through your you're there that day that that that
initial consultation, that meeting happens where we're talking about, hey,
we want to do some beautiful new landscaping around our property,
around this new development. And you know, you see it
on paper, and then you see the guys go out
and start to work on it. And then at the
end of the project, you actually get to see that
all completed. You get to drive around town and I

(15:02):
guarantee you guys probably got a bunch of employees.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
I do that to go hy, I did that? I
did that right? I built that?

Speaker 2 (15:08):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (15:08):
How amazing is that?

Speaker 3 (15:10):
And it's amazing. You know a lot of a lot
of the crews will you know, they'll take pictures of
their of their projects, and you know their phone is
just is just full of projects that they've built and
that they're really really proud of. You know, we we
have an internal and internal saying, you know, brilliant past,
brighter future. You know, our legacy of seventy plus years,

(15:31):
we've we've built a lot of the projects around town,
both residential and commercially. You know, our and our goal
is to get to one hundred years, Sean. Our goal
is to get to a hundred years. And we need
good people, talented people. We've got incredible craftsmen that work
for us in all departments. Uh, it doesn't matter what
department you're in. But to be able to take something
from concept to completion is just it's just amazing. And

(15:54):
we like to do our best to try to share
the pictures with our office staff because a lot of
times they don't have the opportunity to get on it
and they're just kind of blown away by the kind
of work that the crews do and the beauty that
they're able to create for our customers.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
It's absolutely, really, really cool stuff and an amazing opportunity
if you are interested working for the Bruce Company. Today
is today and pick up phone gemmacall six so eight
eight three six seventy forty one.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
That's eight three.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
Six seventy forty one for the Bruce Company. Online Bruce
Company dot Com. That's Bruce Company dot Com. Also, great
day to get on in to the Middleton Garden Center
with Bruce Company. Twenty eight thirty parm inter Street. That's
twenty eight thirty Parament Street. We'll contin do our conversation
with Jeff. We'll talk about some of the specific openings
as well, and a little bit about how you apply
and what that process looks like. And we'll get to

(16:42):
those details with Jeff next as Everyday Outdoor Living with
the Bruce Company continues right here on thirteen ten double
u ib e A twenty eight thirteen ten doubub and
every Day Outdoor Living brought to you by the Bruce
Company Online, Brucecompany dot Com. That's Bruce Company dot com,
Facebook and social media the Bruce Company. Great day to

(17:04):
get on into the Middleton Garden Center of the Bruce Company.
Twenty eight thirty parm Inter Street. That's twenty eight thirty
par Mentor Street. Great day to apply for a great
career at the Bruce Company. Joined this morning by Jeff
Jutris with the Bruce Company vice President of Landscape Operations
and Jeff for the break, we talked about a little
bit about the culture, a little bit about work life balance,

(17:25):
the history of the Bruce Company, a lot of different opportunities.
Let's actually and as you mentioned, opportunities for anyone. That's
the opportunities for anyone that's a really good fit for
the Bruce Company. Let's talk about some of the specific openings.
I know I saw somewhere that landscape construction supervisor guys
have an opening there for the right person.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
What's that role? Like, what kind of job is that?

Speaker 3 (17:50):
Yeah, So that's obviously a supervisory role where you're going
to be overseeing projects. Really it's project a project manager
type role, overseeing multiple crews. You're going to be mainly
doing quality control with the crews, making sure that they
have what they need, talking about job site planning, job
site sequencing, how we're going to build this project. So

(18:11):
that's an amazing so we produce an amazing result for
the customer. You'll be working with our with our inventory
control team and ordering products and making sure the products
get delivered to the job sites at the right time,
and then ensuring that we're building that project to the
specifications that the customer wants, and then ultimately making sure

(18:31):
that it gets finished on time and on budget. So
it's really a quality control working with the crews. And
when I say working with the crews more on a
quality control type basis problem solving troubleshooting if there are
challenges that come up on a particular site. So it's
a supervisorial supervisory role, excuse me. And you'll be working

(18:54):
with a couple of different crews overseeing that their success.
Really and that's what it is. It is.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
Seeing Jeffany mention quality control. I uh, I do a show.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
A friend of mine is in construction and one of
the things talks about is like when they're ordering things,
they kind of stage everything to make sure it's right.
And like if you're ordering a toilet, for example, it's
it's either.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
Right or wrong.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
Sure, if you're ordering a tree, it's either right or wrong,
but it's also is this the right tree? Is it
a healthy up? I mean, that's a that's a that's
a fascinating That's an area that I hadn't thought about.
Is like, you're dealing obviously with with a lot of
times a living thing. So there's a lot of different parameters,
a lot of different understanding that you need to that
you should have to be making those those type of

(19:35):
assurances and judgment calls as well as to is this
the right thing? Is being involved in that inventory control
and that and that quality came and.

Speaker 3 (19:42):
Do we have the right numbers? Do we have the
right numbers? If it calls for five trees, do we
have the right five trees? So you're exactly right, Sean.
We're dealing with living with living things, you know, plus
bark and mulish and soil and seed and and all
of that to create a beautiful outdoor environment for the customer.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
Sounds like a really exciting position.

Speaker 3 (20:02):
It is, and it's and every day is different in
this role. Every day is different. Every project is different,
So that's one of the I think one of the
best set quote selling points is that you're going to
experience something different every day, something different every day, so
you won't get bored, that's for sure.

Speaker 2 (20:20):
And it sounds like it not only satisfies the production
but also that creative itch as well, that there's that
there's a role for that person.

Speaker 3 (20:27):
Also, for sure, there's there's you know, typically we will
go out to a project with a landscape design that
our designers and architects have created, but there's always some
slight field adjustments that have to be made because we
run into certain things that that just couldn't be have
could have been predicted when the plan was designed. So
so there's some creative creativity for sure, and just working

(20:50):
with the crews and getting to know them and being
able to produce a wonderful project.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
Background for folks that are looking for a role like this, anything.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
In construy production management. Obviously in a perfect world, we're
looking for somebody, you know, has previous landscape experience, has
some some knowledge of grades and elevations and things like that,
and it is a really good problem solver. You know,
maybe there's a person or two out there, sean that's
working for a company that you know, maybe their careers

(21:19):
hit a hit, a hit, a hit a ceiling and
they want to want to have a conversation with us.
That's what we're looking for.

Speaker 2 (21:27):
So I got to just pick up phone, give me
a call at the Bruce Company this morning. If you
are that person, if you know that person, let them
know the telephone number to call. Six So eight eight
three six seventy forty one. That's eight three six seventy
forty one for the Bruce Company. Of course online Bruce
Company dot com. That's Bruce Company dot com. Even better,
stop on end Builton Gardens under the Bruce Company twenty
eight thirty parm registreet. That's twenty eight thirty parm Interistreet,

(21:49):
Horticulturalist Supervisor.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
That's a top. That's a big one for a business card.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
Yeah, so that's that's in our landscape management area. So
many of the projects that we take care of there're
season long. There are year long clients where we're actually
taking care of corporate properties or apartment complexes or condominiums
where we're doing the full gamut of mowing their turf,

(22:15):
weeding their beds, pruiting their trees and shrubs, planting their flowers,
really making their outdoor living come to life. So that
role is working with our landscape maintenance, our landscape management
crews and overseeing what they're producing, the quality from a
mowing standpoint, from a pruning standpoint, from a horticulture standpoint.

(22:37):
So somebody who has a background in plant care, maybe
you've had some college or education in there that area
would be would be great. Maybe you're a self taught,
maybe you're a master gardener and you have some knowledge
of plants. And also somebody who has some equipment knowledge
would be good too. If you're good with your hands,
actually in both those roles would be helpful. You know,

(22:58):
again in a perfect world. But uh, you know, if
you're if you have some background and you have a
desire and a willingness to learn, we can certainly train you.
But so yeah, that those are just some of the
key key positions we have open right now. In addition
to and maybe you're gonna go with our next show,
it's just you know, recruiting for snow snow Warriors. I'm

(23:20):
gonna call that, right, snow Warriors.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
Yeah, I want to ask you about as we talked
this morning with Jeff Jutris with the Bruce Company online
Bruce Company dot com, that's Bruce Company dot com. I
mentioned some of the great benefits about working with the
Bruce Company and and uh having the knowledge base around
you as you know, as we're talking about some of
these specific roles, like maybe you're checking I've got four
out of the five. I've got three out of the

(23:42):
five qualifications. The great thing with the Bruce Company is
there are so many knowledgeable, experienced people that if you've
got I'm guessing, if you've got the right attitude, the
right ethic, if you've got the right experience, some of
the specific things to what you do with the Bruce Company.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
You guys, you guys have one.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
Hundred percent attitude is so important, you know that, right.
We all know that we can teach some of the
other skills. Obviously we're looking for, you know, people who
have some of those skills and some of these some
of these uh, you know, supervisory roles. But but certainly
we can teach, and and we do teach, and we
do have training that goes along with it. But if
you have the right attitude and you want to you

(24:21):
want to be part of a more supportive environment, an
environment where you have the opportunity to perform and and
not necessarily be micromanaged. Quite frankly, all that, you know,
because our crews do have a lot of freedom to
to build the projects, to maintain the projects, and manage
the projects, you know, from from start to finish.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
But a great opportunity that is, And Jeff, we started
our conversation off this week talking about snow is going
to be here in no time. You use the phrase
snow warriors. Let's talk about those folks, uh not, those
opportunities for folks for snow remove Let's that is a
great winter seasonal job, isn't it for the right person?

Speaker 3 (24:56):
Absolutely? And we know in the marketplace there's there's a
lots of seasonal work out there. Obviously, we want to
provide year round work for our employees as much as possible.
Snow is one of those areas where you get the
opportunity to participate obviously when it snows. But so we're
looking for some equipment operators, those people who are skilled

(25:20):
with maybe operating a skid steer. Maybe you're working a
construction with a construction company now, but you're going to
be getting laid off in the winter, but you've got
that skill set and and you know, you don't want
to just sit on the couch. We have that opportunity
for some operators with skid steers, also with what we
would call sidewalk equipment cabs sidewalk equipment, so where we

(25:42):
would broom off sidewalks or snowblow sidewalks. And then also
some of those positions where equipment just can't get to
and we do need to use a snowblower or what
we would call a stick plow, a shovel for shoveling
stairs and things like that. So the requirements in that
role are just people are willing to work hard, maybe
have a skill set, you know, aren't afraid to get

(26:04):
up at maybe two in the morning for a big
snowfall and come in and help us out. But then
you'd be done by you know, nine or ten in
the morning and have the rest of the day to yourself.

Speaker 2 (26:12):
Well, those for those folks, do they have to come
into the Bruce company on snow days or how does
that work? Do you come in, pick up your equipment
and head out or there's some of that. There's some
direct reporting the job sites. Like I said, we have
jobs on the east side of Madison Sun Prairie where
you would just report directly to the job. You wouldn't
have to come into Middleton. So if you live on
that side of town, you know, or you're coming from
the south or the north, you wouldn't have to come

(26:33):
into middle Key report directly of the jobs at We
have many rolls like that. In snow if you're on
the west.

Speaker 3 (26:39):
Side, yes, we have some routes that dispatch right out
of our Middleton location and Verona, so multiple locations depending
on where you're living. Because obviously in a snowfall, we're
sensitive to making sure that we give you a route
that's reasonably close to where you're coming from. We'll do
our very best to do that.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
So I hear my boss back in our off this
right now saying Sean, don't get any ideas.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
Okay, loving what you've got.

Speaker 3 (27:04):
I think we have a rob for you, Sean. We
have a robe designated for you. It is a just
take a lie a live feed from you know, Sean
being out there.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
Get like a headset out of the mike everything.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
Do you have a go pro or something like that?

Speaker 2 (27:17):
