As Paul mentioned again, Michigan was shut out twice last
week at Mariucci, the first time they had been shut
out in a two game series by the same team
since Minnesota did it in nineteen forty three behind a
goaltender by the name of Mark Thayer, who stopped all
eighty shots he faced against the Maze and Blue. It's
amazing because Michigan scored only three goals in its last

four games after potting sixteen in a two game sweep
of Penn State three weeks ago.

Wisconsin freshman defenseman Weston Knox. Yeah, Shipsky scored two short
handed goals against Arizona State earlier this season. He was
minus four on Friday night at Minnesota. That's a rough
night man. Shifsky won the face off and they cleared
it all the way down. So the power play in

it is Dexzheimer with Morrissey, Finley Leskowski and Moseley. Morrissey
with speed across the line right wing Leskowski, he'll rim
it around to the left corner. Finley there wanted to
let it go to dex Sheimer, but some contact with
a puckin Michigan picks it up and sends it down.
Wolverine's eighty four percent on the penalty kill, seventy eight

was the series finale against Western Michigan a couple of

ahead and get a change, but Wisconsin's Fitzgerald takes it

though as he steals off the boards, Kuchenin tied up

a bit by draper pass comes all the way out
to Henzler. He works to his right, now spins back

and I mentioned it, the first five ten minutes they
just didn't look right, Michigan kind of out of sorts.

pretty good for Michigan, with Badgers end up with the

Loatch played tonight. I mentioned him a few times. He
almost had a couple of goal. He was just was
so calm and the defensive zone and kind of whenever
things went haywire, he kind of seemed to be the
guy to step in and kind of stop that short.
