The Federal Reserve cut interest rates by a quarter percentage
point yesterday, lowering its benchmark rate to a range of
three point seventy five percent to four percent. Markets had
been expecting another cut in December, but yesterday the Fed
chair surprised everyone by saying, yeah, that's not guaranteed. So
they're dealing with a difficult situation because the government shutdown

to stop the release of all the economic data that
they would use for everything they do. So officials are
concerned about the weekening job market, but don't.

Hey, yesterday, the Houston City Council finally approved the purchase
of a property in East Downtown to create that centralized
homeless intake facility they're calling the super Hub. They're saying
it will serve as the front door for individuals experiencing homelessness.
And you remember the project stalled last week. Some nearby
residents had pushed back against the plans, say lived near

by concerns.

According to the city's plan, the facility will home will
house one hundred and fifty to two hundred and twenty
five people and function as an alternate to citations or

gonna do fitness things AND i Know i'm going to
maintain what weight LOSS i had and, whatnot just on

Along OBVIOUSLY i knew the weight loss thing this year
wouldn't be as, much But i've dropped a few percentages
