What's going on?

Thank you, Alex, Good morning. So redistricting has Texas in
the national news again. This morning, the Supreme Court rejected
a challenge to Texas's congressional map. So this is going
to let Texas keep the district lines that critics say
unfairly favor the GOP. The decision means the new current

map will remain in place for next year's elections. Some
civil rights groups some Democratic voters had sued, arguing that
the map dilutes the voting power of black and Latino
residents and violation of the Voting Rights Act. A lower
court had previously ruled in favor of the current map,
finding that while some districts raise concerns, the overall plan

didn't violate any federal law. Also yesterday, and the government
military officials met with lawmakers to show them classify video
of what has become the infamous Second Strike. It's the
one that killed the two survivors from the alleged drug
boat back in September. So it's a Navy admiral. He
is testifying there was no order from Defense Secretary Pete

(02:13):
Hegseth to kill everyone on board. Contrary to earlier reports.
There was one Democratic representative who called the footage one
of the most troubling things he's ever seen. But then
in contrary, you have these Republican senators that are saying
these survivors are trying to flip over the drug boat
and you know, steal the drugs. So of course it's
always back and forth, back and forth.

One in four Americans always has music playing in the
background of their lives. Are you that guy or are

But there's a new poll that asks people how often
they listen to music, and one in four said always
twenty three percent, so they've always got music on almost
all the time, and this includes a lot of young people.
Another forty four percent say, obviously they're listening to music daily.
It's a big part of all of our lives. But
Spotify just unveiled their annual Spotify rat and you know,

iHeart did their own as well. We talked about the
YouTube one featuring your listening habits from the past year,
and that's where this survey came from. Asking people how
often are you actually listening to music? You're gonna love
this next story, Alex, because I know you're a home
alone nerd like myself.

service on a future trip, which I think is hilarious.
Anyone not to name Kevin, They're going to give you
a home loan themed ornament, which is really cute. They're
also transforming a Disney Plus is transforming a pizza place

in La to be like the pizza place for the movies, Yes,
Gun Memory, and they're also trying to break a Guinness
World Record constructing the world's largest home alone themed gingerbread house,
which I don't know. Everything about that movie is just
super nostalgic for me. I watched it, Did you really
stop it? Number one? Or number two?

the game, and yeah sucks. Sucks for the Cowboys. Texans
are going to be on the road this weekend. They'll
face the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football, little primetime action

for the Texans. They are three and a half point
underdogs heading into that game. Kickoff is going to be
at seven to twenty and you can watch it on
NBC and Peacock. In college football tomorrow, it's conference championship weekend.
So notable games on tomorrow's schedule. At eleven, we got
number four Texas Tech taking on number eleven BYU Number
three Georgia is going to face nine three in Alabama

State will face number two Indiana and the Big Ten

it has agreed to sell its streaming and studio assets
to Netflix.

Oh, that's one of the most fun parts of the show.
I feel like it's Christmas gifts exchange. On the final show,

show and everything, we kind of go around and we

the show, but they're definitely specific about what you got
