13 апреля армия РФ нанесла ракетный удар по украинскому областному центру Сумы. Были убиты 35 человек, около 130 ранены — в основном гражданские. Минобороны России заявило, что целью было совещание военных. Судя по всему, в городе было организовано награждение украинских военных.
