В образовательных учреждениях стали появляться ярко выраженные «идеологические дисциплины»: в школах проводят «Разговоры о важном», в институтах с нового учебного года введут предмет «Основы российской государственности». По данным источников «Медузы», в администрацию президента все чаще стали приглашать на мировоззренческие беседы ультраконсервативных историков и философов типа Александра Дугина — идеолога так называемого русского мира. В постах Дмитрия Медведева все чаще угадываются слог и мысли колумнистов некогда маргинальной газеты «Завтра» и ее главного редактора Александра Проханова, придерживающегося имперских взглядов.
