تولَّى سلامة تطوير الكثير من الوجهات التي نعرفها اليوم، مثل الردسي مول، والبوابة الاقتصادية، وواجهة الرياض، وليسن فالي وذا زون، وغيرها من المشاريع المميّزة بتصميمها وتنفيذها.
يقول سلامة إنه عادةً لا ينتظر وصول عروض الأراضي إليه، بل يسعى لاستهداف بعضها إذا كانت ذات أهمية استراتيجية، فكيف يختار سلامة الأراضي؟ وكيف يستقطب الشركات العالمية إلى مشاريعه؟ إذ بِيعت بعدها المشاريع بمبالغ ضخمة على جهات سيادية.
وأخيرًا، سألناه عن أهم مشاريعه القادمة، والتحديات التي يواجهها قطاع العقار عمومًا، وتوصيته للمهتمّين بهذا القطاع.
