Speaker 1 (00:00):
Friday.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
We did it one of six point seven light FM.
Good Morning from Kubby and Christine, producer Kristen. We're feeling
pretty good on this Friday.

Speaker 3 (00:06):
Oh always on a Friday.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Monday's in the review mirror.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
We did it, Yes, we did.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Oh my goodness. Everybody had a good day yesterday. Everyone's happy.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
I think so.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
I think my son either had a really good day
yesterday or a really bad day. I'm not too sure.
Can I read you a text message I got from
the daycare director, Miss Corinn, who I know we talk
about every day at this time. But miss Caren, if
you're listening, shout out to you. She sent me a
text yesterday. This is around twelve thirty pm. Something happened today.
One girl kissed Miles on the lips. Miles is three

(00:39):
and a half. I told Miles nobody could kiss him
on the lips until he's fifty. Lol. I can't believe
how precious these children are. I spoke to the girl.
I don't think she will try again. I told Miles,
next time, you can say move away. So, I mean,
do you even remember? Does this is a first kiss?

(01:01):
Because my first real kiss I think I was like
eleven like I remember that, I remember that.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Eleven or twelve like this is.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
I don't think so, because they don't understand what that means,
you know, because you you know, you kiss your mommy,
you kiss your daddy. You know, I don't think they understand.
They definitely don't understand what this means. So I don't
think I wouldn't count this as his first kiss. No, right,
it wasn't stolen from him. It's okay, okay.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
So it's still alive and well, and that first kiss
will come at another time.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
It's another time of his choosing, right, But.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
That's he man like three and a half and kids
are already like saying, what's this kiss thing all about?
You know? Just like that?

Speaker 4 (01:41):
Yeah, like Kristen said, it's the love between family members
and everything.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
They're just they're.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Used to it. Yeah, like la boo boos. I heard.
I'm sorry when I walked in the studio this morning,
that was the conversation I heard you two talking. What's
going on you have la boo boos?

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Or what we've been resisting?

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Yes, exactly, my for whatever reason, maybe we've just been
talking about it so much that my TikTok algorithm is
all labooboos, people unboxing them or trying to find them
or selling them, and.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
Most people know by now, but if you don't, it's
like a beanie baby. It's a collectible doll like people
want them to collect them. Really, are they really cute?
Are they? Are they getting them?

Speaker 4 (02:19):
They're cute, they're little monsters, yes, and do you know
what you're getting cute? No? You don't know what you're
getting in the box, which is a great marketing campaign, right.
So there's certain ones. There's love, there's luck, there's yeah, different,
and there's a surprise one. I don't have the list
in front of me, but there's certain ones, and you
have like a one in seventy two chance of getting

(02:40):
the surprise one, which seems to be the one everybody
wants right in the box. You just don't know what's
in the box. What's in the box. So you have
to buy these la boo boos to get to the
point of getting the one that everybody wants or the
one they.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Either they're not cheap.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Well how much do they retail without buying them on
a cary or eBay?

Speaker 1 (02:58):
I think it depends. So because you can buy ones
that aren't a mystery one, and those are usually like
the limited edition. I mean, you can pay three hundred,
four hundred dollars, and those I think are the ones
that are getting popular because celebrities are showcasing the I'm
like Rihanna is one. I think. I know, she kind
of blew it up.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
She started.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
I feel like she started the whole trend. And then yeah,
you see the celebs. It's like hanging off their handbags.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
It's a little they're keychains or bad clips.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
Yeah something.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
I've never seen one in person, just online.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
I haven't either, but they are everywhere and they've taken
over my algorithm.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
You're just reminding me, Kristen. If I could have safely
taken a picture for you yesterday, I would have, but
I couldn't. I was at a stoplight and here in Manhattan,
the woman next to me had La booboos hanging from
her rear view mirror.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
She had two up there.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Well is it that easy to get? Are we just
crazy and can't figure this out?

Speaker 3 (03:50):
I mean, I have no idea. Were they fake La booboos?

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Don't know there are fake ones?

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Yeah? So what are they called? Street? Lababa la bamba bay?

Speaker 3 (04:03):
Exactly?

Speaker 2 (04:04):
All right, hit us up on text. If your hip
to the la boo boo craze at four four three
six three. Would love to hear from you more. Cobby
and Christine come in your way on light at them
