Speaker 1 (00:00):
New York's Christmas station one A six point seven FM
with Cubby and Christine in the morning, Thursday, December eighteenth,
our second to final No. Our final show is tomorrow,
so you have two more shows of.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
The year of the year we plan on coming back.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
Well yeah, yeah, a contract's not up yet. Today and
tomorrow our final shows of the year, and then we
go on our holiday break. You just came back from
a little holiday break.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
In Germany, beautiful excursion.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
We were talking at the top of the show about
overpacking and I brought up who overpacks more? You or
your fiance Eric. Yeah, and you guys had a big
meeting about this, which I didn't know about.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yes, we had to sit down about this, Cubby, because
as you know, we had this beautiful trip, thank you
Luftanza was amazing and we could bring extra luggage this time.
And once I heard that, it was like, oh, you've
never had that lugg you ever had that before? A
little light bulb went off. So I brought at least
one extra suitcase with bubble wrap and tape ready to

(00:56):
go so I could bring back Like we went around
of the Christmas markets and you know, all the the
German ornaments are so beautiful, they're glass. You need to
get those back. Oh I did. And then the little
glue vine mugs are absolutely adorable. Had to get those back.
So yeah, maybe I overpacked. Maybe I did. So Eric

(01:19):
is the one kind of in charge of getting the
luggage around. I'm pushing too, don't think like that. I'm
just letting him do everything. But because we had extra
it was kind of hard on him.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Okay, so he had the big bag and others and
others and were you carrying?

Speaker 2 (01:33):
I was caring.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Handed.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
No, no, no, no, I pull my own weight. But
he did say yesterday because his back is hurting him.
So he said okay, and he's like, really serious, can
we please make an agreement now that we will never
overpack again? And I just kind of looked at him
guarantee yeah, And he said, you're not agreeing, and I'm like, well, yeah, no,

(01:56):
I can't can't agree to that.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
I mean, I don't. Don't you feel like you could
always buy it?

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Like you know, yeah, you tell yourself that, you tell
like I do right before we go. I definitely and
even he said he did. We both overpacked for this trip.
I think we always overpack because you pack for all
kinds of weather, and then when you're gone the trip
it goes so fast, right, and you're having such a
good time, and you end up basically wearing the same

(02:25):
thing over and over that you're comfortable in.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
You know, you brought back a lot of things you
probably hardly even wore, right, I bet you. Oh yeah,
at the bottom of the luggage. Oh I never touched that.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
They just took a trip across the world just because absolutely,
But now they're good to go, you know for work.
I'm ready.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Well, you got a plan on the vacation, yeah, I do.
You know when did we get our next time off?
Actually I'm already thinking about next in twenty twenty six,
let's see. I'm telling you, oh, week of February.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Okay, if you could do these Christmas markets thing, I'm
telling you Livetanza. It's a dream come true. They make
it really easy and we are like give away round
trip tickets through Luftansa on.

Speaker 1 (03:03):

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Yes, Lufton's is giving away yes tickets and go for it.
