Coupons On A First Date?

Do you find it acceptable if your date used a coupon?

I say.

You know. You know what I thought about though, when
if you were under a certain age and you're still
strapped for cash, like you're a college student, you're in
your first job era, then I kind of get it, Bill,

Be a very casual date. If I'm interested in you
and I want to make an impression and they pull
out a coupon.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
They also don't take a coupon at a fancy restaurant. Right,
we know we're going to like McDonald's. We're going to
someplace that does those what are those things called?

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Yeah, this is true. Yeah, I don't think the Rainbow
Room gives out coupons exactly.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Well, if you do something like like a groupon and
that's what I mean, Yeah, groupon okay, yeah, I don't know.
I also haven't been on a first date in eighteen years,
so maybe.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
Now here's what I would have done if that's the case,
and I'm thinking I got a good coupon, I said, look,
if we had a good time, how about we come
back next week. I've got a coupon to this place.
Is that still tacky if you make.

It as a joke, maby, I don't think he's joking.
I don't think. Yeah, yeah, I don't want to know
about your money troubles on my first date. I think
that's the part of it.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
I guess it's just frugality.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Let's keep it romantic for the beginning. Let's get out all.

Oh gosh, this is such a tough date.
