Crazy First Date: "A Bird Pooped On Her!"

Ron called in with her "Crazy First Date" story and how her date had a bird poop on her, but it ends with a twist.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
It is a little loving mom. It's Covey and Christine
crazy first date.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
And Covey, we've got Run on the phone. Good morning, Run, Hi,
Good morning everyone. So tell us about your crazy first date.
When did it happen? How'd you guys meet?

Speaker 1 (00:14):
Okay, well, this took place about thirty years ago, and
it was one of my first dates. And the person
I was with, we were heading out east with my
drop top down and we decided to get a quick
bite tea at a fast food spot. So we decided
to go do this drive through replace the order. We
were talking. So while we were waiting, this big poop

(00:36):
dropped on her head, on her dress.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Oh, a bird flew over just at.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
That moment, at that moment while waiting for our food,
and we were both in shock, and I just said
to her, I said, you know, I think this is
good luck and it's a sign. So we ended up
marrying a few years later and had two beautiful kids together,
so it was a good sign. It was a good sign.
But we also got divorced a few years later, so

(01:03):
we were together sixteen years though.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Okay, I can't tell them we're supposed to be happy
now or sad. I mean, Ron, what should we be
feeling right now?

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Well, you know what, I just spoke to my ex
today because my daughter passed three regions and we have
a great, amazing relationship. We both moved on and we're
one big, happy family.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Now that's cool.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
