Speaker 1 (00:00):
Other week begins, thank you for choosing us as you
start your week. It's one of six point seven Light FM.
My name is Cubby. That would be Christin Naggy and
producer Kristin. Who saw ghosts today? Or no? Maybe a
real person we'll know. Yeah, more on that in just
a second. But welcome back. Do you have a good weekend, Christine?
For the most part, chill, relax, watch anything on TV.
(00:20):
Did you watch The Billy Child?
Speaker 2 (00:21):
Now?
Speaker 3 (00:22):
We didn't get We had a plan to watch it yesterday,
we did not. I went shopping on Saturday. Whoa, it
felt really good.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
Not grocery shopping.
Speaker 3 (00:31):
Not grocery shopping. I already tackled that. But yes, Bloomingdale's sales,
all special events, nordstrums.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
Do you have your outfit picked out for Thursday?
Speaker 3 (00:41):
Yes? All right. I wanted to get a dress for
Broadway and Bryant Park.
Speaker 1 (00:45):
For those that don't know, come on down to Broadway
and Bryant Park on Thursday for Disney Day. We're all
going to be there. It's a free event. See Broadway,
absolutely free. That's on Thursday. Yeah. I checked out thirty
minutes of Happy Gilmour two over the weekend, and Twitter
was kind of it, but I'm kind of liking it.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
We saw it, I loved it.
Speaker 1 (01:05):
I'm thirty minutes in. I didn't know it's two hours.
By the way, it's wrong. That's kind of long for
Happy Gilmore. Yeah, but it's very funny, a lot of cameos.
It's quick.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
It's very quick, like the storyline is quick, and it's
a lot of nostalgia. If you if you enjoyed the
first one. They know, they referenced that one a lot, right,
It's good.
Speaker 1 (01:21):
I liked it. Another thing I did over the weekend
I went to Coriola Experience aka Coriola Factory twice.
Speaker 3 (01:28):
Two times. Wow, okay, so one time you were invited
as so Saturday.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
Correct, that was an official Light FM appearance on Saturday,
and the kids were going to go to that, but
then we realized there was a birthday party that they
were invited to at the same time. So Coco, my
wife goes, you go, you do your like quote job,
you know, and we'll go ahead and maybe try tomorrow.
So we woke up on Sunday and the kids were like,
can we go to Coyola Factory? And then Coco looked
(01:53):
at me, like you want to do it again because
would be a second time for me, but at first
for them, and they hadn't been there in a long time.
So well, two days in a row, the hour drive
to eastern Pennsylvania, but they enjoyed it. I was there
twice in twenty four hours. But it is a fun place.
I love it. Shout out to Creola Experience. And now, Kristen,
you're driving in today. You leave your house at what time?
About three forty five three forty five am? And what
(02:15):
did you witness?
Speaker 2 (02:16):
I witnessed a woman, random woman sitting on the sidewalk
on a residential road. This isn't a highway, It's not
like Root nine. I take a residential road to get
to Root nine on my way here and there's a
there's a traffic light, no other street lights. Houses are
pushed back. One other car in front of me, but
pretty far ahead of me, no other cars in sight.
(02:37):
And there's a random woman just sitting on the sidewalk.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
And you rubbed your eyes and you're like, is this real?
Speaker 2 (02:43):
I questioned myself for a moment, and I was like,
am I delirious? I know it's Monday, but no, And
then I thought should I call the cops, like I didn't, Right,
That's what I was worried about.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
Was she like crying or any emotion?
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Didn't look like it.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
It was.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
It was also quick. I was driving.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Did you get an age by looking at her? Like?
Speaker 2 (03:02):
Middle aged?
Speaker 1 (03:03):
Middle age?
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Not old, not a child.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
Could she have been dropped off by some nut job?
I don't know, homeless?
Speaker 2 (03:10):
She didn't look homeless.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
It was like a nice dress or like a messed
up It was.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Just like it was black. It looked like a black
dress that she had on. And she was just sitting
there doing nothing, not moving.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
She was just sitting there, didn't look in distress. I
know it was quick for you, so.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
It didn't look like it.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
I couldn't get a facial expression. I couldn't even if
you told me to draw her. I couldn't even tell
you what her face looked like. Right, But I was
a little freaked out. It's three forty five in the morning.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
Right, and it feels like the middle of nowhere, so
to speak.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
Right, Yeah, Yeah, that that's kind of eerie. I think
you know, are you a member of like your town's
Facebook page? Like we are in our in East Brunswick?
We have look like East Brunswick helping each other. It's
called Yeah. People can chime in on things going around town.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
I do, and I'm refreshing it. I've been refreshing it
all most Okay. See if somebody says something, yeah, but
I don't know, like, am I wrong? Should I have
called the police? Like, I don't know? Like I didn't.
I thought about it.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
That's a tough call because if she didn't look distressed,
you know.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
But that's it's random.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
It was awkward, like God forbid, something just terrible happened
to her right and she was just like coming out
of it there there. You never know. You never know.
Speaker 3 (04:18):
You called police and say, wellness check, I mean like,
what do you you know?
Speaker 1 (04:22):
Right?
Speaker 2 (04:23):
I know?
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Do you know the intersection? If you were to call,
I mean probably too late now that was three hours ago.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
I know, I do know the intersection.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
I'm hoping I have an update because I would like
to know.
Speaker 1 (04:33):
I'll tell you what if she's there at eleven am
when you drive by or way home, yeah, pick her up.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Yeah we got a problem.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
More coming and Christine coming your way on light at
them
