Speaker 2 (00:42):
Guard made these for us. Let's say Ermgard in Germany.
These are homemade, very traditional German cookie recipes. Two already
those are big cookies.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
One right, yeah no.

No, she didn't have one and I didn't have one,
But it's okay for all of us. Victor HadAM. Why

Oh, those are really good. Those what do they call
those lints? Those linens cookie with.

Those like chocolate in the middle. But it's not.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
No, that's like a cherry filling in the middle. I
think like it's like, oh, that's okay, I'll still eat it. Well,
we have an official if you're ready for it, we
have an e cookie study from Target. The Great Holiday
Cookie Debate. What's what's our favorite flavored cookie for Christmas?
In the United States? It is, by seventy six percent,

the gingerbread. Oh yeah, we love gingerbread.

It's perfect for this time of year.

But not us cooky.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Oh, they break it down my stas.

What's New York?

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Seventy six percent of the states go for the gingerbread cookie.
But here in New York we prefer the sugar cookie
top with sugar sprinkles or whatever you want on top
of it. And in New Jersey we embrace the buttery classic,
the shortbread cookie.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
I love short bread. I love everything everything you're mentioning.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
They all sound good right, Connecticut, for you, it is
the gingerbread cookie. But again New York we're always you know,
in New Jersey we like to be a little different.
So in New York it is going to be the
sugar cookie, and New Jersey it's the short bread cookie
or Earguard's cookies from Germany. They're all good.
