Speaker 1 (00:00):
New York's Christmas Station one of six point seven l FM.
Cubby and Christine is back. Ve gets Do? Is that right?
Ve gets Do? How are you doing in German?

Speaker 2 (00:10):
I'm doing in German. I'm doing fine in English too.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
It is so good to have you back.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I think I'm so happy to be here in such
a good mood because we had an incredible time.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
I know it's hard to sum up your entire German
vacation courtesy of Lotunza in just one like two minutes here,
but I mean, in a nutshell, from from the flight
to everything you experienced. Was it like five stars? Yes,
five out of five.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Five plus turn it up to eleven, right, I mean
it was amazing. I know we can over use that
word sometime, but it truly was. It was so incredible.
It feels like trip of a lifetime. And this is
you know, I've talked about this like for so many
different reasons.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
Well yeah, one of the big reasons is you got
to reconnect with famly my family.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Yes, And it was kind of like, Kubby, I felt like, wait,
how did we let this much time go by? Like
we're always on touch, We're always in touch, you know,
like we used to send letters and cards and now
it's email and messaging. But this was like, so you
saw your aunt, right, yeah, three generations.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Actually you hadn't seen in easily twenty ye.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Over twenty years, so like there's been like babies have
been born, and I met what would be I guess
my second cousins, right, if my cousins had cousins, which
they did, they would be second cousins who are now
fourteen and seventeen, Benjamin and Natalie, who were like beautiful
and wonderful and talented and just great kids. But just

(01:40):
I don't it just meant so much to me on
so many levels, and I, you know, I seeing the
Christmas markets was like always a dream and I honestly
never thought it would happen.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
You saw the Munich one and the Colonne one, yes, and.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
There's a bunch of different ones, and we got all
of them, like definitely in Cologne because of that, like
we could walk around a lot. But we stayed at
the Steinenberger Hotel, which was wonderful. It was like wonderful hotel,
beautifully located because we could walk to all the Christmas markets, right,
that was incredible, beautiful dream come true Angel Christmas Market

(02:17):
was our first stop stunning. We learned all about glue wine, right,
that's the uh it's it's a mold wine. I guess
you would say it's a it's a heated wine with
some spices. We even had it one time. It was
on fire. You wait for the fire to go down,
of course, or no, no, it's hot. It's hot, so
it's perfect. And they give it to you in these

(02:39):
adorable little cups, which you can keep and bring home
like I did and went overboard, or you can give
it back for your deposit. But they're so cute that
you want to keep these little mugs.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
I saw you drinking beer at a place I went
to and I don't remember the name of it.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Was Brouhouse, thank you. That's when we got some Munich.
That's when we reconnected with our family.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Of course they're eleven years ago. But I saw you
guys having a beer, and Eric looked like he was
so happy.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
He was it was like it's legendary. You know. You've
got a band's playing and everybody's just like in a
great mood and kind of singing along and having beer
and pretzels, and they serve food and that's historic, Like
I know my uncle was there in the nineteen fifties
or something. Really, it's just yeah, this is like again
beautifully reconnecting with my family and relatives and roots and

(03:26):
also experiencing new things like these beautiful Christmas markets and
these gorgeous cities and Luftanza, Like I can't thank them enough.
I cannot thank them enough. Oh you would love. It
was heaven up there at Luftanza. It's the Allegris.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Yeah, they're playing. There are all other planes with their
planes are beautiful. And that was your first time in
business right ever, and you were actually kind of bummed out.
The flight was eight hours. You wish it was twenty ye.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
We just wanted to stay. We just wanted to stay
Luftanza with like the kindest people, the best service, the
most doommodating.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
You're telling me. The food was like a Michelin Star
restaurant was like.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
We were at restaurants, you know. Eric was like, the
wine is fantastic, and Eric would go, it's feeding time,
like they're feeding us again. Like there was constant incredible food,
just amazing service. Plus they make it so easy couby
for you to get over to Germany and then connect
between cities like it was flawless. We flew into Munich,

(04:25):
we went to Cologne first. We had maybe a one
hour layover where we weren't feeling rushed or anything. Our
luggage made it through. It was seamless. I mean they
go to other cities in Europe as well. Yeah, I
just can't say enough good things.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Well, we'll be talking more about it, and of course
you can follow Christine Nagy at the Christine Nagy on Instagram.
I know that's been your main platform for posting.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Yeah, I've been. I did a lot of stories there
and I want to do some put together some contact, Yeah,
some posts where I just I really just want to
share everything. We did stay in Munich. We stayed at
the moment a teen ninety hotel. It's a boutique hotel, gorgeous.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Built an eighteen ninety.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
I guess possibly it's a boutique hotel. Yeah, you know what.
I didn't look into it, but that makes sense. Just stay,
but again centrally located so we could take the trains everywhere.
I'll keep sharing stuff. It's incredible, the food unbelievable in Germany,
just so good.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
We're happy to have you back.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Thank you, happy to be here.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
Thank you for the cookies. More on that coming up.
You brought some cookies, and remember two pretty cool things.
We still do that. Yes, you've been off for a week.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
I'll find a thing.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Well, I'll find a thing too.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
Next more Covey and Christine and the great music variety
you expect.

Speaker 2 (05:35):

two things. Coobee and Christine's two pretty cool things.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
My cool thing involves a giveaway, which, if you don't mind,
I want to defer to you. Christine, you go first,
I'll go last, and in it with a giveaway.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Okay, my cool thing involves cookies.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
I'll take it.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
So are we ready? The Girls Scout Cookie reveal for
twenty twenty six is here, and the new cookie I
will be explore moores. It's making its debut. It's a
marshmallow and toasted almond cream sandwich between cocoa cookies. Fan
favorites like thin Min's, Samoa's, Tagalongs and Treyfoils are all

(06:14):
sticking around, alongside several bakery exclusive options. But please remember
that we did have to say goodbye to toast Yer
and s'mores. They were retired after the twenty twenty five season.
Explore Moores, which is Rocky Road inspired cookie is your
new one for the.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Year and calorie free, right, no calories at all, no.

Speaker 2 (06:35):

Speaker 3 (06:53):
More Covey and Christine and the great music variety you

Speaker 1 (06:57):
At Them seven light FM, New York Christmas station. I'm
Cubby along with Christine. She's back from Germany. We got
producer Kristen producing the show. And I'm sitting here next
to something you're donating to all of us. Yes, can
of cookies?

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Okay that yeah, it doesn't sound as from Germany?

Speaker 1 (07:15):
Where with your name ASMR stuff like the like.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
An influencer like okay, I'm about to open the two
here we go up. These are so good, you guys.
These are the best cookies like ever. Thanks sorry, so
glad I brought that from Germany. Top of the ten
film Fromard's house.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Made these cookies?

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Guard made these for us. Let's say aunt Ermgard in Germany.
These are homemade, very traditional German cookie recipes. Two already
those are big cookies.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
One right, yeah, no.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
No, she didn't have one and I didn't have one.
But it's okay for all of us. Victor HadAM wonder
why they were looking? Yeah? Why is that? She did
send a lot and thank you? So what do you think?
Do you like them?

Speaker 1 (08:05):
I love these cookies. That's why I want to if
you don't mind, can I have more?

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Of course you can have more there for all of us?
Did you? I don't know, like are they short bread cookies?
What's in there?

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Exactly?

Speaker 2 (08:16):
There's like a mix.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
I don't know what this one is.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
Oh, those are really good. Those what do they call
those lints? Those linens cookie.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
With those like chocolate in the middle, but it's.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Not No, that's like a cherry filling in the middle.
I think like it's like, oh, that's okay, I'll still
eat it. Well, we have an official if you're ready
for it, we have an e cookie study from Target.
The Great holiday cookie debate. What's what's our favorite flavored
cookie for Christmas? In the United States, it is, by

(08:49):
seventy six percent, the gingerbread. Oh yeah, we love gingerbread.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
It's perfect for this time of year, but not us
cooky Oh, they break it down by states.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
They break it down by states.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
What's New York?

Speaker 2 (08:59):
Seventy six percent of the states go for the gingerbread cookie.
But here in New York we prefer the sugar cookie
top with sugar sprinkles or whatever you want on top
of it. And in New Jersey we embrace the buttery classic,
the shortbread cookie.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
I love short bread, I love everything everything you're mentioning.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
They all sound good, right Connecticut, for you, it is
the gingerbread cookie. But again New York we're always you know,
in New Jersey we like to be a little different.
So in New York it is going to be the
sugar cookie, and New Jersey it's the short bread cookie
or Earguard's cookies from Germany. They're all good.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
If you want one of these cookies. Light FM listeners
text us at four four three six three and brucer
Kristen has a way she can text cookies magically. I
don't know how it works. Yeah, but once you text
us I want a cookie, it'll pop in your phone
and you'll actually be able to eat it. New technology
just came out last night. I'm so glad LIGHTFM.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
More Covey and Christine and the great music variety you
expect next on light all right.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
The ads I'm getting on Facebook and other social media platforms,
it's downright scary. It's one of six point seven Light
of m Cubby. Christine's back, brus of Christen's here. So
something has been happening this week, and I want to
know if this has happened to you, Christine. Okay, so
you know how we're convinced our phone listens to us.
And when you search for things on the web, you know,
then you'll show up in your feed on Facebook.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
You know.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
If you're looking to travel a lot, then you'll get airplanes. Yeah,
all that kind of stuff. Well, so my knee has
been hurting me in the last week. Not a big deal.
I haven't even said anything to my wife. It's not
that bad. But when I get up in the morning,
I don't know how I did it. It's probably just
getting old, But I get up my knee is hurts. Yeah,
And I have not told anybody. I have not gone

(10:42):
to chat GPT, I haven't searched anything, nothing. And then
all of a sudden, I'm scrolling through Instagram and some
ad pops up for a thing that goes on your
knee to like massage it. Do you have knee problems?
You need this now? Now it's like I'm thinking this.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
Wait a minute, and it's showing up. So it's only
been in your head.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
It's only been in my head for maybe what's today Wednesday.
I noticed it late last week. Didn't even say anything
to my wife. It's not a big deal. But when
I get up from the couch, I'm like, oh, it's
just the right knee.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
Peace. Do you think did you ever get up and go,
oh my knee?

Speaker 1 (11:20):
You know what? Possibly I didn't think of that couched
my knee.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
Maybe the phone went somebody's got a knee problem. We
can sell them stuff.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
You know. I can't remember that because it's very like
a one quick line. But maybe I.

Speaker 2 (11:35):
Did, because otherwise it's in your head.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
That's the thing. It was in my head, and now
it's showing up. It adds like it's just like a
new level of telemarketing, or not telemarketing, but target marketing.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
It knows what you're thinking. I know, honest, but that's bizarre.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
But stuff shows up for you all the time right
on like other platforms.

Speaker 2 (11:55):
Well yes, but because like you said, I looked something
up or I searched it, and a lot of time
we just talked about it and it shows up. But
it never pulled anything from my head, not yet.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
If you go on like Facebook, what kind of ads
pop up for you? Oh?

Speaker 2 (12:10):
I well, right now, I've got a lot of travel
stuff because of just getting back from Germany. Right so
I have a lot of you know, beautiful ads for
the Christmas markets and for travel and for airlines. I'm
very happy with Luftanza. I'm seeing Luftanza, like you.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
Know, I'm just I'm just on Facebook right now, scrolling
through and I'm seeing random ads but nothing about the knee.
But I know I will get one. But anyway, if
this is happening to you, where what do you have?

Speaker 2 (12:39):
It's just showing me like traveling. Here's like a little mirror,
the fancy mirror that you can order, Like my thing
is all about getting ready to travel right now, right right, Well,
it knows I took it time.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
I'm convinced if you're thanking it some now somehow the
phone knows. Now it's more than just talking and typing.
It's now like an Oz Pearlman, that that famous guy
that reads people's minds.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
Anyway, you're scaring me now right.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Watch your phone, give us a text. Four, watch your thoughts.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
More Covey and Christine and a great music variety you
expect next on Light at them.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
New York's Christmas station. It is seven twelve one or
six boy seven LIGHTFM with Cubby and Christine in the morning,
Producer Kristin in the background producing our show Christine's Back
from Germany. And you had an amazing experience, so incredible.
Luftanza was amazing business class.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
Feed up, first time ever for Eric and me. Thank
you so much, Luftanza. Yes, Luftanza, Allegris beautiful planes. They
have thought of absolutely everything, Covey, so the whole flight
is comfortable and happy. But it's the first time Eric
and I have ever been in business class and experienced this.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
You'll never go back.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Oh, I don't think we'll.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
Ever go back.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
So not only do you get like your own little
cabin where you can lay down, you can heat the seats.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
Oh I know that.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
Yeah. The entertainment's incredible. The food, dude, everything is amazing.
And everybody who works with Luftanza, the flight attendants, they're
so wonderful and polite, and they want to know, because
this is an overnight flight, do you want to have breakfast?
If you don't want to have breakfast, they won't wake
you up. So Eric and I both said, yeah, we'll
have breakfast, put our seats back, went to sleep. There's

(14:18):
even a screen I can close, so I don't even
see Eric. So I'm in my own little zone, right,
I'm in my bubble and he's in his. And then
when the morning comes around and we're both having breakfast,
because my flight attendant was like, excuse me, good morning,
would you like, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, she was great.
Eric said to me. He said, did so like did

(14:40):
a guy come and shake your leg to wake you
up for breakfast? And I was like what? And he said, yeah,
like this guy came over, opened up his cabin door
and he said, shook his leg really hard and went,
excuse me, they are listening to you.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
What was he all? Wait? Was Eric?

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Eric apparently was snoring so really really loud.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
You know, I've thought about doing that sometimes you're sitting
next to somebody really going to town. Yeah, and really
saw on logs. I may have to do something. I
may have to like if they're behind me, maybe I'll
push my chair back or.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
Like make a change position or something. Yeah, but I
didn't hear him. I didn't hear him, so and I
think maybe if the sound floats, it floats forward. Because
the guy like like mysteriously then disappeared into the front
of the plane. And Eric said he wasn't wearing a
unit for him and he was like, that's the guy
they send around to wake you up for breakfast. And
I'm like, no, Eric, there's no guy that Luftanza sends

(15:42):
around to.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
Sea.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
It was like a coincidence that just a few minutes
later the lights came up and it was breakfast time.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
So it was like a foggy memory for Eric. He
wasn't sure what happened.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
He didn't know what happened. He said, he woke up
and there's like, you know, a man in his face saying,
V are listening.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
Well, that's the comfort of business class, my friends. You
get to sleep really good and you get in a
deep sleep and you sonore.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
So I don't even know it, but I's like, I
am shocked that the sound could even carry I don't.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
That is so funny. That's comfort right there though.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
That is huh. Thank you Luftanza for dealing with us.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
I know, I know. It's a great trip. More on
this coming up. And uh oh we got a battle
on the way, a little trivia battle. Yeah, we'll play
that next on LIGHTFM.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
More Cobby and Christine and the great music variety you
expect next on Light.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Six point seven. Cubby and Christine on New York's Christmas station.
I'm so happy Christine is back because last week Team
Nina won every single game. Yes, so maybe I can
take you down, Christine. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (16:46):
On my team, it is time.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
For a trivia battle representing Team Cubby today, Lauren in
Hillsdale is on the phone. Lauren, good morning, How are you?

Speaker 2 (16:55):
Good morning?

Speaker 1 (16:56):
I'm all right, let's see if you can bring home
a victory. Who is Lauren playing against?

Speaker 2 (17:00):
Greg from Bloomfield, New Jersey. Nice to meet you, Greg,
How are you?

Speaker 1 (17:03):
Thank you good to be here?

Speaker 2 (17:05):
All right, don't let Kubby's words discourage you. We're good.
Don't worry.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
I don't know. I feel confident about Lauren on Team Cobby.
But here we go. So, Lauren, you're gonna get three questions. Greg,
with three questions, best out of three is gonna win. So, Lauren,
question number one for you? Which of these competition shows
has Simon cal never been a judge on A America's
Got Talent B X Factor? Or see the Voice The Voice,

(17:30):
the Voice? He's never been a judge on the Voice.
And you're up one nothing.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
That's okay, Greg, We're gonna come through here. The fictional
coffee house Central Perk was a main setting in which
of these sitcoms A How I Met Your Mother? B
Seinfeld or C Friends.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
Yes, all right, all tied up? One one? Okay, all right, Lauren,
what is the hardest natural substance on earth? Is it
a steel? B diamond or CE chromium B diamond, B diamond?
She knows her diamonds, of course, Two to one, Lauren
in the lead.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
All right, Greg, here we go. In which decade were
the first artificial Christmas trees manufactured A the nineteen thirties,
B the nineteen forties or CE the nineteen fifties.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
I'm gonna say, see the nineteen fifties. M.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
Sorry, it's a nineteen thirties. Yeah, they go back a while.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
Wow. Yeah, So Greg, you're rooting for Lauren to miss
this one. If Lauren gets this right, she goes three
for three and wins the whole thing. So here we go, Lauren,
who holds the record for most watched Super Bowl halftime
show A. Kendrick Lamar, b Rihanna or C. Lady Gaga.
O is it Lady Gaga? Leady Gaga? No, actually, it

(18:59):
happened back in February, Kendrick Lamar most watched superbowlftime show.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
So, uh, Creig, we've got a chance here.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
You can tie it up. Here, tie it up?

Speaker 2 (19:08):
Okay, all right? Who is Taylor Swift? Named after A
Taylor Dane, B. James Taylor, C. Elizabeth Taylor.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
I'm gonna say, be James Taylor.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
Yes, Greg, you've got it.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
Don't call it the comeback.

Speaker 2 (19:24):
We have got a tie two to two.

Speaker 1 (19:27):
So now the tie becomes anybody's game. Producer Kristen write
down a number between one and two hundred and fifty
before anybody says anything, and she has it written down
whoever's closest is gonna win. So, Lauren, what's your guest
between one and two fifty thirty four, thirty four, Lauren
says Greg, I'm gonna say forty forty Chris.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
Christener Wrotown ninety six. Greg, that makes you the winner. Greg, Well, congratulations,
thank you, thank you, thank you. And Lauren you did
a great job.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Yeah, sorry, Lauren, it's when it comes down to a tiebreaker.
But you both played great games. Well played, Lauren, you know,
all right, But the spotlight on Greg and what is
Greg won?

Speaker 2 (20:08):
Greg? Congratulations, You've won tickets to see Wicked the Musical
at the Gershwin Theater. You were going to see Wicked
on Broadway.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Wow, that's awesome.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Yes, congratulations.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Hold on one second. You know, some people bring up
the fact that the tiebreaker who goes first to pick
the number, is a big germany factor, but that has
nothing to do because you don't know what Kristen wrote down.
You know what I'm saying, Yeah, it didn't matter who
goes first in the pick. We still don't know what
Kristen wrote down right until the very end.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
It's not quite like the price is right where the
item is going for a certain amount of money, and
that one person always goes a dollar over right right
to bump the other contestant.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
Yeah, yeah, this is different anyway, completely, Just in case
anybody says.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
Anything more, Covey and Christine and the great music variety
you expect next on light.

Speaker 1 (20:52):
At that Christine is back from Germany and she has
everything you need to know all your headlines.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
Good morning, and good morning Cubby. Well, the President is
preparing to address the name tonight from the White House
at nine pm, not giving any details what he'll be
speaking about. If you do plan on traveling this week,
We're just getting worried that the weather could be rough
across the country. A strong storm is targeting the central
and eastern US, according to our forecasters. Rob Briner's son

(21:19):
being charged with first degree murder for the stabbing deaths
of his parents, and TV star famous for playing Buck
Rogers has passed away. Do you remember Gil Gerard of
Buck Rogers. I mean, he did lots of television shows,
but that was a really popular show in the nineteen seventies.
His big break was in nineteen seventy nine with Buck
Rogers of the twenty fifth century. He has passed away

(21:41):
at the age of eighty two, just learning that. This morning.
In sports and hockey, Rangers lost to the Canucks three nothing.
Islanders lost to the Red Wings three to two. Basketball

Speaker 3 (22:25):
More Covey and Christine and the great music variety you expect.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
Next on light F them what can you bring on
an airplane? It's one of six point seven light FM.
We know now because Christine's back from Germany and loving
your travels on.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Luftanza Incredible Luftanza Allegris, beautiful planes, beautiful people because they
are so kind and wonderful. Thank you Luftansa for everything.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
And it's almost like you know people know you've been
traveling because now stories are popping up in your emails, yes,
and stories on our prep sites. We get traveling, What.

Speaker 2 (22:57):
Can you and can't you bring on the plane because
a lot of people are doing their holiday travel right now.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
This is kind of like something you need to know
if you had to TSA, any airport.

Speaker 2 (23:06):
Going through TSA exactly, So let's start off with this.
TSA has restrictions for wrapped gifts and festive foods. TSA
says rap gifts. Sure, it's nice to arrive with your
presence wrap, but if the gift needs to be open
for inspection, sorry, you're unwrapping it. So you may want
to think about not wrapping the gift.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
That's one gift. That's one thing I've always heard about.
Never never bring rap gifts. Yes, it's for the TSA.
What if you want to give them again, they can
wrap it for Yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
Then they'll do it. Electronic gifts, if you're giving a laptop,
gaming system, even a coffee maker, pack them in your
carry on. Just know they'll need to be placed in
the bin to be X rayed. Baked goods as I
brought back Earnguard's home, baked cookies from Germany, so Christmas cookies, cakes, pies,
fruit cakes, they're fine going through the security checkpoint as

(23:52):
long as they're solid. Other foods items like preserves, maple syrup, champagne,
eggnog need to go in a checked back because these
liquids and spreadables aren't allowed on board. So the agency
reminds travelers that if you can spill it, spread it,
spray it, pump it, pour it. If it's larger than

(24:13):
three point four ounces, I'm in it goes into a
checked bag. You cannot have it in a carry out.
Oh have we made that clear?

Speaker 1 (24:22):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (24:22):
If you can spell it, spread it, spray it, pump
it or pour it, pour it or yeah, and it's
larger than three point four ounces, please put that in
a packed checked you're reading my bio and what you
can't bring. Some surprising things that you are not allowed
to bring in carry on bags, like snow globes if
you have more than three point four ounces of liquid

(24:43):
inside it. If you're not sure about something that you
want to pack, play it safe. Check out the TSAs
What can I Bring? Feature? Review their list before you
get to the airport.

Speaker 1 (24:51):
All right, very helpful, Thank you, very much feel educated now, Yeah, good,
slap it up, flip it, no, what is it again?

Speaker 2 (24:58):
If you can spill it, spread it, spray it, pump
it or pour it. And it's larger than three point
four ounces, it's going in your checked bag.

Speaker 1 (25:07):
Okay, thank you very much, valuable information there. Thank you.
I wonder if could I have to check this on
my luggage. We have a Brooklyn Dumping Dumpling Shop in
the house right now and there they have tons of
dumplings outside, not dumpings, dumplings. Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is here
and they have incredible dumplings outside and I just had

(25:29):
one and they are so.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
Good I can't wait to try it.

Speaker 1 (25:32):
It's like a little chicken parm. You ran a chicken
parm dumpling dumpling, no dumpling, not dumping mac and cheese
dumpling and uhh yeah. And they have locations all over
the place, Upper east Side, East Village, Garden, City, Long Island,
Yankee Stadium, the Garden. Just a big shout out to
Brooklyn Dumpling Shop. I'm sorry, I said dumping. Thank you

(25:59):
so much for being here, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
And can you take that in a checked bag?

Speaker 1 (26:04):
I can. How big is it.

Speaker 2 (26:07):
Over three point four ounces?

Speaker 1 (26:09):
