LIGHTFM. Can someone text us? Are you listening to us
right now? It's been that kind of week around here
in LIGHTFM, where I feel like everyone's away in an
on vacation. The phones are kind of light.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
It kind quiet. You know, if you wanted to win
a contest, this is a good time.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
Yes, you're right, Christine, because our phones. I feel like
this week has been kind of light light FM. Although
I just got a text here, good morning Cubby and Christine.

So we have one text today. So if you can

Right, yes, because Eric the drummer is working on the
fourth of July.

Now, what about tomorrow? Will you be able to see fireworks.
Speaker 2 (01:11):

and yeah, yeah, and I can see them. That's amazing. Nice,
it's really really nice.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
What about you, Kristen.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
We have a couple of barbecues this weekend, but the fireworks,
you know, because they're so late and it's past the
kids' bedtime, we just crank up the white noise so
they don't hear what's going on on the outside. But
we'll see. I don't know. I would like for them
to see fireworks, but we'll see.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
By the way, it's officially that time of year where
you hear fireworks a couple of days before the fourth, yes,
and a couple of days after, like in the neighborhood,
like somebody has them somewhere in their backyard and you
hear them. You please, don't, I know, because it's like
ten o'clock at night, which for us is late. It
usually goes off like a week after the Fourth of July.
Americans will spend eight point nine billion dollars for Fourth
(01:58):
of July food. One hundred fifty million hot dogs are
going to be eating tomorrow. July fourth is America's top
beer drinking holiday, and five billion dollars will be spent
on beer and wine. Wow, over the next couple of days.
That's five billion. Yes, with a bee, that's a lot
of partying. So happy Fourth of July weekend. We're with
you until ten o'clock right, yes, maybe nine will leave,

depends a lot of people not working right now.

Depend how many text messages you get exactly.

New Jersey. Someone is pet sitting listening to us. Are
you seeing the text come in? So people are awake
in bed listening to the Best morning show. Somebody said

Kebby and Christine, and today will be very nice. By
