How to make our coffee healthier? Tell me yes, because
we love our coffee so much. First of all, try
and go with single origin coffee because you're getting less
pesticides and fertilizers if you go that direction. Put some
cacao in your cup. It's not sweet, but it'll give
the chocolate richness and it's good for cognitive disorders. Sprinkle

in some cinnamon that tastes good, anti inflammatory, a little
bit of turmeric on the side because coffee number five
that reduces inflammation and protects your heart. And finally, add
in a little milk full on fat because the protein
is good for you and the fact gives you a
little bit of energy.
