Speaker 1 (00:00):
So, Christine, what you're telling me is if I wasn't

(00:02):
married and I was still doing the dating apps, I
probably would be single.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Oh well, that is not where I was going with
this at.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
All, But that's what I'm thinking because, by the way,
we're light of FM Cubby Christine producer Christin there's a
trend now with the dating apps.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
I'm just saying, if I were on the dating apps,
I would jump on this bandwagon right now. What we're
seeing is that women are looking for hot, handyman.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Let's two I'm actually do.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
So instead of meeting for drinks and dinner, women are
inviting guys over to maybe hang some shelves, build Ikia furniture, which,
by the way, don't do that on a first date.
Don't do that until you're solidly in because that is
so hard, or whatever DIY project they need, and they're
a little flirtation on the side, like you come over,

(00:49):
you build this, I'll make you dinner. And that is
the first date and it's taking off. TikTok has a
bunch of videos of Bob the Builder dates. Guys are
mounting TVs, they're fixing up apartments.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Oh, they're mounting TVs.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Yes, they're fixing up apartments and they're showing how well
the date is going. So one of the things guys
are supposedly doing right now is, you know, in their
profile saying that they're good around the house, that they
can fix things.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
So, if you're a hot guy and you got a
good profile, pick and you have somewhere in there you're
a good handyman.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Yeah, it's almost a shoeing.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
You're going to get a date with somebody.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
And I would say you don't even have to be
technically that hot if you're a good handyman that there's
a lot of points right there, is.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
That how guys want to spend their first date though
building something when someone's apartment, I don't know, i'd.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Have to be a first date. Could it just be
knowing that the guy has those skills and it eventually
will lead to putting together a piece of I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
I don't know. Of course. Now, of course, dating experts
are saying, please be careful with this, because you are
inviting a virtual stranger into your home.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
That's true, you know I am if I book someone
to the same you know, put together my ikea furniture anyway, right,
I guess I don't.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Know, but then there's not an expectation.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
That's true.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
They're not expecting, like this is gonna other stuff. Yeah,
got it.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
Yeah, tool belt around first date.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
That's so hard.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Full plumber crack, Tim the tool Man, Taylor.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
