not cooperating with investigators. The alleged shooter, twenty two year
old Tyler, remains in custody Tyler Robinson, that is, and
is expected to be arraigned on state murder charges tomorrow.
President Trump making his second state visit to the UK

this week. President and First Lady will arrive in the
UK on Tuesday. On Wednesday, they will be meeting with
Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales before they are
received by King Charles and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle.
While there where they'll be staying and the Stars did
come out last night for the Emmys, the pit was
leading the way for Outstanding Drama Series, so congratulations to them.

Series for her role of Helly in Severance. I was
excited to see that. She definitely deserve it. I love
that show and she gives such a great performance. There

lost to the Bills thirty ten. Giants lost to the
Cowboys thirty seven in overtime. We have a Winna, we
have the liberty. They beat Mercury seventy six sixty nine.
So they take the first game of their three game series.
Congrats to them. All right, apparently we have to get
off the couch at some point. It's just not good
for us. People who switch to walking around or sleeping

even instead of sitting and just watch on TV or
whatever it is you're doing when you're sitting. It makes
a big difference. That light exercise can include walking from
room to room. So if you're standing and you're cooking,
standing and talking on the phone, that actually counts. They
say anything, any kind of movement is better than just

sitting on the couch all day. Another example, going to
bed a little earlier instead of staying up late and
watching TV. Being asleep means you're not able to snack.
