about us losers, Cubby, Christine and producer Kristen. Actually, Kristin,
you're the big winner, but me and Christine both have
two strikes in our NFL Survivor Football pool. So let's
recap the weekend. Okay, I picked the Jets over the Broncos. Well,
(00:21):
you know, the Jets.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
Got beat playing in London, right.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Back in London. I don't know why I thought this
was going to be their one win.
Speaker 3 (00:27):
Yeah, I don't know why either.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
I don't know. And Christine, you picked Steelers over the Browns. Yes,
Steelers won, Yes, but you still have two strikes from
previous weeks.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
I survive another week.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
Yeah, Kristin, way to go. You picked Packers over Bengals.
Packers won twenty seven eighteen and you have yet to
get a strike. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
I was a little nervous about that game.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
Yeah. For those that don't know how to how Survivor
pool works, you can't pick a team twice, right, and
the team has to win each week whatever team you pick,
and then we're playing with strikes because it makes it
go a little longer.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
Yeah, there's only three of us.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
But the last person standing is getting going to get
breakfast for free like twice. Well you know what, though, Christine,
we should try to lose this week, both of us.
Oh okay, so we combine, yes, because Christen looks like
you're getting a breakfast of some sort. But if I
lose this week and then Christine loses the next week,
it's going to be like two weeks in a row.
Speaker 3 (01:24):
Cheaters.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
No, I don't, let's take it. Let's take it, Christine.
Speaker 3 (01:29):
I want to hang in there a longer.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
So, like, you have to be so strategic with this because,
like you said, Kubby, you can't pick the team to
win again, so you don't want to use up your
surefire wins, which is why I've taken a couple of risks.
Speaker 1 (01:43):
Here, right, And no team, Actually there's not really a
surefire anymore. Like you think Buffalo would be your team,
but they lost in Philadelphia. I mean they're good in all,
but you don't trust.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Them, right exactly. Even look what happened to the Ravens.
They were supposed to be great and old, like you said,
all these injuries, it's it's it's tough.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
It's going on in Kansas City.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Well, they played Detroit last week, and I would have
picked Detroit and they.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
Got beat those Was that last night?
Speaker 1 (02:10):

Yeah, I know what that is. Yeah, because we were
off yesterday, it feels like Monday Wednesday. Where where are we?
What the plan is this?
Speaker 3 (02:18):
Yeah? Yeah, I would have picked Detroit as well. So
I don't know, you're gonna You're gonna pick Kansas City soon.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
I'm gonna have to.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
I feel like you're.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
Gonna pick Kansas City when you know Taylor's going to
be out a game.
Speaker 1 (02:28):
Yes, and she was at the game a couple nights ago,
wasn't she.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
I'm not sure she was there and think she was.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
I think she was. No, No, the Chiefs won. Oh okay,
they beat Detroit.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
Yeah, that's why we need Taylor right right?
Speaker 1 (02:40):
I don't know. Well, look Wednesday, we'll get a new
schedule and we'll go over it and we'll pick our.
Speaker 2 (02:43):
Teams, okay, and we'll find out what Taylor is doing.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
