Speaker 1 (00:00):
New York's Past Variety on a Thursday morning when I
was six point seven light FM and is Jack and
Nina and producer Kristen. We like the music, but what
is a sound that instantly makes you angry for no
logical reason. This is a list from Reddit, and there's
so many things on here. I'm not on that feel true. Nope,
it doesn't say Jack Krawdville.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
It's on your personal list.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Chewing with your mouth open though, oh my goodness. Mostly
also looking at that when you're sitting across from somebody
and you can't even look at the mine.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Who did that? And I'm like, you're not gonna get it.
You're gonna fail because nobody's gonna sit and have dinner
with you. Yeah, It's just it changes the whole dynamic.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Speaking of that, like when a fok scrapes a plate
or a knife scrapes of plate, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
It's like nails on a chalkboard.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Nails on a chalkboard? Is that that must be on
there on this list?

Speaker 2 (00:44):
I didn't see it. I don't think people use those anymore.
I was gonna say, I'm not sure chalkboards, you know, it's.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Not on the list, but you know it's speaking of nails,
like when people scratch, like like cotton. Do you ever
have that thing like a cotton shirt. I don't. I
don't like it. Sorry, makes makes you just.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Blinked, very weird.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Yeah, the room.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
My wife can't take styrofoam. If something comes in the
package with styrofoam, she leaves the house and goes sit
in the car, and I have to. I have to
take it and throw the styropham away. That sounds no idea,
drives your nuts?

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Yeah, yeah, so.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
I always keep some extra.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
On another note, you know, like the people who they
watch videos or oh you hear like one half of
a cell phone conversation. Oh, that will never be good
to hear.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Ever, No, I think people do that.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
I think it's worse when it's one half of a
conversation versus two half.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Some of it's worse when there's two people arguing and
you're hearing both of it arguing.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Yahoother thing.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
But that's that's drama. I like drama when I'm not involved,
do you Yeah, I want to hear It.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Depends on the drama though, really, like if the drama
is like like a kid and a parent. Whoah. But
when it's like to like young eighteen year old arguing
about something completely stupid, that's kind of fun. Why is
that fun? I don't know why that's fun.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
What about babies and restaurants? I have a tendency to
give that a pass because babies can't help them, And yeah,
it lasts. I think that's the thing. Like before kids,
I was annoyed. I get annoyed by that, but now
I'm like, please don't hate me because my child is screaming.
At what point, though, would you remove the child from
a situation where you realize you might be annoying a

(02:22):
lot of people.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Oh, very quickly, when they're kicking my seat, that's pretty
much it. You gotta go.

Boysober

Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
