we are lit. We're hanging out. It's six forty nine
and speaking of festive cities. Yes, I mean you have
to thank Manhattan number one, right, but you have a
list of top ten.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
But you would be wrong, sir, I'm wrong.
Speaker 1 (00:18):
Yes. Do you know where this came from? Anybody? Is
it like I'm sorry to put you on the spot.
Is it from like you gov? Or is it Reddit?
Or is it a random poll? Is it USA Today?
Is it MySpace? Where did this come from? Is it friends?
Speaker 2 (00:36):

We don't have. We don't have, we don't have any kind.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
Of Millions of people were asked, I don't know the
most festive cities in the country. According to a new survey,
Cubby number ten.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
Number ten is what from somebody we don't know on
the internet? Buffalo, New York, Buffalo beautiful.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
We're gonna do the top ten countdown of the most
festive city for Christmas in the country. Coming in at
number ten is Buffalo, number nine, Warwick, Rhode Island. All right,
so far, you know Manchester, New Hampshire number eight. I
think it does make sense. The Northeast, just because we've
got the weather too. I never say it right. Wooster, Massachusetts.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
That's a tough one right outside Boston.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Worcester Sauce.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Worcester Sauce, Massachusetts. Okay, yes, Worcester.

Nashaua and New Hampshire comes in number six, coming in
at number five. We're talking festive Christmas e towns in
New York. Number five in America. Sorry, Frederick, Maryland.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
Have you noticed no, No West Coast, I mean nothing, Buffalo,
the furthest West. We've gone so far.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
They don't know how to do this. In La you
have to do it. Dover, Delaware comes in number four,
coming in at number three. Now we get a little
bit closer to home kids. Number three for one of
the most festive cities in America, Newark, New Jersey.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
WHOA, yes, think fest If you think Newark, you think Newark.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
We're talking about festive activities per square mile and seasonal
things to do. Number two Wilmington, Delaware. Okay, but number one,
your most festive city in the country, Jersey City, New Jersey.
Really boom boom, I mean over Madam boom boom.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Is it because of just it has to be all
the decorations.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
I guess it is. I guess you know. There's producer
Kristen is a new study by MRI Software Real Estate.
Speaker 1 (02:33):

And I feel bad, Christine. I sometimes you know, I

If I have the answers, I'll always give them to you,
believe christ If I don't, I'll just dodge the question
yes and wait till producer Kristen saves the day, which
she did. So Jersey City number one.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
Grants Jersey City most Festive city in America.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
But I still think there's something about New York City
and Rockefeller Center and everything that we have going on here.
I kind of don't understand why we're not number one.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
And we'll prove it on Saturday. It'll be very festive
skating in Central Park. It returns at Woolman Rink and
we're gonna be there. I believe our time slide is
what ten am to like a little bit afternoon, but
it goes on till four o'clock. And check this out, Christine.
