Speaker 1 (00:00):
We're talking about, like, seriously, how many pillows you sleep with?

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Not right on the bed, right the decor they toss
off the bed because.

Speaker 1 (00:07):
We have like twenty decore pillows. Yeah, it takes like
a minute. Yeah, get in the bed.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
So not those guys, but what you actually need to
sleep with. So I'm not trying to, you know, make
you crazy by giving you these stats, but those of
us who sleep with three or more pillows tend to
have higher anxiety levels than people can sleep with just
one pillow. Interesting, it's a little study that was shown

(00:34):
and they said, subconsciously, we might be looking for some
emotional protection, like people with high anxiety sometimes surround themselves
with physical barriers.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
I'm laughing because it's so true.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Like body pillows, or you stack a pillow behind your back,
or you've got one that you use as a shield,
like over your stomach. People who do this feel like
maybe there's a little safety zone in the bed.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
They and to suffer more from racing.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Thoughts at night, have two and a half times more anxiety,
again than folks who are not using all of these pillows.
So I'm not saying that this definitely means you have anxiety,
but there is a.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Correlation, Christine, Take us into your bedroom, give us a visual,
all right. One, one head is on the pillow. That's
your head.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
One head is on two pillows.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Okay? Are you a side oh? Two pillows?

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (01:25):
Are you a side sleeper?

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Back and forth? Side to side?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
So if you're on your side, two pillows on your head, right,
or you're laying on the pillow on top of your.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Head right, not on top of my hand?

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Is there a pillow to your like left? If you're
on your right side, between my knees, between your knees.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Okay, pillow between my knees and one hug pillow?

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Really every night, every night, now, if you have to
turn over, do you bring that hug pillow.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Or project you have to switch the knee position and
bring the hug pillow to the other side, all right.
And the pillow that Eric seems to steal the most
is the hug pillow. And I get very upset, like
it's the hug pillow.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
No, Christine, I mean, I'm sorry, Kristin. Yes, take us
inside your bedroom. One pillow me too. That's it. But
it's not like you're different or anything, Christine. It's Okay,
we're all doing something we like.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
I think I'm the queen of anxiety here.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
Then.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
Yeah, it's a fluffy pillow. It's not like a flat pillow.
So but you know, you sound like me when I
was pregnant, I had the pillow in between my legs
did when she was pregnant? Yeah, lots and lots of pillows,
but now just just one pillow, right, all right.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
So there's a problem for vacation by the way. Oh,
I'm sure you know, because if there's not extra pillows.
Sometimes they leave extra pillows in the closet, but they
don't always.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
So what will you do? Get a towel?

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Keep stealing Eric's like one pillow?

Speaker 1 (02:56):
All right? So the big question is on text, how
many pillows do you s leave with?

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Yeah, and do you think do you think it's related
to anxiety?

Speaker 1 (03:04):
I don't know it hit us up four four, three,
six three on text as we have more variety from
the eighties through today coming up next.
