seven hours of sleep a night is a strong predictor
of shorter life expectancy.

This is a new study published in the journal Sleep Advances.
Researchers found that sleep was more effective in predicting a
shorter life expectancy than any factor except smoking. So do
you smoke.

I don't smoke. Okay, I do drink. But other than that,
the lack of sleeper, lack of sleep will dox hours
you think would be pretty good. I go to bed
at nine fifteen ish and the alarms at three point thirty.
