speed limit in the left lane on highways, even if

that is one mile below the speed limit speed limit
sixty five. If you're not going to at least sixty five,
you can get a ticket. Drivers face a one hundred
and fifty dollars fine on their first defense of driving
too slow, two hundred and fifty dollars on their second offense,
and three hundred and fifty dollars on their third, and
at that point you could also face jail time. So

if you are an habitual slow driver in the left
lane the passing lane, then you eventually could get arrested
for doing that. Now, my guess is there's not a
lot of judges they're going to hold you in jail.
You're gonna get out really fast. But wouldn't that be
crazy to arrest people for driving too slow. We don't

have a problem arresting people for reckless driving, which is
driving too fast. How come maybe what Louisiana has done
here has decided that it is equally reckless to drive
too fast and to drive too slow. Is that what
we're talking about here? I think so. So if you
are habitually somebody who drives too slow, you could be
cited for their version of reckless driving new laws. In effect.

I say that because we're very close to Louisiana. Some
of us travel there on a fairly frequent basis, so
you best know that while you're driving in that state. Now,
I don't think this applies to the center lane or
the right lane if you're on a three lane expressway
or freeway. I don't think it applies to anybody in

the center lane or the right lane, although I guess
if you are driving too slow in any lane, they
could potentially give you a ticket five to ten time
