he didn't specify what those were. South Carolina Republican Senator

Lindsey Graham thinks it's the Obama administration's involvement in creating
the Russia hoax.

If there is evidence of a crime being committed or
suspected evidence of a crime being committed, create a special
council to look at it.

that the Europeans will invest more than one trillion dollars

Political consultant Luke Massias's Democrats don't have any new ideas

A man shot and killed picking up a family member
at a transit center on the southeast side. Two people
are hospitalized, including a twelve year old, after we're shooting
at an apartment complex in northwest Harris County. Meantime, Mattress

not that unusual, and especially if you're not happy with
how it's going.

Republican consultant Vinnie Minchillo says that Patterson himself has been
the target of recruitment efforts.

Last week's state representative, Giovanni Kapriglioni, announced he would not

heels of allegations that he had a long term extramarital affair.

seven hour time. Good morning, Good to be home, could
be back here on KTRH. Do you know what MKT
means on the menu? MKT or market. Evidently a young
person twenty year years older thereabouts posted a TikTok video

that they went out to eat at a very nice
restaurant and they looked at and line them on the menu,
a steak on the menu and said it said MKT.
So they didn't really know what that meant. Rather than
asking what it meant, they assumed that the steak was

(07:51):
it all maybe twenty bucks. It didn't have a price
next to it, just had the MKT again market so
they made an assumption it was probably about twenty bucks
and went ahead and ordered up a whole bunch of steaks.
When the bill came, the steaks actually cost fifty two
dollars each, and that added to a grilled cheese sandwich

for ten dollars. To see, if you're painting, First of all,
I'm surprised you have a fifty dollars steak and a
ten dollars grilled cheese sandwich on the same menu, but
that obviously was for a kid. Maybe kale caesar salad.
Twenty eight dollars credit card ser charge of three percent
also added to the bill, So the twenty year old
got a bill for one hundred and fifty nine dollars
and fourteen cents and then had the nerve I guess

to complain about how high it was. See, here's the thing.
If you ask them at the restaurant, the weight person,
what the market price is, they'll tell you what the
market price is. You know, it's like sometimes you go
to the restaurant, right they have a daily special and
that's not normally on the menu. And some restaurants will
be very upfront. They'll say our special to day is

blah blah blah, or whatever the price is, or they
may just tell you what the what the item is
and leave it to you as to whether or not
you want to ask how much it is, knowing that
if you don't ask how much it is for most
people doesn't matter how much it is if you don't ask.
By the way, have you noticed I've really kind of
noticed it this weekend in particular restaurants. I went to

places I go to all the time, just there's like
nobody there. It's like a ghost town. I thought, well,
maybe I'm coming earlier than I normally do. And I
looked at no same time I normally come places that
were packed just a few months ago, not that busy anymore.
If you notice that as well at prices, do you

think many prices have finally gotten to the point at
most restaurants that people are going, you know what, we
just we can't do this anymore. We have to come
back five ten time for traffic and weather.

one oh seven today, Tomorrow mid upper nineties for highs,
and then Wednesday we have a twenty percent chance of

right here. I saw a story about President Trump once
again mulling over the idea of giving rebates back to taxpayers.
Not so much, I guess, based a little bit on

the fact that they made so much money from tariffs
that made they've they've saved some money with DOGE cuts,
although not nearly as much as they originally said that
they thought they were going to save. And of course
I think the President also thinks we're going to be
making a lot more money with these tariff deals that
he that he's cutting right now. But the question becomes,
because every time you bring up giving people money for nothing,

not that's not for anything. You paid taxes, right, I says,
if you get some of your taxes back, I suppose
that's a sure thing. But of course we always talk
about trying to whittle away the national debt. So I
guess my question would be, would you prefer that President
Trump send you some sort of a rebate check or
would you prefer that that money go to pay towards

the national debt? And if you and I'm not going
to think you're selfish, by the way, if you think
that you'd rather have the check yourself, because I get
that a lot of you wouldn't trust, no matter who's
in charge, wouldn't trust the government to really do that
much moot the national debt, and that that rebate check
is not going to add up to anything anywhere near
what the national debt is. So anyway, if you'd like

What it's going to, do is it's, going to provide
first of all an incentive for cities to actually start
enforcing the laws. That are already on the books you
Have To understand that even in san francisco there, is
a ban on street camping it just hasn't been enforced.
For years and years and years now cities can actually
go out and enforce the law and get some resources
from the federal government as an incentive for, them to actually,

build out shelters. BUILD more treatment hold people accountable a
lot of people don't realize or they don't want to
admit that the drugs is fueling a lot of the
homeless crisis and that once, you get down to. The
street drugs keep you there so by actually providing funding
to help open, up more treatment spaces for people we
can get people the help. They need and get them

me in that most have the capability to make a
new life if they're given.
