Our next guest is going to be Katie Id's worst
nightmare if he isn't already, because he is a concerned
father who's not getting the answers he's looking for from
Katie ID about this fight between his daughter and the
male bully. That's right, it was a boy who slapped
her in the face of the middle of class and
wrestled with her. Daddy g and Francesco joins us, you're

at the We heard you from the I know you're
on with Michael Berry, so I know a little bit
about your story, Danny. So I don't want to reset
all that because we only have a few minutes. But
you were at the school board meeting the other night
and you spoke. What was the reaction to what you
had to say, If you heard anything back from Katie
Id as a result of that appearance.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
No, that was last night. I don't think I'm going
to hear anything back period, But if they were gonna respond,
it would be some time later today. I mean, I've
heard what they had to say. I spoke about policy
last week, so last night I spoke about the actual
incident and how they're making it impossible for me to

file charges and do the right thing for my daughter
by the way they've handled it and the way they're
trying to make it go away.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
Yeah, cause I understand this happened in the middle of
a classroom.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Correct, Yes, sir, with a teacher three feet away, and
so story.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Yeah, I'm just gonna say, if a teacher is present,
is there a way, whether it be through a lawsuit
or some other way, that you could depose this teacher
and force this teacher to to testify as far as
what happened in that classroom.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
I believe. So I believe we can do that. I've
got some lawyers working on case. It was a failure
on the teacher's part, the I mean all the way
up the assistant principle, the officer that was on duty.
So my daughter was rolling around on the floor with

this guy that I waited by her pounds for sixty
one seconds, and he had been sexually harassing her and
calling her names. And she told her boyfriend, and he
confronted him and said, leave my girlfriend alone. She got mad,
went to class and was just chattering behind her, and
they started arguing, and she got up use the restroom.

(02:19):
She came back from the restroom and that's when he
walked up to the front and he was he bowed
up and clinched his fist, and she said, what are
you gonna do? Hit a girl? And she hauled off
and slapped her and then proceeded to just pummel her
like she was a man. There wasn't wrestling on the ground.
He was throwing punches, and he was saying, if you

(02:39):
turn the volume up and you have a copy of
the video, it's hard to watch for me. I can't
watch it anymore. But by saying some really bad stuff
to her while he's on top of her on the ground.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Why do you finally yeah? Go ahead, no, go ahead, finish.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
When they finally got him to separate, as soon as
he had enough distance, he threw another three punches at it.
So this wasn't just like a slap and you know,
stop talking to me or something like that. This guy
was out for blood and he was not stopping until
enough people had a hold of him. He was going
after her like I don't know, like she killed his puppy.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
Yeah, she got suspended as a result of this.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
What happened to him, Oh, same thing, three day suspension.
But he's on the football team and didn't skip a beat,
and they wanted to kick my daughter off of volleyball,
and they agreed to keep her on there, but they
want her to do punishment after school for ten days
in April. They wanted to run or whatever it is
they do. So I'm having a problem with that right

now because why, I mean, anybody that sees this video
common sense. I mean, it's blatant. It's an assault. There
was no she didn't even have time to fight back.
She didn't even throw a punch. She was just getting pummeled.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Danny, I'm just about out of time, so let me
quickly ask you here. I know you've contacted lawyers. Is
a lawsuit pending or going to be pending? How How
how long can Katie id ignore you before you decide
to file a lawsuit?

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Well they can. They're going to play games for a
long time, but we're going to get all our ducks
in a row and I'm coming after everybody. This could
have been easy if they had just done the right
thing from the beginning, But now it's my personal mission
to get justice for my daughter.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
I don't blame you, sir, and I'm glad you're doing
what you're doing. Very few parents would would would would
get all involved in all the things you have to
do in order to get to the proper end of this.
But I'm glad to see that you are. I've got
to run, but I hope to talk to you again
soon and get an update on how things are going.
