I don't know if this is aboutrevenge or if this is about justice,
it really doesn't matter. But thisassures, this move assures that there will
be a continuing investigation Intolina Hildago's office, as there needs to be. Holly,

Yes, you know yesterday at thepress conference, so we saw very
defiant Kim Ogg, who seemed verydetermined to make sure justice is done in
this case, whether you know,these allegations are proven or disproven. And
her concern stemmed from the Democratic primarythis year in which her Democrat opponent,
On Tyr basically called these investigations andindictments a political prosecution and didn't seem to

put a lot of credibility behind them. This investigation has been ongoing for more
than two years. The indictments werehanded down two years ago. In the
cases language somewhat, so I thinkeveryone is wondering what really happened here,
and if those charges get dropped ornot prosecuted properly, I don't think we
would ever get the answers. Butas Kim Obbs noted, yes, Sean

Tier also solicited the endorsement of LenaHidalgo. He did get that endorsement.
There are questions about that as well, since that was done on county property
and livestream on county resources on socialmedia. So there's another criminal complaint pending
on that as well. But inthis case, it looks like the Attorney
General's office is going to take jurisdictionover both the investigation and prosecution. We

did see new evidence last November thatperhaps other staffers who have not yet been
indicted were involved in these communications,and also may have hidden some of what
they were doing by using encrypted appsand personal cell phones. So there are
still a lot of questions to beanswered about how this one woman firm got

this eleven million dollar contract to conductvaccine outreach, although I think we know
some of those answers. We'll onlyhave about a minute left, Holly,
But but how aggressive of that been? To tell me, how aggressive do
you think Ken Paxton's office is goingto be in investigating this case further?
Well, I think they're certainly goingto be very aggressive. They did have

the Texas Ranger there yesterday who hasbeen following this all along, along with
some new investigators from the Attorney General'soffice looks like they're bringing in their best
to thoroughly vet all of the evidenceand make sure justice is done here.
All right. Do you think therewill be any forthcoming charges against Lena Hildalgo
herself? Is she still being investigatedpersonally? You know, I think that's

possible. Just looking at the affidavitsthat were signed last November, it does
look like Lena Hidalgo herself was directlyinvolved in creating this project for this friend
of hers, who's also a Democratstrategy, just so we could see more
indictments coming down. We just don'tknow at this point, all right,
