Speaker 1 (00:00):
Six, twenty two is our time here in Houston's Morning News.
I don't know about the guns, but to be plenty
of lawyers and money involved after this election is over
and done with. Jared Woodfield joins us to talk about
what is likely to happen. I think we all know
that once the election is over, if Donald Trumps won,
and maybe even if he hasn't, there are going to
be lawsuits. They're gonna be brought. Would you care to comment, sir.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Uh, Jimmy's couldn't be with you this morning.
Speaker 3 (00:28):
Absolutely, they are going to be lawsuits set that are
going to be brought.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
Should we be surprised?
Speaker 3 (00:32):
I mean, this is a group of individuals that have
teached this gentleman two times. They've tried to indict and
actually convicted President Trump. They filed civil lawsuits against him
and hundreds of millions of dollars.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
So they're gonna do everything they.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
Can to try to prevent President Trump from being the
next president of the United States. And that's gonna include
election law contest that'll happen in the battleground states. I mean,
we go all the way back to two thousand in
Bush by Gore and the hanging Chad. So we know
that this is in there are We know that it's coming,
and the Trump team I know is prepared.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
For it well.
Speaker 4 (01:04):
And they're not going to go just after Donald Trump.
They're going to go down Ballid too. I mean, I
wouldn't be a bit surprised to see some sort of
challenge against Ted Cruz should he win here in Texas,
which it looks like he will, but if he doesn't,
I mean, I can see this happening all across, not
just battleground states. They want to keep control.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
That's exactly right, share, I mean, I can see it
also happening in the Ted Cruz race too. And then
they'll go and they'll look for a friendly form, a
friendly judge, and they'll do everything they can to try
to put the election on hold, and ultimately, you know,
you're looking at depend on what vehicle.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
They use, a state system of the federal system. Likely
the federal.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
System, it would find its way at the United States
Supreme Court. The good news is the election law contests
are usually not successful. Unfortunately, they take a whole lot
of time and they waste a whole lot of resources,
but they're usually not successful.
Speaker 1 (01:51):
Yeah, Virginia won their case in front of the Supreme Court.
Speaking of which, but does this not illustrate once again
just how important picking Supreme Court justices is. That that
may be the most important thing that any president does.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
Oh, well, you're absolutely right, Jimmy.
Speaker 3 (02:07):
Going back to what you just said, the Supreme Court's
decision and the Virginia case. I mean, it should be
very clear that if you're not a US citizen, you
can't be on a voter roll.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
But there was a federal judge you said no, you
can be.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
Thank the Lord, we had a supreme six to three
majority on the Supreme Court that said no, that they
can purge or remove these individuals from the voter role
because they're not US citizens. So, yes, who sits on
the highest court is extremely important because it implicates every
other lower case decision. And then many times those decisions
are coming from judges that have a completely different ideology
(02:40):
that's inconsistent with the US Constitution.
Speaker 4 (02:42):
But we have to worry because how many times have
we seen in the past that the lawless seem to
hold sway over court decisions and fear arousing fear on
American streets. What kind of chaos should we be expecting.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Well, that's exactly right, Sara too. I mean, they don't
like the Left doesn't like the results. They go to
the streets. I mean, I mean we've seen what they're
trying to do to President Trump. I mean, they do
not want him to be president, and they have done
everything and they can to prevent him from becoming the
next president of the United States, including.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
Some individuals that have tried to take his own lind
And so we.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
Know that ultimately there will likely be protests, they are
likely to be riots going on, and it's important that
law enforcement will actually go after those individuals.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
And there will be those that will turn a blind
eye to it.
Speaker 3 (03:29):
But I think ultimately you're going to have individuals that
will stand up, that will speak up, and that will
refuse to give up, and we'll shut it down.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
And I do believe President Trump's going.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
To be the next president of United States, regardless of
what legal challenges he may face.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
Yeah, dude, Delle's straight SHARE's point line. I don't know
if you saw Jerry, but last line in Los Angeles
after the Dodgers won the World Series looting, setting cars
on fire, wearing masks, rioting that they're just looking for
a reason to get out there and do it, and
the election will be a prime reason. Warning.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
Oh absolutely, I mean, and those are the same individuals
that Kamala Harris has supported and helped bail out numerous occasions.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
And so, yeah, the left has.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
A completely different ideology, and so when it comes to
them not getting the result they want that, I don't.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
Think there's anything that they won't do.
Speaker 3 (04:16):
That's why it's so important that we re elect President
Trump and that we get to we support law enforcement too,
because it's ultimately going to be law enforcement, It's absolutely
and they're putting their lives on the line every single day.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
Let me he's one more comment, Mark Elias. I mean,
he's the mastermind of all these battle he's coordinating it
all across all these different states and all these different jurisdictions.
He is the legal Let's take him down and burn
it down in court if we can.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
Well, you remember sharing in twenty twenty where they did
everything they could to change election law in different states,
doing it through Secretary of States, doing it through governors
and some of the key battleground states, and they did
it all in the interest.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
Of the pandemic.
Speaker 3 (04:59):
You remember that and many of the things that they did,
I believe was were unconstitutional. So we know that there's
a model that they will employ and that they will
use in order to change the process to achieve the INDs,
which their goal is to get Kamala Harris elected.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
That's not going to happen.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
Donald Trump is going to be the next president of
the United States and despite the legal challenges they may
wave against him.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
All right, Jared, thanks for joining us as always appreciated.
Jared Woodville. It is six twenty seven,
