Oh, that was a huge victory for America for putting
America first. You know, the Muslim Brotherhood is part of
this Sharia law network, and I'm just going to be
blunt right here. Sharia law is organized crime period the end.
They don't think we deserve to exist as a nation

as Americans, as Christian We've seen this firsthand. We've seen
in Plano, ISD recently and also EPIC, which is East
Plano Islamic Center up in North Texas. It is here.
It is a clear and present danger to our constitutional republic.

a threat for a very very long time. And a
lot of people go back to, as a matter of fact,
the Holy Land Foundation trial from what two thousand and eight,
I think it was the unindicted co conspirators in this

we're talking about an organization that is ostensibly trying to

compatibility between Islam and American Western civilization culture.

there is Sharia law and Islamification in Texas. And look,

Biden gave away an entire nation to radical Islamic terirists Afghanistan,

right now. And look, this is this problem is not
something that's new. It's something I've been working on four years.
And at the end of the day, this is a
show me, don't tell me business. And we have tools
in Texas I have fought to change the law to
make sure that we do have these tools to combat this.
Number one, of course, is making sure that it is

a crime to enforce sharia law. That's transnational repression. That
was passed into law this session. Number two Senate Bill seventeen.
That is the new law that prevents foreign enemy entities,
not just nations, but enemy entities like Muslim Brotherhood from
buying real property in Texas. And that is what Governor

Abbott invoked the other day. That was a huge victory
designating CARE and Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist entities in Texas
because what that does is that prevents them from buying
any property in the state.

And that is indeed huge And yeah, that's why I
kind of focus on CARE because again, I think it's
a front organization for the Muslim Brotherhood trying to make
it appear as though they want to just you know,
assimilate into American culture, and it isn't it simply not
the case when you talk about the establishment of Sharia,
and that is what one of those bills does. How
would that be identified and characterized because sometimes creeping Sharia

and I talk to a lot of experts about this
creeping Sharia can kind of go under the radar and
become part of, if not the actual written law, the
law in practice. So how do you identify it.

So it's any application of foreign law with transnational repression.
It is very broad. We wrote that as broadly as possible.
And that is a second argie felony by the way,
And so if we have district attorneys that are refusing
to enforce that that section of the penal code, they
need to be removed from office. It's the same as
the George Soros das that are letting murders out. You

don't get to treat our laws and our constitution as suggestions, right,
you're supposed to put your hand on the Bible to
protect and defend all of our laws and all of
the constitution. But look, you know up in Epic they
were seeking a back door way, right, they were selling
shares essentially their corporate bylaws of this development up in
the Plano area. It was not in the deed restrictions

like you would normally see. What they were doing is
they were selling shares and then de facto through their
corporate bylaws, enforcing sharia law. So we prohibited that as well,
that was House built forty two to eleven, and it
allows us and the Attorney General's Office to bring action
to stop that and also prevent any public benefit from

going to a no go zone Sharia law development like that,
and what that means is they can't have roads, they
can't have water, they can't get approved for a MUD
which is utility district pursuer and water to develop it.
In other words, we're able to block developments like that
that are these no go zones where they wanted to
enforce Sharia law.

lose Texas to Sharia compliance, we lose the country.
