five more seats in the House. A lawsuit already filed
over this, and the left continues to cry about it,
but they were called out by a surprising source.

Is criticizing Texas hypocritical given what you put in your
own state.

House Minority Leader Hakim Jeffrey never answered CNN's question. Yes, CNN.
And by the way, Maryland Governor Wes Moore now says
redistricting is on the table in his state.

Well, the redistricting war actually started in Galveston.

It was Galveston County commissioners who first moved to abolish
coalition districts.

People act like we stumbled into this. Far from it.
This was very deliberate, eyes wide open. We knew exactly
what we were doing.

Galveston County Judge Mark Henry says the Biden DOJ suing
over their county maps enabled all of this.

The city of Chicago does not need a military occupied.

State, Chicago's far left mayor Brandon Johnson calling it tyranny
on MSNBC. The liberal Washington Post claims the Pentagon has
been working on a Chicago plan for weeks here at home,
the good guys fight back. Homeowners shoot and kill two
potential home invaders posing as police officers.

Biden's pardons. Doj flagged some of them, but Joe granted
the pardons to some violent criminals.

Anyway, you have a man named Steven Fowler who ordered
someone to be tortured, plays Anderson, who was implicated in
multiple murders and kidnappings. The Just Supertment official in these
memos actually suggested to the President that he stopped saying
publicly that my pardons will only apply to non violent offenders.

Stephen Richards of Just the News says this ties into
the auto pen scandal and that some of these might
be reversed. It's not getting the attention deportations are, but
the President is cracking down on illegals getting medicaid.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid is ordering states to
remove those who don't match up with federal databases in
an effort to get illegal aliens off of Medicaid. Iram
Melman with the Federation for American Immigration Reform says this
is long overdue the.

Limited benefits that are available. The priority should be on
covering American citizens who are in need of these benefits
and making it clearer to people if you are in
the country illegally that you are not going to be
able to get access to these benefits.

And estimated one point four million Medicaid enrollies fail to

Let's just change the stores, make them whier, brighter, more generic,
that type of thing. But people feel very very strongly
about Cracker Barrel, and a lot of you said.

No, it's because they're woke. It's well with you, Jimmy,
they're woke.

And I said, what, just because you're trying to rebrand
doesn't necessarily mean that you're woke. And then the more
you hear out of this CEO, this new younger female CEO,
the more you realize, Okay, yeah, she might be a
little woke, she might be a lot woke. It diversity
and inclusion is a part now of the game at

Cracker Barrel. I don't know how important it was before.
I mean, I think they've always been diverse. Well, I
go to a Cracker Barrel, I see all sorts of
different people eating there, I see all sorts of different
people working there. Seems pretty diverse to me, all on
so own without without changing a dog on thing. But
here's the one that persuaded me. Do you know, and

I don't play the game, so I never noticed. Do
you know they changed the peg game at Cracker Barrel.
Remember the pig game, you know where you try to
you try to get to the point where you've made
all the jumps and there's only one peg left. Well,
here's what it used to say on the bag game.

parent of Pete's brand coffee for eighteen billion dollars. Amsterdam
based JD. E. Pete sells coffee around the world under
more than two dozen brand names. It is the distributor
for Maxwell House Coffee outside the US, and Starbucks will
cut back the hours of operations for the plants that

roast and package its coffee beans. Coffee Company says it
no longer needs to run the plants around the clock
seven days a week, so starting in January, facilities in
five states will switch to five day schedules to cut costs.
The call center software company Varrant Systems may be about
to change hands and be taken private, sources tell Bloomberg

State Senate passes redrawn congressional maps after killing a filibuster
attempt by the Democrats early Saturday morning. But the first
lawsuit in all of this has already been filed by

next month so that they can try to get the
map thrown out.

thousands of dollars from a billionaire casino mogul. So will

He's in a Democrat drawn district. I think they'll probably
re elect him. This comes into bigger play if he
tries to make some sort of run for statewide office, though,
because this is the kind of thing that I think
voters across the state don't like to see.

John Cornyn's Senate seat, Brennan Walton's with the Texas score
Card says Tallerico took as much as sixty grand from
Miriam Adelson. She is the owner of the Las Vegas
Sands casino and the majority owner of the Dallas Mavericks
in the NBA. It's five point thirty four on KHRH.

Looking at your money. Down futures are down one hundred
and nine points this morning. Oil futures are up though,
forty two cents to sixty four dollars and eight cents barrel. Now,
this won't come as a shock to you. More Democrat shenanigans.

shorts that the waitresses wear. They want to change from

back to something that's more appropriate, more family friendly. But
to me, you know, to me, the waitresses were always
just a gimmick when you get right down to it,
isn't really about the food unless you're just going to
eat chicken wings and cold beer and watch a football game,
isn't isn't really food the drawing card here, maybe what

they need to be working on is their menu. So
it got me thinking here, I mean, are there companies
that can successfully rebrand? You know, everybody's making a critique
of how Cracker barrels going about things and whether or
not that that's going to work for them or not
work for them. There have been brands, certainly, there have
been brands that have rebranded successfully, right. I know, Apple,

for example, with their whole Think Different slogan in the
early nineteen nineties, they moved away from a computer image
to embrace something a little bit more sleek and simple.
They put a renewed focus on the cutting edge technology,
and it worked for them. Their sales have been down,
they had a resurgence Dunkin Donuts. When they change from
dunkin Donuts to just playing Duncan, that seemed to work

all right for them. People seem to realize they're more
than just a donut shop. They have other things other
than donuts. So here here's my question, not so much,
you know, how do you successfully rebrand that? We didn't
need marketing experts of that, but can you give me
any examples of places that rebranded changed their image and

use either started to patronize them, or they changed their
image and rebranded and you stopped going there because you
didn't like what they did. You know, how has a
rebrand affected the places you go to, the places you
shop at, the places you eat at. You go to
