This explosive lawsuit now has that Campbell's exec on leave
this morning after claims he made offensive comments about Indian
workers and even trash Campbell's own products and the people
who buy them. It is all listed in this new
lawsuit filed in Michigan. Former Campbell's cybersecurity analyst Robert Garza

said he secretly recorded Campbell's VP, Martin Valley during a
routine salary meeting last November, which the employee claims turned
into a seventy five minute ti rade. Court filings say
the Campbell's executive said offensive comments about Indian employees, calling
them idiots, called Campbell's products food for poor people, and

claimed Campbell's uses bioengineered meat and chicken.

still crying over affects just seven percent of Americans.

believes Republicans now have another opportunity to try and fix
the entire American healthcare system.

Obamacare has made the health Secare system worse. It's increased
prices for many many people, and it's less in access
to healthcare. And so I think that there's a lot
that needs to be done. The question is how much
can be done right now?

Lawmakers could vote on those subsidies next week. A little
more breathing room for Republicans in the House. Matt van
Epp speaks Radical Democrat Afton Bane in a special congressional
election in Tennessee, being was being promoted as the AOC

Abbott officially asks the US Treasury Department to investigate the
Council on American Islamic Relations. He wants their status as

Americans of generous hearts, but charity must not become a
backdoor to sponsor terrorism in endanger Americans and subvert our democracy.

proposed some pretty serious reforms. I just noticed that the
House Republicans have three or four different groups working on healthcare.
And the key here is it? You know it's just
not working. I mean, the Affordable Care Act turned out

not to be affordable. I have been very strongly advocating
transparency because I think until you can see the cost
and the quality and you can make a decision, we're
never going to get the system to work. The insurance
company bureaucracies and the government bureaucracies and the hospital bureaucracies

(35:47):
all conspire to raise costs, and so you can't just
talk about the cost of insurance unless you talk about
the cost of actual care. And we have been unwilling
to go straight at it the way we should be,
and I'm an optimist. I will tell you we will
probably we have a very good chance of passing transparency

(36:11):
this year. I think that could take something like twenty
percent out of the cost of health care just by
allowing people to have better options and to know what
they're doing. So we'll say, I mean, it's a very
hard thing, and of course it's very partisan, and every
you know, I mean, the Democrats took a position that

(36:33):
you couldn't reform and fix the system for legal immigrants,
you couldn't fix the system for adults who are able,
body who refused to work. You couldn't even fix the
system for going after crooks. And I'll just give you
one fact that's amazing on the Obamas on the COVID subsidies.

(36:54):
One half of them involved people who never applied for
a single from the insurance company. So the government was
sitting insurance company all this money for people who weren't
using insurance. And it's billions and billions of dollars. And
you know whether or not you can get Democrats to

(37:15):
decide that it's worth fixing it rather than just yelling
about it, I don't know. Well, And that'll be a fact.

As you know, we just went through a government shutdown
supposedly over healthcare, and we've faced potential another one at
the end of January. If something doesn't happen. Can they
come up with some sort of at least principle in agreement,
agreement to some sort of idea here that what they're
going to do going down the road to prevent another
government shutdown?

Yeah, my guess is that by the end of January
will have gotten something done. It may not be pretty,
it may not be everything you'd like, but I think
they will move in the direction of trying to fix
the system. Partially just because it is so expensive. Now,
I mean, you want to talk about affordability, you have

to talk about fixing the healthcare system because that's one
of the biggest burdens. You know, the average family of
four now pays around twenty three to twenty four thousand
dollars every year. You're buying a small car every year
in your health insurance.

and we're not addressing any of those fundamental problems in.
The universities we're not dealing with. Student loans we're not
putting universities on the hook for the hundreds of millions
of dollars of federal subsidies for student loans for kids
to get degrees and crappy degrees that don't prepare them for.

real problems all we're doing is shuffling money around so
