This is another reason you listen to AM radio to
get your traffic and on all those cute little apps,
because sometimes we since we're staffed by actual, real live people,
can can discern here two eighty eight outbound airport, there's
a what's I call a phantom entry. That's a heavy
truck supposed to be stalled southbound. It's not there. It's
on the screen, but it doesn't exist. And northbound you're
(01:11):
going all the way up from clute. I'm Skymike at

Trump blown away?
Speaker 5 (01:42):
Amazing that woman with News Nation last night. As the
second Trump administration hits the one hundred day mark.
Speaker 6 (01:49):
And this time around, Trump has been moving at warp speed.
Speaker 7 (01:53):
When you're getting stuffed on time flies by fast. Trump
has been on the warpath establishing the America First agen.
Speaker 6 (02:00):
And that's Anthony le Bruna with the American Principles Project.
And despite what you hear from the left, Trump has
done a lot.
Speaker 7 (02:09):
I'm excited for day one oh one. I know he's
not gonna let off. He's gonna keep moving forward, and
I think the American people are with.
Speaker 6 (02:16):
Him, and some will be with him tonight during a
massive rally in Michigan Jeff Biggs News Radio seven forty KA.
Speaker 5 (02:23):
T Ree, and he's supposed to take the stage tonight
at about five o'clock. A new study shows that ABC, CBS,
and NBC their evening news have given Trump ninety two
percent negative coverage so far. Political strategist Bill Miller says,
the mainstream media has always hated Trump.
Speaker 8 (02:42):
I do think covering conflict is what the media does,
and they do a good job. The question is how
they do it ba early or not, And I think
probably there's a biased against Donald Trump for sure.
Speaker 5 (02:53):
By the way, that ninety two percent is up from
the first one hundred days in Trump's first term, as
compared to Joe Biden, who got sixty percent positive coverage
at his one hundred demark five h three on KTRH.
The President signed more executive orders yesterday, including one exstructing
the DOJ to create a list of all sanctuary cities
(03:14):
not complying with federal immigration laws. There are sanctuary cities, though,
and then there are sanctuary states. For instance, California.
Speaker 9 (03:23):
Ordering police departments and sheriffs not to hand over criminally
legal aliens two Ice. That law is still in place
and in effect as we speak.
Speaker 5 (03:33):
W Chief of Staff Stephen Miller talking to ktrh's Sean Hennity.
As for foreign policy, Russias Vladimir Putin makes new demands
resisting Trump's efforts for peace, demanding the annexation of twenty
percent of Ukraine in any peace deal. Meantime, the White
House has Putin's proposed three day ceasefire is.
Speaker 10 (03:53):
Not good enough.
Speaker 5 (03:55):
By the way, that's a ceasefire that Putin only announced
after Trump met with Vladimir Zelensky in Rome.
Speaker 11 (04:02):
I think President Trump has created this the environment so
that these parties can come together, But ultimately it's going
to be up to Russia and Ukraine to agree to
any deal that can be had.
Speaker 5 (04:13):
Matthew Whitaker is the US ambassador to NATO, talking to Fox.
It's now five h four. Canada's Liberal Party is projected
to win the election for the fourth straight cycle. That
party led by hardliner Mark Carney, who replaced Justin Trudeau.
The mainstream media claims Trump's tariffs will lead to empty
store shelves. Treasury Secretary Scott Besson disagrees.
Speaker 12 (04:36):
We have some great retailers. I assume they pre ordered.
I think we'll see some elasticities, and I think we'll
see replacements, and then we will see how quickly the
Chinese want to de escalate.
Speaker 5 (04:49):
Trump will reportedly announced a move tonight that would reduce
the impact of tariffs on American automakers. Trading over nightdown
futures are up one hundred and seven points after the
now gained one hundred and fourteen points yesterday. Oil down
eighty four cents to sixty one dollars and twenty one
cents a barrel this morning. Now Drill, Baby drill will
(05:10):
become a reality under this president, and a private equity
firm in Texas is now expanding its investments into the
American oil and gas industry.
Speaker 13 (05:19):
This is a major move that simply would never have
happened without Trump.
Speaker 14 (05:23):
That private equity money dried up under the Biden administration.
There wasn't a lot of confidence to follow through on projects.
Speaker 13 (05:31):
Market analyst Phil Flynn says this is probably just the
beginning of a major boom in oil and gas investments.
Speaker 14 (05:36):
These investors realized that three to five years from now,
there is going to be a lot of demand and
that needs to be met.
Speaker 13 (05:44):
He says Trump's efforts to end the rush of Ukraine
War and deregulate the oil and gas industry are both
great signs for investors. Ethan Buchannan News Radio seven forty
ktr sky.
Speaker 10 (05:53):
Mike's not going to like this.
Speaker 5 (05:54):
Driverless trunks are now on Texas highways, which means robots
are taking jobs from Todd Spencer is the president of
the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association. He's concerned that we're
not getting the full picture about safety issue with these trucks.
Speaker 15 (06:11):
So they're not so fully disclosing when it comes to
things that go wrong.
Speaker 5 (06:16):
He says, the whole reason for driverless trunks is to
eliminate competent drivers in their paychecks, the very reasons trucking
is as safe as it is. NAI continues to grow
and now AI generated photos and videos are becoming even
more realistic, making corporate America more suspicious of job applicants.
Speaker 16 (06:35):
We've actually taking on an IT person to look at
our software make sure we've got enough protection. So the
very least I would just encourage companies to contract or
hiring on an IT person who has extensive background in
AI technology.
Speaker 5 (06:48):
Author Paul Peter says they've been doing more in person
job interviews to avoid.
Speaker 10 (06:52):
Being scammed by AI fakes. Five oh seven.
Speaker 5 (06:56):

The events of the day, Liberation Day, how the market
is reacting, laid out in real time at the top
and the bottom of the out.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
What's happening on news Radio seven JGRH ben to Spain
once briefly Barcelona five only eight our time here in
Houston's morning news. Beautiful country from what I hear, but
not that I saw a lot of it. I saw Barcelona.
It was a beautiful city and everybody had power that day,
(07:40):
so it was fine. But a lot of people didn't
have power yesterday, not just in Barcelona, but all across
Spain and Portugal in unprecedented blackout brought much of Spain
and Portugal to a standstill against a stopping trains, cutting
phone server, shutting down traffic, lights and ATMs for millions
of people across the Iberian Peninsula fifty million people live there.
(08:04):
Not known exactly how many people were affected because the
governments doesn't have much to say about it for some reason.
The reason behind the blackout remains unknown, but several officials
have ruled out sabotage. At this point, there are no
indications of any cyber attack. Spanish power distributor read Electricia
(08:25):
declined to speculate on the cause of the power outage
that began around twelve thirty pm Madrid time, and said
restoring power fully would take up to ten hours. You
know what happened, Basically, the system crashed. The system crashed.
There was too much demand sound fail here. More demand
(08:48):
than supply can crash the system, leading to blackouts and brownouts.
We've had that here in the past, and if we're
not careful, we will have that again. State officials are
concerned about security, civil protection, hospitals, fuel supply companies, all
those types of things. There was a strong oscillation, whatever
(09:13):
that means in the European grid supposedly behind the outerags
cost still being determined. Other than the fact again, there
seems to be a situation in Spain and Portugal across
much of Europe which has been very green as relates
to energy, to have demand but not have enough supply
to meet the demand when the demand is high. Evidently
(09:35):
it was a rather warm day in Spain and Portugal yesterday.
Maybe that had a little something to do with it.
See here's why I mentioned this. You know, what's going
on in Europe, that's their own problem of their own making.
What's going on in here in Texas is also a
problem of our own making, and it's a similar situation
in that we are not doing enough to solve the problem.
(09:56):
We're okay right now, but you've heard the projections. In
the next ten years, we're going to need fifty percent
more power here in Texas in order to be able
to keep the grid going the way we know the
grid needs to go. Because we continue to grow and
we continue to invite industry here that sucks up a
whole bunch of energy, and yet we have done nothing.
(10:16):
We have done nothing since our major power outages in
order to increase reliable energy supply nothing. Five ten, time
for traffic and weather together for checking out breast Spanish.
Speaker 4 (10:28):
They since they talk funny in Spain, they do talk
money in Spain. You know, my friends that are CuO
Nessas think they talk funny in Paris. I've never been
there with Paris, Texas or Paris, France. That's a great answer.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
Let's go.
Speaker 4 (10:40):
Let's stick out your northwest side here. I haven't heard
from anybody on two forty nine. In a wild Tomball.
You look good into the belt so far. We're looking
at sixteen minutes. Piece of cake there two ninety. If
you had a grand march at your wedding, it's pretty
much sleeky time for you.
Speaker 2 (10:54):
Into the west loop here twenty three minutes.
Speaker 4 (10:57):
Katie Freeway's going from Katie Mill Small all the way
into downtown. Are you getting around to the President's Yeah,
no problem here. You know they say you should do
something that scares you every day. That's why you should
get on I forty five the ramp to Iten because
that's a little suicide squeeze, and that's through that roadwork
that's going outbound on the Katie Freeway from downtown to Studentmont.
(11:18):
It's three little skinny leanthes and the text talk wall
of death and it's on for at least another year.
Speaker 2 (11:22):

Speaker 3 (11:26):
From r KTRH top tats Avenders twenty four. Our weather
cent Terry is here this morning and the cloud cover
is coming back today. Not a lot of sunshine coming
our way, I guess no, not.
Speaker 18 (11:36):
A lot of sunshine.
Speaker 19 (11:37):
We've got a really steady flow off the Gulf of Mexico,
so lots of moisture, lots of humidity, lots of clouds
to go along with it.
Speaker 18 (11:46):
Not a lot of rain until later in the week.
Speaker 19 (11:48):
Now, we do have a twenty percent chance of a
shower or two today and tomorrow, so there's not a
lot of rain, but you may run into a brief
shower and our temperatures load mid eighties both days. But
then our rain chances start increasing Thursday into the weekend.
Thirty percent chance of thundershowers Thursday, and a fifty percent
chance of more rain Friday, forty percent chance of showers Saturday.
(12:13):
It's going to be warm Thursday in the mid deem
for eighties. But then we'll start to see the temperatures
cool a little bit toward the end of the week
as we get a little more cooler air to make
its way, just slightly cooler air into southeast Texas by Saturday.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
Right now, seventy at your officials, Severe Weather Station, News
Radio seven forty KTRH. It's Houston's Morning News, brought to

Barrett and the Houston Morning News team. All the info
you need to take on the day. All right, next
segment is one that we're going to talk about SB seventeen,
(12:51):
the Texas Senate bill that would prevent in some cases,
certain foreign entities or people from owning property here in Texas. China, Iran,
North Korea, in Russia, if that is your country of origin,
you would be prevented in this bill from being able
to buy land or to buy a home here in
(13:14):
Texas unless you are a United States citizen. And as
you can imagine, the progressive left is having a little
hissy fit over this, calling it Now, if you're the
progressive left, what would you call this bill? Yes, of
course racist, It's racist. More than that story coming up next,
But first, let's do traffic and weather together, starting with
you SKay, make all right?
Speaker 4 (13:34):
Two eighty eight. They always have that stall. This pops
up on the screen all the time. Southbound at airport.
It's not there.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
We're good to go.
Speaker 4 (13:40):
Stephen at Boston's looking extra happy this morning. And from
Angleton into downtown, nothing doing. Let's do a quick tip line, dude.

Yeah, Mike, this is John from a tax to Fita.
I'm heading to the eighth the hard workin eath brother.
We got a clear route from attached to Fita all

correction on A five thirteen. Whether she called it the
Gulf of Mexico. It is a Gulf of America.
Speaker 4 (14:06):
I'm in the USA r Viversorts dot Com traffic center.
Speaker 3 (14:10):
It's just an old habit. Don't worry about that. From

You, Jimmy.
Speaker 5 (14:34):
More violence in Houston last night, including an apparent deadly
home invasion, the papal conclave to replace Pope Francis as
scheduled for May seventh, and Jimmy. Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred
says he'll consider lifting the lifetime ban on Pete Rose
after meeting with President Trump. By the way, Rose died
in September. Get the latest, Hey, gun, I thought it
(14:56):
was a lifetime ban, and it turned out to be
apparently okay.
Speaker 3 (15:00):
If your life is over, the band's over, right, what

Check in even more often US Radio seven forty, KTRH

If SB seventeen passes through the state legislature, it would
be illegal for you to purchase property or buy home
here in Texas if you are from China, Iran, North Korea,
(15:43):
or Russia, unless, of course, you're a United States citizen.
And of course that has the progressive left howling at
the idea we would do something like that. Here's a
report from Fox twenty six.
Speaker 22 (15:55):
Let's be absolutely clear, this bill is racist. This bill
is anti Asian.
Speaker 23 (16:02):
Thursday, the Texas House Committee of Homeland Security at vanced
Senate Bill seventeen and it is now headed to the
House floor for a vote.
Speaker 24 (16:10):
This law SB seventeen undermines the American dream. It undermines
the very moral fabric of what we should stand for
as Americans. Harris County is one of the largest economic hubs,
not only in Texas but in the United States. So
to have a law it would take our neighbor's rights away.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
It would have a law where the.
Speaker 24 (16:39):
Attorney General could essentially unilaterally take the property is unconstitutional
because it undermines due process.
Speaker 23 (16:47):
If signed into law, Senate Bill seventeen would restrict people
from buying land and property purchases who are originally from China, Russia, Iran,
in North Korea.
Speaker 25 (16:58):
Moreover, is threatened to protections granted by both US Constitution
and the Texas Constitution. It's also discouraging foreign investment and talent.
Speaker 23 (17:11):
In a tweet on X State Representative Cole Hefner from
District five, who introduced the bill, says, in part quote,
this legislation is about standing up to hostile foreign actors
and keeping Texas secure. It strengthens our ability to protect
critical infrastructure, private property, and our communities from foreign threats
that have no place here.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
End quote.
Speaker 23 (17:33):
Local leaders and activists say this bill is not about
national security, but dividing our nation.
Speaker 22 (17:39):
SB seventeen will strip away the rights of thousands of
Texas residents, people who are here legally simply because of
their country of origin. It'll expose them to racial profiling,
housing discrimination, and even the terrible possibility of having the
property seized.
Speaker 10 (17:59):
Oh it's racing, That's what it is. It's racist, all right.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
Let me ask the question today, then, how do you
feel about SB seventeen. Do you agree that if you
are foreign born from either China, Russia, North Korea, or
Iran known enemies of the United States of America, do
you agree that you should have to be a United
(18:23):
States citizen in order to be a buy property if
you're from those countries? Or do we just keep allowing
bad actors who are not citizens, whether they're here legally
or not, to buy property here in Texas the question
of to day. Here's how you participate. You go to
the iHeartRadio app KTRH. Please make us number one on

In nine minutes, current temperature is seventy at your official
severe weather station. News Radio seven forty KTRH. I'm down
(20:56):
for the news. Here's Cliff Sanders.
Speaker 5 (20:58):
Thank you, Jimmy five one on KH five thirty one
on KTRH. And our top story is another violent night
across Houston. Well, he had a deadly home invasion apparently
on the southeast side last night. According to HPD, the
homeowner was killed in what they called a gunfight with
bad guys. There was also a shooting on the northeast
(21:18):
side that leaves one man in the hospital. It started
as a fight between new neighbors. And this comes after
three people were killed and ten others were injured in
at least six shootings across the area on Sunday night.
And there's this according to a televised report, Harris County
DA Seawan Tier his office files noticed that three hundred
criminal cases over the last five years were filed as
(21:42):
more serious Class A misdemeanors when they should have been
filed as Class B misdemeanors. No comment yet from the
former DA Kim Ogg five point thirty two on KTRH.
President Donald Trump's Big Beautiful Bill is now in focus
because Congress as returned from Easter break into reports the
House and Senate Republicans are trillions apart on a bill.
(22:05):
One thing they do agree on, though, is extending the
Trump tax cuts.
Speaker 27 (22:09):
We know that all of Trump's tax cuts that are
expiring at the end of this year would create a
twenty two percent tax increase on all Americans on average,
and we got to make sure it doesn't happen.
Speaker 5 (22:23):
House Waves and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith on Fox
We've hit the one hundred day mark in the second
Trump administration. The President rallies in Michigan tonight. We'll have
more on that at six o'clock. Five point thirty three.
We now know more about the Milwaukee, Wisconsin judge who
was arrested last week for hiding a previously deported illegal
(22:43):
alien in her jewelry room. Apparently there's a notice on
the door of judge Hannah Dugan's courtroom, encouraging anyone who
felt unsafe to request an appearance via zoom. The fallout
from this arrest, well, another judge is threat not to
come to work until Dugan is out of jail.
Speaker 28 (23:03):
This other judge in Wisconsin who says she's going to
refuse to go to work, then she's violating the state's
Fair Labor Standards Act, which says you can't be a
government employee and also refuse to work.
Speaker 5 (23:14):
Former Judge Cully Stimpson says this is just more examples
of the left doubling down on their temper tantrums, speaking
of which, we got one more from Chuck Schumer yesterday.
Speaker 29 (23:25):
We will expose his broken promises, We'll expose his lies,
We'll expose the ways he is threatening democracy.
Speaker 5 (23:32):
Yeah, that was a day after that weird sit in
on the steps of the Capitol hosted by HAKEM. Jeffries
and New Jersey Senator Corey Booker. Now, Schuber claims Trump
doesn't respect the law, but Joe Biden disobeyed the US
Supreme Court multiple times, specifically over student loans. Schuber says
that extraordinary action will be necessary if Trump doesn't follow
(23:56):
the Court's rulings. Republican strategist Matt Locke says the Thames, well,
they don't care.
Speaker 2 (24:01):
They don't care.
Speaker 30 (24:02):
And that's the thing I always tell everybody about the
Democrat Party when the unconstitutionality of student loans of illegals.
Speaker 31 (24:12):
The goal is to get you dependent upon the government,
and of course to stop the Trump agenda.
Speaker 5 (24:18):
Meantime, another House Democrat, Michigan's Shri Thanadar, introduced articles of
impeachment against Trump. Now you'll remember that earlier this month,
Houston Congressman Al Green said he would introduce impeachment.
Speaker 10 (24:30):
Articles by May fifth.
Speaker 5 (24:32):
It's now five point thirty five on KTRH and looking
at your money overnight training down, futures up one hundred
and seventy nine points. The mainstream media's reports, though, of
economic doom and gloom because of Trump's tariffs, is greatly exaggerated.
Speaker 32 (24:49):
For weeks, the legacy media has been warning about a
recession due to President Trump's tariff policies. But Chevron CEO
Mike Worth tills CNBC those fears are unfounded.
Speaker 15 (24:58):
Here.
Speaker 33 (24:59):
There's no signs that we see at this point that
we're in or close to a recession there are signs
than growth.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
May be slowing.
Speaker 33 (25:06):
Kind again, we have to always be prepared for that.
But ours is a long cycle business.
Speaker 3 (25:10):
He says.
Speaker 32 (25:11):
They look at big picture trends rather than short term
market movements, and right now, the fundamentals of the economy,
like employment and earnings remain strong. Corey Jolson, who's radio
seven forty krh.
Speaker 5 (25:21):
Wild stocks remained volatile. Gold is at more than thirty
three hundred dollars an ounce. Texas tech Benjamin Pala says
it's more stable right now for nervous investors.
Speaker 34 (25:33):
Peers of inflation. Of course, all three of these things
are going to feed into the flight to quality, the
flight safety.
Speaker 5 (25:38):
Some experts predict gold to reach the four thousand dollars
an ounce mark by twenty twenty six. Now, of course,
this trend started years ago. Consumers now fed up with
the out of controlled culture of tipping.
Speaker 35 (25:51):
People got generous after the pandemic, but now every purchase
presents an iPad to tip.
Speaker 36 (25:56):
You see a lot of his resentment that people just
get fed up being asked to in so many different
circumstances they didn't have to before, like outside of a

Heathery Hadn't of Wall Street Journal, says this has become
hard to rein in now, and people are coping by
not tipping on the tacks, while others are just putting

send her a link to Amazon, and chances are good
she'll order it for me better than not. Anyway. Anyway,
I don't know she orders anything from Timu, but they've
implemented their new import charge more than doubling the price
of many items shipped from China in response to terrorifts
(27:35):
from the US. Dome first cheap prices for clothing and
convenience items, the unline retailer must now accommodate a one
hundred and forty five percent import tariff and posed earlier
this month. On Monday, April, the twenty eighth A men's
corduroy cargo jacket price did nearly thirty four dollars, had
the price changed to eighty three dollars after the added
(27:57):
import charge of forty six fifty A sales tax via
of about two fifty. A double bed folding mattress price
did nearly one hundred nineteen dollars cost two hundred and
seventy three dollars after roughly one hundred and forty six
dollars import charge. Would you buy a mattress from a
Chinese company? I can only imagine what they put inside
their mattresses, especially when they cost one hundred and nineteen
(28:20):
bucks to begin with. Team Will has the headquarters in Boston,
but its operations are based in China. Therefore, they are
subject to the Trump Tariff. Shine also impacted by a
trade teriffs, and their prices have been going up. They
announced they would need making price adjustments starting April twenty fifth,
(28:44):
so they're just now making those price adjustments just a
few days ago. The import charge had not appeared on
its website as of April twenty eighth, but they will
be going up here soon. Five forty time for traffic

Two now here In houston's born, news what's Baking milwaukee
famous right? Now unfortunately for them Is Hannah, duggan The
wisconsin judge who has been arrested for what she did deservedly.
So judges are not above the, law although there are
plenty on the progressive left who will tell you That
what she did was. Heroic might have been, illegal but
(33:39):
it sure was. Heroic Cully simpson joins us at The Heritage. Foundation,
CULLY i, mean we've got more and more cases of radical.
JUDGES i guess now there's another judge In wisconsin threatening
a courtroom voycott Over Judge duggan getting. Arrested this is getting.
Ridiculous it is.
Speaker 28 (33:59):
The who's refusing to do her. Work is probably in
violation of the State's Fair Labor Standards, act which says
if you're a government, employee you can't not. Work certainly
a violation of The Federal Fair Labor Standards. Act and,
Look Judge, DUGAN i was a, judge was a judge
for five. YEARS i was a prosecutor's a defense. Attorney
she's a. Disgrace what she did is clearly a violation
(34:19):
of the. Law if the affidavit that THE fba filed
that contains a lot of facts is. TRUE i would also,
add BECAUSE i was a federal, prosecutor they should probably
look at EIGHT. Usc thirteen twenty four bringing in and
harboring certain illego. Aliens here's what she. Did she not
only when she found out from her clerk that federal
(34:42):
agents with an arrest warrant were in the, hallway the public.
Speaker 12 (34:46):
Section of the.
Speaker 28 (34:46):
Courthouse she skidaddled off her, bench slithered out the, door
went into the, hallway and demanded.
Speaker 10 (34:54):
That they leave the.
Speaker 28 (34:55):
COURTHOUSE i, mean what the heck is? That what judge does?
That then she got in their face in an angry,
tone demanded to see the. Paperwork when she saw, it,
clearly she saw that it was. Legit then she purp
walks them demands that they go down to The Chief judge's,
chambers knowing full well the Chief judge was, away in other,
(35:18):
words getting them out of the area so that she could,
then while they were still in The Chief Judge, chambers
slithered back through the back hallway to her, courtroom where
she had the defendant and her public defender sitting in
the jury box where no one. Sits the guy was
not in, custody and she then conceals them and takes
(35:38):
them out the judge's, entrance which is a private, hallway
only to see then that the public defender and the,
defendant who'd been deported by the way, before going down
a different elevator at the federal agents saw him the
dude gets to the bottom floor and then he sprints
(35:59):
out the courthouse and they have to do a footchase
and catch the guy block. Later she's not some you,
Know Rosa brooks. Type this is not one of those.
Things this is a judge who actively participated at a
number of levels in concealing an illegal alien because somehow
she thinks she's above the. Law it's a, disgrace.
Speaker 3 (36:19):
It, is and there are more and more judges that
are like. Her, clearly you, KNOW i would like to
think that people Of milwaukee had no idea how woke
this woman was when they elected. HER i assume that
she's an elected and not an appointed.
Speaker 28 (36:31):
JUDGE i don't know how judges get on the, bench
on the trial bench at the state, level but, LOOK
i don't think a lot of judges are going to
do what she's. Doing there was a judge In boston
during the bomb administration did a similar, thing and she got,
prosecuted as she should. Have but, look being a judge
at the state or federal level is usually the pinnacle
(36:53):
of your legal. Career it certainly was the pinnacle of.
Mine WHEN i was in The Navy, JAGUARS i was
A deputy chief judge The New Marine Corps trial. Juiciary
you don't want to put your reputation on the line
over one. Case Oz, judges you can have a personal,
opinion you keep it to yourself and you call balls
and strikes when you're on the. Bench but she's an
act of participant. Here if THE Fbi Asfi, david WHICH
(37:14):
i encourage people to, read you should put it in
your show notes because it's amazing how many witnesses they talk.
Speaker 37 (37:20):
To.
Speaker 3 (37:21):
Yeah by the, way the.
Speaker 28 (37:22):
Victims of that domestic violence were in the courtroom and
she didn't even let them know. That she skid outled
the defendant out of the.
Speaker 3 (37:29):
COURTROOM i, think, yeah, again these these are the same
liberal judges that supposedly were for women's rights back in
the day and were you, know we were certainly you
would think would want to protect battered. Women but clearly,
this you, know being here illegally is a bigger issue
to them because they don't believe that this country should
have any. Borders.
Speaker 28 (37:49):
Right, well you have to adopt their mentality to understand
on their quotes their, position the defendants are the victims
in their, Mind the perpetrators are the. Victims in their,
Mind so the actual alleged victims of the domestic, violence
they don't. Matter and so that's WHY i wrote that,
(38:10):
Book Roade, prosecutors how radical source lawyers are Destroying america's
communities because those people are pro, defendant pro, criminal anti,
victim copy, hating, zealous and this is the mentality they.
Have that's how they approach these.
Speaker 3 (38:27):
Situations the only way to understand it is to try
to think like they. Do AND i can't do, it

dei in, other words too many, white people too many,
white people not. Enough diversity that's what led to the Fall.
Of rome here, IS yes i know she. GOT fired
i know she's not WORKING at, msnbc anymore but somehow,

so between Her And, david hogg they're really knocking out

you NOW why msnbc fired her Because she's that's one
(47:15):
of the stupidest Things that i've. Ever heard there's a
multitude of things that played, into that but you, know
what not having a national identity after spending, too much growing,
too much and incorporating, too much that's one of the
things that. Did it and In The, united states our
national identity. Is freedom and when YOU use crt and
get everybody fighting against, each other that begins. To dissipate

do with the announcement yesterday in? AUTO tariffs.
Speaker 28 (53:53):

Speaker 44 (53:53):
Believe so and also you keep in Mind at michigan
is home of the middle, class worker that is home
of the blue. Collar worker And What president trump has
done for the past one hundred days is try his
best to bolter up the middle class of this country
that has been forgotten and, quite frankly it's the middle
class of this country that elected him and made him
the forty. Seventh president so by Going To macobe County, in,
(54:15):
michigan really really what he's doing is he is dog
listening to the world that he's GOING to takeet a fight,
for US, to takeet a fight for the. Middle class
and also what's really interesting too Is My west Point
Classmate john james is running for Governor of, michigan too
so my guess is he will be there, as well supporting.
Speaker 3 (54:31):
The president, but again this is.
Speaker 44 (54:33):
The double down on what he has done the past
one hundred days and has focused on the people that
got him elected and that the, middle class blue collar
worker that wants him to Deliver.
Speaker 3 (54:42):
For America, All, right, representive hon if you had to
pick one or two things that really stand out to
you that the president is accomplished in those first one,
hundred days what would. They, be well there's more than
one or.

no one By gen z ers are the worst drivers
and they realize that they're. The worst drivers and how was?
(01:24:00):
This determination made according to The latest, lending Tree study
gen z drivers have the, highest accident rate the, highest
accident rate Which with more duy's, than anybody else, highest
incident rate, highest accident, rate most DUIs and a few
(01:24:22):
other things too that make them the worst drivers. On
the road they had the highest Incident rate from January
first to november thirtieth, of the year gen z ers
eighteen to twenty six had forty nine point zero seven
accidents or incidents, that the incident, by the way is different.
To that accident incident includes, accidents to us. Speeding and
citations they had more per, one thousand drivers nearly double
(01:24:45):
that of the, second. Highest Group millennials gen zers had
the highest accident rate in. The period analyzed the lowest
accent rate went to. The silent degeneration what's left of.
The silent generation that's the one Right before. The baby
boomers and evidently the biggest thing that seems to have an,
(01:25:08):
impact ON this and i would agree with this. Analysis
Is distractions gen zers are more easily, distracted than millennials
who are more Easily distracted, than baby boomers who are,
more easily, distracted you know Distracted than. The silent generation
and the reason why that is is because of the
(01:25:28):
technology that many of them. Grew up with you Find
a gen z or, even a millennial they're on, their

Seven Thirty. Eight our Times You're On. Houston sporing, News,
all right uh the Trade. War with china we're starting
to see some tariff PRICE increases On. Tamu and shine
that's a couple of a, couple of real really low
priced markdown type online outlets who are adding the, tariff
prices on and of course that's increasing, their prices immensely
(01:43:07):
the prices who are still pretty inexpensive when you get.
Down to it, by the way did you hear how
much money we've made So far in? April from, tariffs
you ready fifteen point nine billion dollars and the month
isn't even. Quite over yet fifteen point nine billion just.
(01:43:28):
In tariff income, By The, way gordon shang who we've
had on, our program before who's An, expert on china
He thinks that china really has already lost. The trade war.
They've already capitulated.
Speaker 37 (01:43:38):
The important thing Here, is that china, without any announcements
is not collecting tariffs, on important goods, so for, instance some,
semiconductors aviation, products industrial, chemicals medical. Devices some medicines and
also they're going to expand that list because there are
Lists circulating in china of one hundred and. Thirty one
(01:43:59):
items china may, not impose tariffs so this is. Going
to expand It means that china is made, an important
concession but it's not saying it's, making a concession which
is a fascinating Insight into the chinese political, system right
now which has become both in. Transigent and inflexible what
is the impact of a one hundred and forty five
(01:44:21):
Percent tariff on chinese goods COMING into. The us cordon
it's not growing at the five point four percent pace
that THEY reported. For q one, it's probably contracting as
we can see from the price Data from Both, february
and march Which signals that china's in.
Speaker 2 (01:44:35):
A deflationary spiral we.
Speaker 37 (01:44:37):
Are seeing underlying indicators that, point to contraction including tax
receipts that were down three point five percent. For the
quarter that's inconsistent. With robust Growth and if china is, not,
contracting now somehow it will be. Contracting very soon so
when you talk about one hundred and forty five one
hundred and forty five percent General tariff, on chinese goods
(01:45:00):
this really means that many factories aren't going to be
selling ANYTHING, to the us which explains why some factories
have already closed and other factories are cutting.
Speaker 3 (01:45:10):
Down, their shifts interesting so things aren't going So. Well.
For china huh go. Figure seven forty time for traffic.
