on KTRH. Our top story a win for President Trump
as a federal appeals court says he can keep control
of the National Guard troops he deployed to La during
the anti Ice riots. KTRH is Claye Travis blames radical
Mayor Karen Bess for forcing Trump's hand.

When you are stacking one bad mayor after another, things
gets so bad that finally many of these cities are
going to need a Rudy Giuliani like figure in order
to just return basic sanity to them. The ruling stays
a lower court ruling that gave California Governor Gavin News
some control of those trips. Trump's effort for self deportations

paying off. The liberal Washington Post estimates that about a
million illegals have left already.

This seems to indicate that Trump's immigration plans are in
fact working.

The highly transient and migratory nature of illegal Alians mean

jobs the welfare.

William Dean with Ali Pax says this will end up
boosting wages for legal immigrants and Americans.

Israel and Iran, but the Iranian Foreign minister reportedly is
scheduled today to meet with European leaders in Geneva. Now,
the White House says that they have had six rounds
of talks with Tehran since the start of the fighting,
impacting the President's decision on American involvement.

based on the fact that there's a substantial chance of
negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran
in the near future. I will make my decision whether
or not to go within the next two weeks.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt the liberal New York
Times reporting that the Iranians would make a nuclear weapon
if their supreme leader is attacked or if the for
Dow enrichment plant is taken out by a bunker buster bomb.

Meantime, Director John Radcliffe reportedly warned officials in private that

Oil prices this morning are almost at seventy six dollars
a barrel of eighty two cents this morning. Gas prices
across Houston now being affected over the last week. They
are up eight cents to two seventy six a gallon

the statewide average up nine to seventh over the last week,
now sitting at chew eighty three at five oh four.
The White House remains optimistic that the President's budget agenda,
that big Beautiful bill, will get a vote in the
Senate within days.

We expect that the bill will pass us at it
next week and it'll be signed by the fourth of July.

National Economics Council Director Kevin Hassett on funks, at least
two Republicans have said they are no votes. Republicans can
afford to lose three, with the Vice President then being

Former President Joe Biden was in Galveston for a Juneteenth
event yesterday. Instead of marking the holiday and being positive,

he attacked President Trump the world sag, saying that we've
led the world and now we're sagging forgetting about what
happened while he was president. Now, according to a report
from Just the News, not only did China try to
interfere and help Biden win in twenty twenty, the FBI
knew about it. They also ordered all of the evidence destroyed.

Political commentator Chuck divorces. Well, probably never know the truth
about what really happened.

It may be very, very difficult to conclusively prove that
there was in fact widespread cheeting sufficient to affect the election.
I think though, that we're going to get drips and drafts.

Fox Business, the Federal Reserve cause inflation by keeping interest
rates too low for too long, so the last thing
they should do is cut them now. The financial advisor
Richard Rosso disagrees the FED.

Twenty twenty five, what a huge win to start today
for President Trump over Gavin Newsom the Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeals. Mind you, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals,
a far left circuit court of Appeals, has sided with
President Trump when it comes to the National Guard and

using the Guard to keep the peace when things get
out of control.

It's a really, really big deal.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
The court granted the motion from the Trump administration for
a stay pending appeal. The court granted the motion, meaning
the Guard may remain under federal control. Shortly after President
Trump issued orders federalizing the Guard in response to those
riots that broke out in Los Angeles, in and around

Los Angeles and went on for well over a week,
Gavin Newsom filed a lawsuit in federal court to block
the move to stop President Trump from being able to
control the guard. He filed the suit in the Northern
District of California rather than in the Central District, which
serves Los Angeles, which of course is just straight up

(08:58):
judge shopping. It's something at the left is very very
good at. It's what they've been doing to try to
hamstring the Trump agenda from literally January twentieth. Every challenge,
every single thing that challenged a judge shop to try
to find the best odds for success getting a left
left wing judge.

So anyway, he filed.

In Central California rather than in Southern California, and I'm sorry,
Northern California, I beg your pardon, rather than in the
Central District, which serves southern California.

Anyway, within hours of the ruling, a three judge panel
at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an administrative
stay a temporary stay in response to the administration's appeal.
Oral arguments were heard before the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday.
Now they've permanently stayed the District Court's tro So we
went from a temporary stay to a permanent stay of

the Court's temporary restraining order pinning the appeal of the case.

From the ruling, we now are persuaded.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
That, under long let me give you a quote here,
we are persuaded that, under long standing precedent, interpreting the
statutory predecessor to twelve four h six, our review of
that decision must be highly deferential. According to excuse me,
affording the president that deference. We conclude that it is
likely that the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority, which

authorizes federalization of the National Guard when the president is
unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of
the United States. All right, that's a lot of legal ease.
Bottom line is President Trump was right, Gavin Newsom was wrong,
and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, very very traditionally
left wing is the one that said so. And that's
because there is no ambiguity in the law. US Code

(10:47):
says the president can absolutely federalize those military forces or
excuse me, specifically national guards to keep the peace. They're
not allowed to be turned against the people, if you will,
but they allowed to protect federal buildings and assets and
so forth. Absolutely they are. It's a massive win. A

Morning In Los, angeles The dodgers went on social media
yesterday and announced that they had DENIED ice agent's entry
to the grounds of the. Ballpark the team said agents
had requested permission to access the parking, lots but AN
ice spokesperson said none of that is. TRUE ice was

never At Dodger stadium and they never tried to gain.
ACCESS ice in fact issued a social media post of
their own saying quote.

Story law enforcement was spotted outside Of Dodger stadium earlier
in the day and it was believed to BE, ice
which prompted some protesters to go to this, site but
in a statement of their own After ICE's, DENIAL Us
customs And Border protection said NO cbp vehicles were in
the stadium parking lot very, briefly but it had nothing

to do with The. Dodgers in other, words they didn't
request any. Access they were there for a moment to
do a consolidated, transfer meaning what the vehicles on the
stadium grounds were unrelated to any operation or. Enforcement the
team found itself in ant or excuse, me the agents

found themselves in a bit of a conundrum where they.
Were they were at a home, depot a local home,
depot and they were trying to make some apprehensions there of,
individuals and they tried to make a consolidated, transfer but
they needed, room so they were looking for an open
space and empty parking lot, area and it happened to

be one inside Of Dodger stadium parking. Facilities So newstation
Reporter Ali bradley reported the purpose of THE fed staging

going to transfer them to transport vans off Of Sunset,
