lot of money in this budget. All the while, the
children were great graduating the kids couldn't spell their own name. Now, fairness,
they are hard names to spell, some of them. But
so the state took over HISD. And what did local

democrats scream? You already know racism because that's what they do,
because you're supposed to let the inner city school district fail,
and you're supposed to let all the black and brown
kids fail. And if you dare try to do something
about it the way you would for your own kid,

then you hate black people. This is the most retarded
mindset imaginable. But this is what they do. This is
where the corruption, this is where the bullying, This is
where that game always wins, except this time. So they
send in Mike Miles to be the superintendent. They removed

the board of trustees, and immediately they start saying Miles
is a bad guy. He hates the black people, he's
the digitsu. I think he's black. It's like Casey in

here we are HISD. We're told that he's doing a

horrible job. HISD scores on the Star test staa R
for grades eight through eight has the district outperforming the
state in math by about three percentage points. The year
over year HISD is higher. The grades in math and

reading are climbing every year that he's there. This guy
should be heralded as a hero. Instead, what's happened? Houston
Chronicle has hammered him in every turn. They have done
nothing but try to tear this man down. Let's take

third grade math scores twenty twenty three, thirty eight, twenty
twenty four, thirty nine, twenty twenty five, forty six. That
is real progress. Eighth grade math scores twenty twenty three,
twenty eight, last year thirty four, this year forty three.

They're going to mess around and double their star scores.
That's amazing, and that is consistent for every grade third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh,
eighth reading scores fourth grade twenty twenty three, thirty eight,
twenty twenty four, forty five, twenty twenty five, fifty. All

these Democrats who talk about race constantly, if you gave
a damn about the black and brown kids, you would
name a parade for this guy. Look at the results
they're getting. They're beating the state. They're no longer a corrupt,
broken school district. They're outperforming the state average. Trend lines

that next year they're going to continue to go up.
We don't know what the ceiling's going to be. But
now you're changing the culture, and that has to mean
that it's a better environment for teachers, because you know

They don't want to do drag shows, they don't want
to go down to Dominican Republican tweet from the beach
that they don't want to go back to school because
the kids all have COVID. They want to teach because

Houston City College, so six' three. Vote it's estimated to
cost two point eight million. Dollars over fifty signs have
to be changed From Houston Community college To Houston City.

showing up to, class and he's got the teachers that
are already on the. Payroll he can't turn those over.

give opportunities in our workplaces and train people and build

Society Houston Community college didn't offer four year, degrees but
now there are certain subject, matter certain degree programs that
they're able to offer a four year degree for pennies

ten thousand dollars. Degree he wanted the universities to commit
to making a ten thousand dollars degree. Possible that if
you did things, right you took your, courses you didn't
