Carlos Gomez, Abner Ruliz, and Eric Menivad all have a
few things in common. They're all from El Salvador, they
all entered the US illegally, and they're all accused of
trying to meet and have sex with minors.

with a minor.

commit this offense. Houston Police say that all three of

these guys were busted under the same sting operation, and
records say that an undercover officer would pose as a
teen and communicate with them online. Now, those records say
that Gomez pulled up to the scene, saw that the
team he thought he was talking to was the cop
and took off.

When the police we're moving in, he saw one and
that's when he's alleged to have driven off at a
high rate of speed, running stop signs, driving recklessly before
striking the closed gate, which then hit the pedestrian.

Gomez wanted to have sex with an undershape underage child.
All three used the same chat form, which apparently is
a dating website called Jamo, and all three of them
were chatting with someone that they believed was either fourteen

can scroll through different profiles. The big difference this app

now he is facing serious charges for the first time.

one of the classmates, admitting he knew Philip had a
gun and was going to shoot, and begged her to

of the classmates at school for months. The family representative
claims he is innocent.

We have proof Calicut was charged with two counts of
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He turned himself in

commit this offense. Houston Police say that all three of

these guys were busted under the same sting operation, and
records say that an undercover officer would pose as a
teen and communicate with them online. Now, those records say
that Gomez pulled up to the scene, saw that the
team he thought he was talking to was the cop
and took off.

that's when he's alleged to have driven off at a
high rate of speed, running stop signs, driving recklessly before
striking the closed gate, which then hit the pedestrian.

Gomez wanted to have sex with an undershape underage child.
All three used the same chat form, which apparently is
a dating website called Jamo, and all three of them

brother comes running over and grabs a little three year
old scoops him away, and the dad not so much

for the kid, but for me to know that I
knew that he's a decent human being and he didn't
want his kid doing that. He's yelling at the kid,
and I said, oh, no, no, it's fine, it's fine,
don't worry. And Crockett was with us, and I said,
my kids are eighteen and nineteen. I miss you know,
little bitty kids. And my wife was saying, yeah, we
miss it.
Speaker 2 (28:44):
Enjoy this time, don't worry. It's fine.

You're out at dinner, but you can't have more than
two bites without you know, them running off or doing
something right, choking, getting where they're not supposed to, throwing
their food whatever.

And so the guy had a hat. What was his school,
Saint John's. The guy was wearing Saint John. I says
that Saint.
Speaker 3 (29:11):
John's in Houston, which is one of the elite private
schools and he said it is. And I said, oh,
you went to Saint John's and he said, yes, Wesley
Hunt went to Saint john A lot of people.
Speaker 4 (29:22):
Who's the movie maker?
Speaker 3 (29:25):
Ramone that yeah, Wes Anderson, uh went to Saint John's.
It's over near River Oaks. And I said, oh, you
went to Saint John's. And I turned to her, I said,
you go to Saint John's. She said I did not.
I went to and I can't remember. It was one
of their rivals, Episcopal Kincaid Saint Thomas.
Speaker 4 (29:42):
But anyway, it was one of their rivals.
Speaker 2 (29:44):
And I said oh.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
I said, well, how did y'all get together and she said, well,
we didn't get together till after college.
Speaker 4 (29:50):
And I said, oh, so you all met in college
and she.
Speaker 3 (29:52):
Said no, I'm an Aggie and he's a longhorn. I said, wow,
this is these are these are fun family traditions, quite
the rivalries, and she said, yes, we started dating before
we knew that we had both attended rival schools. And
we're the same exact year, which I thought was funny.
(30:13):
I saw a meme that said y'all have five weeks
to get married, move, have baby showers and everything. Else
after that, don't ask me to do anything unless it
involves watching Texas football. I'm going to say it again
this year, fellas. Your girlfriend doesn't know any better, so
(30:37):
she's gonna pick a date in November when the weather's
pretty on a Saturday for your wedding and you're in
that coochy coo phase where just you know your testosterone
has dipped. You're taking pictures with her that her mother
(30:58):
and her and and photographer her have all dreamed up.
They've put you in an outfit that you look like
a fool, an absolute fool.
Speaker 4 (31:09):
They've got you. They might as well have you painted
up like boy George, because you're just a doll for her. Look.
You're really just there to be in.
Speaker 3 (31:15):
Her picture, and they've got you with the one where
both of your eyes are looking at each other and
y'all are back to back, and then you're.
Speaker 2 (31:23):
Doing all the.
Speaker 3 (31:25):
Goofy pictures that we get sucked into doing because at
that point you're all lovey dovey, and you don't think
about the fact that her parents are gonna mail that
to all of her parents' friends, some of whom are
your friend's parents, and for.
Speaker 4 (31:39):
The rest of your life. Those photos are out there and.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
Y'all are wearing all white and one of them then
you got the denim in one of them, and you're
all cleaned up and your hair's combed.
Speaker 4 (31:50):
And you look like a dufus. But you're in love
and you're gonna do this for her. We got it.
Speaker 3 (31:55):
Okay, she's gonna pick that date in November.
Speaker 11 (31:59):
That's a sad.
Speaker 3 (32:01):
Because that's when the venue told them you can only
have what November eighth, I don't know what the day is,
and she's gonna go, we have to do this one.
My mom said, we have to do this. It's the
only day we can get this venue. We really want
this venue. It's only day the floor is. You know why,
It's the only day available.
Speaker 4 (32:15):
Do you know why?
Speaker 3 (32:17):
Because it's the biggest day for UT football and the
biggest day for A and M football. And you probably
got U htc U s m U Texas Tech thrown
in for good measure as well. And you are gonna go,
oh oh oh hey, no wa wa wait that that
that that's the that's the day of the big game.
(32:37):
And she said, my mom said, we have to do it. Then,
that's the only day we can get the venue. That's
the only way. Otherwise we have to wait till April.
And when I'm not waiting till April, We're doing it November.
You know what, your friends will put a TV in
the grooms dressing room, yall, and then you're gonna go
oh man, because you don't want to fight it. You
don't want to put your foot down, and that imitation
(32:58):
is gonna go down and.
Speaker 4 (33:00):
Your buddies are gonna doay, hey, Rob, are you serious?
Are you serious?
Speaker 3 (33:05):
Your wedding is on the biggest football day of the year.
I know her mom said we had to do it
because that's today.
Speaker 4 (33:15):
The venue was open.
Speaker 7 (33:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (33:19):
The reason it was open is because the dudes before you.
Speaker 3 (33:23):
A long line of them, said, uh uh, we're not
doing it that Saturday. I'm not asking my friends to
come to a wedding on.
Speaker 2 (33:29):
That day, or a baby shower or a wedding shower.
Speaker 3 (33:33):
Or anything else. Ladies, you've got three quarters of the
year to play in stuff. I know it's hot in
the summer. I know they're all booked up in the spring.
You know why they're all booked up in the spring,
because people aren't committed on saturdays in the Spring. All
we ask, all we ask, I believe that if you
book your wedding on a Saturday during football season, you

deserve to have nobody there and fellas.
