Speaker 1 (00:03):
It's that time, time, time, luck and load.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
So Michael vari Show is on the air. A man

(00:44):
by the name of Oran Ruth.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
R o U t H has been sentenced to seven
years in prison for possession of child porn. This is
apparently a va a very bad guy. If I showed
you a picture of him, you'd say, ugh, it's always

(01:07):
the eyes, always the crazy eyes. Seven years in prison
for possession of child porns. Not the first time or
in Ruth has had trouble with the law, He's had
a lifetime of it. Does that last name sound familiar
to do in any way shape or for him? Well

(01:27):
it should, but alas it probably doesn't. Rou t H.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Is the same name as Ryan Ruth.

Speaker 4 (01:38):
Or Ralph.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Ryan Ruth or Ralth is the man who was arrested
having put the barrel of a gun through the fence
at mar A Lago with the intention of sighting it
in and killing Donald Trump. When he was spotted, he
took to running, and he actually made it a pretty
distance before they finally tracked him down.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
They tried to kill the President on his own property.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Jack Psovic of Human Events reported that.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
The real reason for the.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Raid on mar Lago and Millenniou's painting drawer was to
recover the crossfire hurricane documents. The DNI seems to be
suggesting that that is correct. Toolsey Gabbard the reason President

(02:38):
Trump's home was raided because you can't keep government documents
at your home. Well, wait a minute, Joe Biden's got
government documents in the trunk of his corvette. He's got
government documents literally strewn across the floor of the warehouse

(03:00):
where he keeps his corvette and car collection of much
greater value to the intelligence community. Mike Pence came out
and said, hey, look, just y'all can come to my house.
I got these documents too. It wasn't that these were

(03:21):
secret documents. It's that these were the documents that would
send Barack Obama to prison where they ever released.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
These were the.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Documents that proved what they had done to Trump before
he was elected in sixteen and afterward. Speaking of mar
A Lago, I asked Ramon for our Palm Beach three
trip in October. I asked him to help me because
I have to finalize our selections for our opening night

(03:50):
dinner at mar A Lago. That's the one that President
Trump has strolled into in the past, and I hope
he'll stroll in this time. I don't promise anybody that,
because I didn't promise it the last two times. He
just knew we were there and came in and was
really cool about it. But here is the.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
Menu, Ramon.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
Then you get your Trump sparaitage. Then you've got imported beers.
Domestic beers, say England is reporting an exponential increase in
rape of very young women by Muslim men. It has

(08:50):
been a cultural problem in that country, and it's been
a cultural problem around the world. It's one of those
things that white liberals in office don't feel comfortable talking
about well up sets people when I say this, I
don't wish that their daughter be raped, But if it
is to be the case that someone be raped, I

(09:13):
would rather it be a liberal Democrat's daughter, because I
am tired of those people denying that this is happening.
It is a real cultural problem. It's also the case
that a number of illegal aliens who come to this
country are sexual predators. Every culture is not the same

(09:39):
many countries. In fact, most countries around the world have
a twisted view of sexual relations. That is true in
the Muslim world, it is true in most of Southeast Asia,
and it is true in most of Latin America. Undocumented immigrants,

(10:01):
that's illegal aliens from l Salvador in Harris County Jail
charged with online solicitation of a minor after records reveal
they used the same dating app to attempt to meet
underage girls for sex. This was a sting by the
Houston Police Department and the Ice Houston Field office is

(10:23):
now involved. Keep your daughters off the Houston dating apps,
actually keep your daughters off the dating apps altogether. Here's
the story. Oh clip number thirty two. Mister roelis number
thirty two.

Speaker 5 (10:41):
Story here tonight. Three men who were in the country
the segment started.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
Remember before the segment started, we had talked about we'd
do thirty two.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
Go ahead.

Speaker 5 (10:49):
Top story Here tonight, three men who were in the
country illegally are now behind bars, all charged with online
solicitation of a miner and parents.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
Listen here closely.

Speaker 5 (10:59):
We're told they were all using the same dating app
you may not have even heard of. Here's Fox twenty
six as Abigail Die with the story.

Speaker 6 (11:06):
Carlos Gomez, Abner Ruliz, and Eric Menivad all have a
few things in common. They're all from El Salvador, they
all entered the US illegally, and they're all accused of
trying to meet and have sex with minors.

Speaker 7 (11:20):
The defendant was allegedly there to engage in sexual contact
with a minor.

Speaker 5 (11:25):
A fourteen year old female was who the defendant believed
he was messaging.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
With the intent that the complaining whenness would engage in
sexual conduct with you.

Speaker 6 (11:37):
I got the background on these guys from the ICE
Houston Field Office. They tell me that Ruiz entered the
US illegally on an unknown date. They say Meniva entered
the US illegally in twenty eighteen, was captured and then released,
And they say that Gomez entered the US illegally back
in twenty twelve, was removed, and then re entered to
commit this offense. Houston Police say that all three of

(12:02):
these guys were busted under the same sting operation, and
records say that an undercover officer would pose as a
teen and communicate with them online. Now, those records say
that Gomez pulled up to the scene, saw that the
team he thought he was talking to was the cop
and took off.

Speaker 7 (12:21):
When the police we're moving in, he saw one and
that's when he's alleged to have driven off at a
high rate of speed, running stop signs, driving recklessly before
striking the closed gate, which then hit the pedestrian.

Speaker 8 (12:36):
Who now has multiple injuries bodily injuries, all because Carlos
Gomez wanted to have sex with an undershape underage child.
All three used the same chat form, which apparently is
a dating website called Jamo, and all three of them
were chatting with someone that they believed was either fourteen

(12:58):
sixteen and another fourteen year old as well.

Speaker 6 (13:01):
I downloaded the Jama app to see what it's about,
and it's just like any other dating app where you
can scroll through different profiles. The big difference this app
allows you to message users without matching or their consent. Now,
it says on the Jama website that they have a
zero tolerance policy for any behavior that victimizes children.

Speaker 8 (13:21):
Right here is the weapon of choice for child predators.
The quicker you ag gress that concept, the better off
you're going to be and your child will not be
a victim of cases like this.

Speaker 6 (13:34):
All three of these defendants are being held in the
Harris County Jail on the ice detainers, and Houston Police
say that the sting operation is ongoing. To see this
full story, click on it on Fox twenty six Houston
dot com or on your Fox Local app for Fox
twenty six News. Abigail's Eve.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
Illegal aliens who come to this country have an exponentially
higher number of cases of pedophilia sex with underage girls.
Not that they'll kick the boys out of bed either.

(14:17):
We didn't need to bring more pedophiles into this country.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
We didn't.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
The Daily Mail Online had a headline woman twenty eight
quote gang raped by three Brits was bitten all over
her body during two hour ordeal in Croatian Beach hotel.
Those three Brits oh okay Ami, Ariifi Gezim Zafa and
so Keeb Shakibi. See, they want you to believe it

(14:47):
was white guys. They don't want to have to say
it was Muslims. They don't want to have to admit
there is a problem. But there is a problem. Drunk
driving deaths from illegal aliens from Latin America exponentially higher

(15:07):
than an American citizen. Every culture is not the same.
You might say, well, I feel sorry for people who
grow up in other countries and they develop the patterns
in the mindset of that country.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
That's true.

Speaker 3 (15:25):
Had they been born in this country to the majority
culture of this country, they would far more likely share
the values of this country. But you cannot simply assume
that someone is raised in El Salvador as a young
man and is outside the system such that they come

(15:45):
to this country illegally and that they're going to share
the same values that you as parents, teachers, coaches, and
a culture has spent twenty years building, and that they're
simply going to subscribe to your culture.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
It doesn't happen.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
And so now you are importing, among other things, more
pedophiles and drunk drivers and criminals. Michael Berry's taken from
us far too soon. Yes, Today, July twenty eighth is

(16:23):
National Chocolate Milk Day.

Speaker 2 (16:25):
Ramon, I will give you the.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
News item that happened on this day. You tell me
in what year that occurrence happened. Pancho Villa surrendered to
the Mexican Army on this day in what year?

Speaker 2 (16:39):
Eighteen twenty nine is off by one hundred years?

Speaker 3 (16:43):
Nineteen twenty You got Pershing. Pershing is involved in the
teens nineteen anyway, how about the IRA announces it is
ending its armed conflict with Northern Ireland nineteen seventy nine
is a terror? Guess it was two thousand and five.
What famous automobile was manufactured in Belfast, Northern Ireland? DeLorean

(17:11):
is correct? The DMC. On this day, Hillary Clinton accepted
the Democrat nomination at their convention in what year? Twenty
sixteen is correct? On this day the fourteenth amendment is
adopted in what year?

Speaker 2 (17:31):
Eighteen sixty eight?

Speaker 4 (17:32):
Very close.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
Eighteen seventy is a good guess.

Speaker 3 (17:35):
On this day, the city of Miami was incorporated in
what year? Nineteen oh one is a good guess. Eighteen
ninety six. On this day animal House hit theaters and
college campuses.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
In what year?

Speaker 3 (17:55):
Seventy seven is a great guess. It's nineteen seventy eight,
very good. And on this day robes Pierre loses his
head in France.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Eighteen oh eight is a good guess.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
It was seventeen ninety four, but relatively speaking, relatively speaking,
you didn't have a window within which to work.

Speaker 2 (18:14):
I would give you credit on that. And finally, on.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
This day, a US bomber crashed into the Empire State
Building and fourteen people died. Nineteen fifty one is a
very good guess. It was nineteen forty five that a
US bomber crashed into the Empire State Building, killing fourteen.
I saw a meme this morning that said, at this rate,

(18:40):
the only ones not involved in Russia Trump collusion were
Russia and Trump.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Oh that was pretty good. That's pretty solid.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
David Maulsby every morning sends me a report on someone
who has done something nice for Camp Hope. And Friday,
it was Matt Brice. A Federal American grill for every
Freedom Burger ordered. I think a dollar is given to
Camp Hope, and Matt Brice had just dropped off a
nice check for every Freedom Burger that you have ordered today.

(19:18):
He says that on Saturday, Memorial Drive United Methodist Church
Seniors Group served their monthly Sloppy Joe Social Dinner to
our combat Veteran residence. That's a regular monthly meal that
they come out and cook for Camp Hope. It raises money.
They I'm sorry, they raise the money, prepare the meal

(19:39):
and serve it to our veterans. It's also nice for
our veterans to have outside groups come in and serve them,
feed them, interact with them, love on them.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
It's fantastic.

Speaker 3 (19:50):
They also brought sides a dessert bar with cookies, brownies, cakes,
and ice cream, all served up by the smiling Christian
volunteers of the Memorial Drive United Methodist Church Seniors Group.
So to all of you in that group, thank you
very much. That is super cool and you are fantastic.

(20:13):
We appreciate you. Let's go to Chad's prep where we
see an unfortunate story. Talk about culture. Imagine this was
one of your classmates, a north Shore high school football
star who was committed to Georgia. I don't know if
he's a four star or five star, but Georgia. After
the University of Texas, Georgia has their pick of the litter,

(20:37):
You're going to Georgia to play ball. Name is Chase Callicot.
He was arrested after he was driving in a car
when his friend opened fire on two classmates because they
had a beef with them. Good grief. Deputies say that
the athlete called the mother of one of the classmates

(20:58):
they had just shot at, admitting he knew his friend
had a gun and was going to shoot, and begging
her not to report him, because you know, George is
not going to look too fondly over bringing a four
or five star recruit in who's in the car while
they're shooting at classmates? Enter Kwan LX. Who else? The

(21:21):
story from Fox twenty six.

Speaker 9 (21:23):
Well star football player in Georgia commit Chase Calicut is
heading into his senior year here at Norshore, and right
now he is facing serious charges for the first time.
We are hearing his side of the story since his
arrest and have learned what this can mean for his future,
both on and off the field. North Shore High School
football player Chase Calicut, his family, and community activists held

(21:43):
a press conference outside his home Friday, speaking out for
the first time about the felony charges against the seventeen
year old following a violent driving incident earlier this month.

Speaker 10 (21:53):
I like to think good time, community, friends and family
who's been supporting us sent it out, prayers and well wishes,
and I want to say we will get through this.

Speaker 9 (22:06):
On July six, on Kirkandall Road, Harris County deputy said
Calicut was driving erradically near a car with two classmates inside.
Seventeen year old Isaiah Phillip was in the car with
Calicut and allegedly pointed a gun at the classmates and
fired shots. Afterwards, police say Calicut called the mom of
one of the classmates, admitting he knew Philip had a
gun and was going to shoot, and begged her to

(22:27):
not report him. Police say Calicut had been threatening one
of the classmates at school for months. The family representative
claims he is innocent.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
He din k not commit a crime.

Speaker 11 (22:36):
He was a victim at night.

Speaker 9 (22:38):
We have proof Calicut was charged with two counts of
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He turned himself in
earlier this week and bailed out a jail Thursday after
a judge raised his bond. Calicut recently committed to playing
football for the University of Georgia.

Speaker 11 (22:52):
Georgia got a damn good ball player and they got
a very good key of good character. Once the truth
comes out, and it will come out, we believe he
will be vindicated.

Speaker 9 (23:03):
On July twentieth, authority say Isaiah Phillip was murdered during
a shooting at a summer pool party at a local
apartment complex. At this time, we have not been told
there's a connection to the July sixth and July twentieth shooting.

Speaker 11 (23:17):
It's unfortunate what has happened to Isaiah. It's tragic what
has happened to Isaiah. Our prayers are with Isaiah's family,
and it's unfortunate, it really really is.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
It broke my heart when.

Speaker 11 (23:31):
I heard Isaiah was a kid who had also great
potential too. But it's unfortunate what's happening out here in
these streets man, And it's bad.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
It is.

Speaker 3 (23:45):
How about we look at the source of it maybe,
So let's rewind. We got this kid who has to
be a superstar football player. He's going to Georgia and
there's no doubt he's the best to the best, I mean,
other than the University of Texas. It's the strongest program

(24:06):
in the country right now. He's at North Shore, which
is an amazing football program. He is threatening another These
are facts, not in dispute. He's threatening another student at school.
Then he and his buddy Isaiah Phillips get.

Speaker 4 (24:23):
In the car.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
And they race up next to the guy at school
he's been threatening and then his buddy Isaiah Phillips unloads
on him and two weeks later, his buddy Isaiah Phillips
is murdered. We have got to stop with the nonsense
that these people are victims. You've got to have accountability.
This doesn't happen in every community. Let's get that straight.

(24:48):
And you know why, because it's a question of culture.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
She's born in College Station. Her daddy had a farmer's PhD.
Her first day were taken with the cor On cayl Phiel.
When she graduated, she bought a maroon pick up truck
They celebrated down at the Dixie Chickens and she opened
her vet practiced up now. He was born in Austin.

(25:19):
His daddy had a store down on the drag. Ever
since the school had opened. Relatives were long horn grabs.
His room was painted orange. He was getting his degree
in the band, playing French horn, first roll, second seat,
gig a Maggie's hooking car on one side room of

(25:40):
the burnt orange well. He saw her red a concert
way before Robber Rokeine. She was wearing a naggy shirt.
To him, it didn't mean a thing. Well, he pushed
his way on through the crowd, like get the old
hungry boyd Doude.

Speaker 4 (25:57):
When he's close enough, he.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Shouted, hey, if I sit by you, But she turned
around and stared at him. Couldn't believe her eyes. He
had a burn orange jacket, longhorns from side to side.
Because she looked again and took a chance, said that's
okay with me. Something in that second chance went beyond

(26:20):
the rivalry.

Speaker 4 (26:23):
When your eyes are closing, you're in the dark. The
colors are all the same.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
She's just two beating hearts, not playing any games.

Speaker 10 (26:33):
You can gig them.

Speaker 4 (26:34):
You can hook them.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
One thing will never change.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
When your eyes are closed and you're in the dark,
colors are all the same. When she went to meet
his mother, she was wearing a cowboy hat. When they left,
they hugged each other. Mom said, you're always welcomed back,
which took him home to daddy. She worried about the
ring in his ear. He was making pretty good money,

(27:00):
but its tattoo is pretty clear. But they decided to
get married. Bride'smaids wore maroon. The ring bear cared to
burn orange back us to the ground. Well the ring
that he gave or was diamond mounting on two thumbs,
sitting down on a long ard cradle. Because when it's

(27:22):
said and done, when your eyes are closed and you're
in the dark, the colors are all the same. Just
two beating hearts, not playing any games.

Speaker 5 (27:34):
You can gig them, you can hook them.

Speaker 4 (27:37):
One thing will never change.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
When your eyes are closed and you're in the dark,
The colors are all the same.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
So we were having dinner a couple of weeks ago.
Figure there was a couple.

Speaker 12 (27:49):
Behind us, the table behind us, and they had two
little kids, maybe one was maybe three, one maybe six,
and the three year old stump over and.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
Was holding onto my chair and pulling my shirt from
behind to stabilize because it was that kind of doddering
that little toddlers and old people do. And the older
brother comes running over and grabs a little three year
old scoops him away, and the dad not so much

(28:24):
for the kid, but for me to know that I
knew that he's a decent human being and he didn't
want his kid doing that. He's yelling at the kid,
and I said, oh, no, no, it's fine, it's fine,
don't worry. And Crockett was with us, and I said,
my kids are eighteen and nineteen. I miss you know,
little bitty kids. And my wife was saying, yeah, we
miss it.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
Enjoy this time, don't worry. It's fine.

Speaker 3 (28:46):
You're out at dinner, but you can't have more than
two bites without you know, them running off or doing
something right, choking, getting where they're not supposed to, throwing
their food whatever.

Speaker 4 (28:58):
Little kids, they're adorable.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
And so the guy had a hat. What was his school,
Saint John's. The guy was wearing Saint John. I says
that Saint.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
John's in Houston, which is one of the elite private
schools and he said it is. And I said, oh,
you went to Saint John's and he said, yes, Wesley
Hunt went to Saint john A lot of people.

Speaker 4 (29:22):
Who's the movie maker?

Speaker 3 (29:25):
Ramone that yeah, Wes Anderson, uh went to Saint John's.
It's over near River Oaks. And I said, oh, you
went to Saint John's. And I turned to her, I said,
you go to Saint John's. She said I did not.
I went to and I can't remember. It was one
of their rivals, Episcopal Kincaid Saint Thomas.

Speaker 4 (29:42):
But anyway, it was one of their rivals.

Speaker 2 (29:44):
And I said oh.

Speaker 3 (29:46):
I said, well, how did y'all get together and she said, well,
we didn't get together till after college.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
And I said, oh, so you all met in college
and she.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
Said no, I'm an Aggie and he's a longhorn. I said, wow,
this is these are these are fun family traditions, quite
the rivalries, and she said, yes, we started dating before
we knew that we had both attended rival schools. And
we're the same exact year, which I thought was funny.

(30:13):
I saw a meme that said y'all have five weeks
to get married, move, have baby showers and everything. Else
after that, don't ask me to do anything unless it
involves watching Texas football. I'm going to say it again
this year, fellas. Your girlfriend doesn't know any better, so

(30:37):
she's gonna pick a date in November when the weather's
pretty on a Saturday for your wedding and you're in
that coochy coo phase where just you know your testosterone
has dipped. You're taking pictures with her that her mother

(30:58):
and her and and photographer her have all dreamed up.
They've put you in an outfit that you look like
a fool, an absolute fool.

Speaker 4 (31:09):
They've got you. They might as well have you painted
up like boy George, because you're just a doll for her. Look.
You're really just there to be in.

Speaker 3 (31:15):
Her picture, and they've got you with the one where
both of your eyes are looking at each other and
y'all are back to back, and then you're.

Speaker 2 (31:23):
Doing all the.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
Goofy pictures that we get sucked into doing because at
that point you're all lovey dovey, and you don't think
about the fact that her parents are gonna mail that
to all of her parents' friends, some of whom are
your friend's parents, and for.

Speaker 4 (31:39):
The rest of your life. Those photos are out there and.

Speaker 3 (31:43):
Y'all are wearing all white and one of them then
you got the denim in one of them, and you're
all cleaned up and your hair's combed.

Speaker 4 (31:50):
And you look like a dufus. But you're in love
and you're gonna do this for her. We got it.

Speaker 3 (31:55):
Okay, she's gonna pick that date in November.

Speaker 11 (31:59):
That's a sad.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
Because that's when the venue told them you can only
have what November eighth, I don't know what the day is,
and she's gonna go, we have to do this one.
My mom said, we have to do this. It's the
only day we can get this venue. We really want
this venue. It's only day the floor is. You know why,
It's the only day available.

Speaker 4 (32:15):
Do you know why?

Speaker 3 (32:17):
Because it's the biggest day for UT football and the
biggest day for A and M football. And you probably
got U htc U s m U Texas Tech thrown
in for good measure as well. And you are gonna go,
oh oh oh hey, no wa wa wait that that
that that's the that's the day of the big game.

(32:37):
And she said, my mom said, we have to do it. Then,
that's the only day we can get the venue. That's
the only way. Otherwise we have to wait till April.
And when I'm not waiting till April, We're doing it November.
You know what, your friends will put a TV in
the grooms dressing room, yall, and then you're gonna go
oh man, because you don't want to fight it. You
don't want to put your foot down, and that imitation

(32:58):
is gonna go down and.

Speaker 4 (33:00):
Your buddies are gonna doay, hey, Rob, are you serious?
Are you serious?

Speaker 3 (33:05):
Your wedding is on the biggest football day of the year.
I know her mom said we had to do it
because that's today.

Speaker 4 (33:15):
The venue was open.

Speaker 7 (33:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (33:19):
The reason it was open is because the dudes before you.

Speaker 3 (33:23):
A long line of them, said, uh uh, we're not
doing it that Saturday. I'm not asking my friends to
come to a wedding on.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
That day, or a baby shower or a wedding shower.

Speaker 3 (33:33):
Or anything else. Ladies, you've got three quarters of the
year to play in stuff. I know it's hot in
the summer. I know they're all booked up in the spring.
You know why they're all booked up in the spring,
because people aren't committed on saturdays in the Spring. All
we ask, all we ask, I believe that if you
book your wedding on a Saturday during football season, you

(33:56):
deserve to have nobody there and fellas.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
If you allow that, you already headed down a bad path.
