Speaker 1 (00:04):
It's that time. Time, time, time, luck and load. The
Michael Verie Show is on the air. You've probably seen

(00:31):
the video on now the big fat, black, toneless woman
who was at the ice detention center. She assaulted multiple
ice agents while she's there, and she's screeching and hollering,
just like the people you see at a fight at

(00:53):
the mall, at the food court. And we are at
a point, we have reached a point where there is
no shame any longer. This is what happens when you
say that every behavior is equal in its desired effect,

(01:14):
as long as it is a behavior of people honestly
held screeching and hollering and going ghetto. Fine, Who am
I to criticize it? Because she comes by it honestly.
And we've spent so much time with white liberal women
in universities and on media preaching. Don't you dare question

(01:39):
this behavior because this is that culture's behavior. Drive by shootings.
Uh huh, don't you question it? That's their behavior. But
the officer who tries to stop it and protect the
child that's going to get shot, he's going to prison.
So what we're witnessing now, Al Green, Jasmine Crockett Sheila

(02:03):
Jackson Lee before them all. Now you've got this big,
fat black woman. I don't even know her name. I'm
not gonna bother to know her name. I didn't know
it before all this. She's swinging elbows, throwing punches, cussing
and y who hasn't seen that person before? Who hasn't
seen that person bawling out the cash register attendant? What

(02:27):
do you call a person that checks you out at
the grocery store? The clerk? Is it nonsense? At the
grocery store? The clerk?

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Huh?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Cashier? Okay? Who hadn't seen that person do that? Who
hadn't seen a video of that woman and six other
people look just like her snatching each other's wigs off
and fighting out in the middle of the streets. Who
hadn't seen that person getting a fight at the sports stadium?
And all the polite people just move away. Black people
are so embarrassed to that type of person. So embarrassed.

(03:00):
But who hasn't seen it a hundred times in your life?
And we all know it's there. The problem is it
is increasingly confrontational, and there is absolutely no fear in
those people because they know they are protected. They know it.
They know that they can scream racism and it's all

(03:22):
going to be okay. And that night on seeing an
an MSNBC, it's going to be that if she wasn't
a black woman, you cannot run a society like this.
It's embarrassing. It's embarrassing, and it's awful. That woman probably
can't count to a hundred. She's absolutely stupid, she's absolutely ghetto.

(03:46):
She's behaving in a manner that our codes clearly prevent.
And you got people that went to prison for January
sixth and our side, hear me out. Our side is
not prepared to confront it. Our side will not confront it,
doesn't want to scared of it, scared to death. Everybody

(04:10):
wants somebody else to deal with it. All right, it's
time for little the old rock and roll. If you
know the answer seven one three, nine, one thousand, if
you get the answer right, you will get another opportunity
with another song. Here we go. Yeah, well, I mean
what else do I do? Your minstrels all a tone

(04:40):
so fuck told and tongue raised. Its fine's time full,
Old rocking Bull tis time full he old rocking ball
on The Michael Mary's Show Okay, I've been ridiculed, humiliated, taunted,

(05:01):
and teased over the fact that I messed the game
up last week. So this is Ramon's game in concept
and delivery. Note that we're not getting too to be
fair anything. I'm gonna read. I'm gonna read the song
in something equivalent to Old English, and you answer with
the name of the song and the artist. Here we go,

(05:23):
hark drench mine soul in sweetness, Oh maiden, bold from
goblets high, do pour thy sacaran gold, thy glance, dost
ignite my tunic's thread, And I, inflamed, must raise mine head,
mistow thy sweetness upon me, fair temptress, rain down confections

(05:49):
like arrows of bliss seven nine, nine, one thousand. Do
you want me because I don't want to mess your
game out? Do you want me to announce the chorus
as the chorus or do you want to just continue
with the one with? It doesn't matter just what. You're
just emotional over the post because of the post. I understand, okay,

(06:11):
and your game. It's your game. We're playing here right
There is a slight delay between our show and people
hearing it. So anytime we do something that requires listener calls.
There's a moment for people to hear it and then
have time to call seven one, three nine one does what?

Speaker 2 (06:32):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (06:32):
I can't? I'm sorry, Okay, yeah, I wasn't updated. Here
we go, yeah, Mark, what is the name of the song? Mark?
What song? Oh? You called in early? All right? You
just hold on right there, Mark, all right, let's go
to We don't even need a name. Just take the call.

(06:53):
Call her? What is the song? If you can hear me,
you are on? We're having is who? We're having a
little trouble in the execution here. This is why you

(07:15):
don't let me moan. Oh sorry, Chris, you're on the
Michael Berry Show. What is the song? Uh? Pour a
little Sugar on me by Death Leopard. I'm sorry, we
cannot accept that answer. Next caller, I've been watching too
much Ken Jenny's Next caller, you're up. If you can
hear me, you're up. You've got Mark still on? You
know that?

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Right?

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Okay, what's happening? Are you having a can you hear me? Okay?
They can all start talking. Only the person that's on
will be what I hear? But just hand work up? Hello?
All right? No, no, no, what are you doing. I just
need one caller. I don't need his name. We'll just
go to that caller caller. Can you if you can

(07:59):
hear me? What is the name of the song Pour
Some Sugar on Me by def Leppard? Def Leppard is correct,
the Alchemist's deaf Lepper. All right, here's your next song.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
It is very well documented that words nowadays can actually
break your bones.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Why you're not at the time, the Michael Berry Show
cohlers holder out there will be right to you. Virginia
Tech is one of the most iconic entrances in college football,
with Inner Sandman, fans jump in Unison, and last week
the group played at Virginia Tech's Lane Stadium, which turned

(08:43):
out to be a seismic event. Literally, the Virginia Tech
Seismological Observatory VTSO recorded ground tremors generated by the concerts
immense energy during inter Sandman w d w U dB
J seven.

Speaker 5 (09:02):
With the story what started with a random decision twenty
five years ago culminated in an unforgettable night at Virginia Tech.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
I think We're mystic self put this.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
Metallica's nineteen ninety one hit Enter Sandman was adopted as
the football team's official anthem, becoming an instant tradition that's
found the home at the hearts of Hochi's young, I'm old.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
See an inner sand Man lives is gonna be insane.

Speaker 5 (09:34):
And after two and a half decades of rumors and
hopeful thinking.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
Yeah, well I got waiting for king yaller.

Speaker 5 (09:45):
Let'sten, it finally happened.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
Yeh didn't close, Let's story didn't close. Strong, All right,
here we go. We'll take them in order. Your next
song on the old rock and roll you are your lyrics,
and we'll get to the chorus. Returned, am I clad

(10:21):
once more? In onyx Hue, my name was sung in
every village square, Now risen, unrepentant with vengeance, anew, Let
the friars speak, Let the knaves quake, for this barred
hath awakened, and none shall slake. Keith, what you got

(10:41):
well from the earlier I thought it was def lebern
Morton sugar on me. Yeah, but we moved on from
that one. Keith, I'm sorry. I think I was on
holding it violent. I'm sorry, Oh, no problem, all right,
I'll give you. I'll give you another shot at this one.
Are you ready? Okay? Returned. Am I clad once more

(11:03):
in onyx hue. My name was sung in every village square.
Now risen, unrepentant with vengeance. Anew, Let the friars speak,
Let the knaves quake, for this barred hath awakened, and
none shall slake. I think it might be ac dc
back in black. I think you might be right. Woo,

(11:28):
All right, here we go. You got the next one.
Each blossomed fair concealeth prick and pain, even serenades beneath moonlight.
Weaneth in vain. Though love once bloomed with petals pure,
Now only thorns dost memory endure. Yeay, each flower beareth thorn,

(11:49):
as night beareth morn. I believe it's every rose has
its storms. That is correct. You ready for the next one? Okay,
h are we keeping you from something? No, sir, it's

(12:13):
just I feel all out of stress. Oh that's you know.
This is this is hard. Yeah, No, it's you're good. Yeah,
you got the record so far. Okay, three in a row.
This is You're the Ken Jennings of this game. All right,
here we go. Nay, we shall taketh not my scorn
nor chain. No longer shall my word be law, nor
thy jest our bane, Thine rules adjust thy ways a blight,

(12:37):
We rise, we roar, we claim our right, We taketh
it not nay, not hence nor air. Again, I have
no idea on this one. I'm sorry. Well, we'll send
you away with some nice parting gifts. Gifts Johnny Gilbert,
tell the man what he's won. All right, Joey, you're

(12:57):
going to be next, Are you ready?

Speaker 2 (13:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (13:01):
If Joey gets it wrong, and uh, well you know what,
hold on that. We're working our way through this. Hold
off on Joey, hold off on Joy, I'll I'll uh Joey, Joey.
Do you know the answer to the question Joey? His
name's probably Bob. And I won't put Joey down Joey.

(13:26):
And as I said, up putting the question because of
the pope. Do you know the answer to the song? Oh? One? Now,
all right, if you know the answer seven one three
nine nine nine one thousand, I'll give it to you again. Nay,

(13:48):
we shall take us not my scorn nor chain. No
longer shall thy word be law nor digest our bane.
Thine rules adjust thy ways a blight we right, as
we roar, we claim our right. We take it, not nay,
not hints nor air again. If you know the answer,

(14:11):
give us a ring while we're waiting. President Trump, in
his press conference earlier, said a friend of mine who's
a businessman, very very very top guy. Most of you
would have heard of him, highly neurotic, seriously overweight, and
he takes that fat shot drug that snorted on know one. Hello.

(14:37):
I love that he just says whatever he thinks. Brian.
He's the top guy, very successful. He's fat as hell
and can't stop you just can't stop eating. He takes that,
takes a neurotic, brilliant but neurotic, and he takes that
that fat shot drug. Oh that's good, Gabriella. We've never

(14:58):
had a woman weigh in a right, Gabriella. What you got?

Speaker 2 (15:03):
I think we will Rocky.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
It is not we will Rocky, sweetheart, it is not, Eric,
what is it? We're not gonna take it by twist
and sister. That is correct. You get the first shot
at the next song, which is as follows, proceed thy
wayward air. The tempest shall soon abate. When silence cometh,

(15:28):
thou shalt find my faith. Be not afraid of what's
behind for the dawn, knoweth thine troubled mind. I cannot
read this chorus from moment because it gives it away.
Rocky Locker, Hurricane Scorpions. No, but a good song, A

(15:49):
good song, A very good song. Let's go to heath.
If you know the answer, thank proceed, Brave child of storm,
thy burden weareth as normal as noble form.

Speaker 4 (16:11):
Low can't last long, so'll hurry into cricket city.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
Here is the next song. But in ye old rock
and roll, where we we ramone has translated classic rock
and roll songs into medieval English, and your job is
to tell us what the song is. Okay, here's the

(16:40):
next one. Proceed, thy rebellious air. The tempest shall soon abate.
When silence cometh, Thou shalt find my fate. Be not
afraid of what's behind for the dawn, knoweth thine troubled mind.
Proceed on, Brave Child of storm, thy burden wareth as

(17:02):
noble form ron You're up? What song is that? No idea?
All right, rick, you're up.

Speaker 4 (17:15):
Okay, let's carry on my wayward time.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
I can't very good. Are you ready for the next one?
I think so?

Speaker 2 (17:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
I yearn for thee to inflame my soul. And on
the eve is ripe, and restraint be gone. The hour
be late. The wind doth moan, Let not this chance
depart alone. Cometh set ablaze my innerpire. Thou knowest that
I seeketh fire the night beyond the mood entire, Sweet maiden,
Come light mine fire. I try to set the night

(17:49):
on fire the doors. I'll take light my fire by
the doors, light my fire. I think that qualifies as
the low hanging fruit you're referring to. Okay, here's the
next one. Hark I seeth the lunar planet of ill
intent ascend, and with it storms the gods may send,

(18:11):
take heed good folk. Foul times draw near the winds
doth whisper doom and fear. A flood may cometh. Our
plagues take hold. The livestock falleth. The mead runs cold,
pack thy scrolls and flee thy shire. Ere the ill
lunar planet does rise still higher.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
I don't know. Don't fear the reaper.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
No, this is a this is a tough song. I
wouldn't be wait there. We may have to come back
to you. I wouldn't be surprised if nobody gets this Cheryl.
Oh that's Cheryl. Okay, all right, Cheryl, you're up a rise.

(18:57):
Yes it is. I mean, that's close enough. We're gonna
go with that Roman. We're gonna give credit for that. Yes, yes,
all right, here we go. Uh all right. We are
caught within a snare of doubting, of doubting minds, and

(19:21):
we shan't break free for thy faith unwines. Dost thou
not see our love? Shall fade confined? If thou clingest
to these doubtful minds? Shall I not greet a maid
without the fury? Must every jest be tried in jury?
I bring thee flowers, nor deceit, not deceit? Yet thou
seest betrayal in every beat? It's caught in a bad romance, Lady,

(19:50):
Lady Gaga. No, I can assure you we would not
consider that classic rock. But it's not the worst song.
The problem is her stuff is actually pretty good. I
just can't stand her. All right, Jack Wagon, you're up?
What is it? Jackwag is not going to know? I
have no idea. I was calling in on cancer. No,

(20:14):
all right, Tim, what you got?

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Oh gosh, yeah, I don't know if I know this
one either. Can you say it one more time?

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Yes, I can. We're caught within a snare of doubting minds,
and we shan't wreak free for thy faith unwines. Dost
thou not see our love? Shall fade confined? If thou
clingest to these doubtful minds. Shall I not greet a
maid without thy fury? Must every jest be tried injury?

(20:47):
I bring thee flowers, not deceit yet thou seest betrayal
in every beat?

Speaker 2 (20:57):
Cash Okay, confidence is very low that wins the wind,
Chris Mary.

Speaker 1 (21:08):
Not the worst guess I can think of Jimmy Hendrix's
version or Dylan Ryan. What say you Ryan? Suspicious minds?
Evis presley very good, very well done? All right? You
ready for the next one? Yes, Cast thy gaze deep

(21:31):
into mind soul, sweet maid, and thou shalt see my truth.
Never fade all that I own, all that I bear,
I lay before the bold and bear for all that
I doth. I doth for the There be no joy,
no quest, no plea. Thou wouldst outshine thy love's decree. Yes,
all that I have done I doth for thee. Brian Adams,

(21:59):
everything I do, I do for you. Yes, I didn't
choose that. You can blame Ramon for that one. It
is not a good ass song at all. All right,
here we go. My armor be worn, my plate, my sorry,
my armor be worn. My blade grown cold, and I
mine hands grow heavy with the weight of old I've

(22:20):
tarried long neath Twilight's kiss. Now I tappeth gently upon your,
upon you, on gate of bliss, wrap tap tap I
on Heaven's portculis bold, Oh doth anyone hear me in
that bastion of gold? My journey belong. My sin's not few,
But perchance the angels recall me true burden. Very good guess,

(22:48):
actually incorrect, but very good guess. Ray, what's your guy?
How about don which song? Very good? Sir, very well done?
And the final of the old rocket roll approach it now,
got it right? Bring dreams or dead alike? Bid thy

(23:13):
prayers to Lantern's flame, for the hour is near. In
the shadows, spike whisper secrets neath the bed, Cross thyself
and guard thy head. Taketh mine hand, wonder wanderer through
sleep we travel now where none what's that? Take? Don't speak?

(23:35):
Take my hand, and don't speak.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
Quill who's the last Moneyways, I won't get in.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
That is incorrect, right, we're going to rule that as incorrect.
I couldn't hear what he was saying.

Speaker 1 (24:02):
Oh oh oh, he was repeating it in English. Okay,
all right, okay, I got it. Let's go to Justin
real quick. Justin might know it. Justin, you got it.
It is interesting. We've got some party and gifts, some
prizes for you, Johnny Gilbert, do what you have for Justin.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
You, Michael Berry, you are more to ring the King's English.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
The Wall Street Journal will do the obituaries of famous
people and interesting people, and this past week, this weekend,
there was one on I can't remember his last name
cut off where it says I took a shot I

(25:02):
took a photo of the story. But it's about a
fellow named Bernstein. And he was a diabetic from when
he was a child, and he suffered from chronic fatigue,
debilitating complications.

Speaker 5 (25:22):
He was.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Going once a month to the doctor. They didn't have
a specialization. He's ninety years old. They didn't have a
specialization in diabetes. At the time, we didn't understand diabetes.
So he would go to the doctor once a month
and they would check his blood sugar and they would

(25:50):
tell him to eat a lot of carbs, and that
was their solution. And he started experimenting with a frequency
of insulin shots. And he started figuring out that when
he reduced his carbs rather than increasing them, his body
performed better. His concentration level was higher. So he figured

(26:14):
out that a low carb diet would require less insulin,
and that if he checked his blood sugar regularly, he
could figure out what was spiking or dropping his blood
sugar and he could normalize his levels. Spikes and drops

(26:35):
in blood sugar dramatic ones, very unhealthy that caused long
term chronic problems. So he started figuring out how to
feel better, how to be healthier on his own, despite
the fact that what he was doing modern medicine of
the time was not So he started writing about what

(26:59):
he was experimenting on himself with and what he was learning,
and nobody would take him seriously because he wasn't a doctor.
Got to be a doctor to know everything, So he
went to medical school. When he got out of a
medical school, he started writing articles and now people read them.

(27:19):
He would later make YouTube videos. He wrote a book,
multiple books. One of which was doctor Bernstein's diabetes solution,
was widely read by diabetics, and he went on to
a career of some note treating diabetics and creating new

(27:43):
ways to help diabetics have a normal life. He just
died at ninety. I've told the story before, but I've
had multiple doctors tell me, including on New Davis, my
dad's new concierge. Doctor here at I don't know what
it's called river Oaks Doctors or whatever. It's in that
old river Oaks Bank building. It's called pn C now,

(28:04):
but it used to be called river Oaks Bank. It's
at sam Phillippy and Kirby. It's that old building. There
was a lot of old trust family offices for a
lot of the old Houston families were in that building.
But she made the statement to my wife, he's eighty
five years old, he has his vision, and he's got

(28:27):
ten fingers and ten toes. It's unheard of to have
had diabetes as he has for sixty five years. You
don't end up in that situation. A person like that
didn't just go to the doctor and say, hey, doc,
what's happening? What do I do? They have to aggressively
take on their own treatment plan, study their body and

(28:48):
how their body reacts. And I tell that story about
this doctor Bernstein who went to medical school at forty
five years old so he could be taken seriously because
nobody would believe is a peers, but now that he
had a medical degree, because so many times people who
turn out to be heroes were people who were squashed

(29:12):
or at least suppressed by the supposed experts at the time.
We saw that during COVID, didn't we this McCary, who's
the FDA guy under Trump. There's a video of that
guy being asked if a twelve year old who's already

(29:32):
had twelve oh, sorry, if a ten year old, No,
twelve year old, twelve year old who's already had seven
COVID shots that year should take an eighth. And he said,
we don't know. The data doesn't tell us anything yet.

(29:53):
That is a disqualifying statement. We've never needed seven quote
unquote vaccines and boosters. It was not a vaccin I
want to be very clear on that. Scientifically. There are
people to this day who'll go no, no, no, no, I know, Michael,
I heard you talk about it. I just they prefer

(30:13):
not to think about it. They prefer not to think
about the deep state spying on us. They prefer not
to think about should Julian as Ounge be imprisoned, should Snowden?
They prefer not to think about whether Chauvin should be
in prison or not. They prefer to just pretend it

(30:36):
doesn't happen, pretend it's not out there, and maybe it'll
go away, because they don't want to have to come
to a conclusion that would be upsetting. CNN had on
the screen the following this morning Trump White House International

(30:57):
headlines in the last forty eight hours. Imagine how hard
this was for them to have to read. American hostage
in Gaza set to be released. That's I think Aiden Alexander,
and I haven't seen the screen, but he maybe have
been released by now. Progress in US China trade talks,
ceasefire between India and Pakistan, possible ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine.

(31:21):
Talks could happen this week. How about that there's a
there's a story that's Pakistan had attacked on April twenty second,
they had attacked an Indian tourist site in Kashmir, and
Pakistan wants to take Kashmir for themselves. They went in

(31:45):
and India is ten percent Muslim, Pakistan is almost one
hundred percent Muslim. The Pakistani terrorists go into this tourist
location and the folks are riding horses, so they're away
from the city and protection. The terrorists go in, they
separate the men from the women and children. Women and

(32:08):
children over here, and here's the men, and then they
make everybody drop trial because muslim men are circumcised and
Hindus are not. You were circumcised, You were sent over
there with the women because you're a Muslim. Weren't going
to kill Muslim because they're trying to get Muslims in India
to support Pakistan side against their own nation of India.

(32:30):
So there they were being slaughtered one by one, not
all at one, one by one as their wives and
kids watched, and they knew they were not Muslims by
an uncircumcised wiener, and they slaughtered them. And that is
the reason that last week India hit nine Pakistani sites

(32:50):
where they were training, equipping, funding these folks. And I
will remind you that when Osama bin laden Enemy number
one one of the United States, the man behind nine
to eleven was found, he was found less than a
five minute walk from the Pakistani equivalent of West Point.
