Speaker 1 (00:03):
It's that time, time, time, time, luck and load. The
Michael Very Show is on the air.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Fifty former national intelligence folks who said that what this
he's accusing me of is a Russian planet. They have
said that this has all the care. Four five former
heads of the CIA, both parties say what he's saying
is a bunch of garbage.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
They displayed naked photos of me during an oversight here. Oh,
they have taken the light of my dad's loves for me.

Speaker 4 (00:39):
The most is gone he is on.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
And presented it as darkness. They have no shape.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
I'm extremely proud of my son Hunter. He is overcome
an addiction. He is He's one of the brightest, most
decent men I know. And I am satisfied that I'm
not gonna do anything I said. I said aide by
the jury decision, and I will do that, and I
will not partner.

Speaker 5 (01:23):
The President would not pardon or community for his son Hunter.
I want to make sure that that is not going
to change opin ess. That's the President's So.

Speaker 4 (01:32):
It's still a no, it's still an I will always
know it's still a no. It will be a no.

Speaker 5 (01:37):
It is a no, and I don't have anything else
to add people he pardoned his.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Son No.

Speaker 6 (01:43):
See it on his learned President Biden will pardon his
son Hunter Biden. Let me be the first one that
congratulate the President for deciding to do.

Speaker 7 (02:02):
I hope that President Biden will also issue preemptive pardons
to all of those people threatened by the unjustice of
what will become the Department of Justice in the Trump administration.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
That of course includes.

Speaker 7 (02:16):
Jack Smith and all of his staff, many Department of
Justice lawyers. It includes President Biden himself.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
Don Article two of our constitution. Article one lays out
the legislative branch, arguably the most important branch, the lawmaking branch.
If to remember, our founding fathers were English by education,

(02:57):
by political tradition, a country with a monarchy, but really
led by a parliament which would be the equivalent of
our Congress, that would take on more powers because a
more figurehead king, which we don't have and George Washington

(03:22):
ensured would not have. There was some discussion of us
having a king, and there was a call for Washington
to consent to be that king, and he said, no,
that is not the structure of the government, that is
not the society we want. And thank goodness for it
in his infinite wisdom. Article one lays out the legislative branch.

(03:46):
Article two lays out the executive branch. That branch which
executes on the laws that are written in a course.
Article three the judiciary that will adjudicate the actions of
the executative branch in carrying out the laws, and the
laws themselves to insure once you run it through the filter,
are these consistent with the constitutional limitations? Article two. Section

(04:12):
one establishes the presidency and how it will be determined,
how we will elect the president, and there have been
some changes since the writing of the Constitution, and how.

Speaker 8 (04:24):
We do that.

Speaker 4 (04:25):
But Article two lays out remember we didn't have a
Marine Corps noeign Air Force at the time. The President
shall be Commander in chief of the Army and Navy
of the United States and of the militia of the
several States. When called into the actual service of the
United States, he may require the opinion in writing of

(04:46):
the principal Officer of each of the Executive Departments upon
any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices,
that would be the Cabinet. And he shall have power
to grant reprieves and part or offenses against the United States,
except in cases of impeachment. He shall have power buying,

(05:11):
with the advice and consent of the Senate to make treaties.
And then he can send ambassadors, ministers, consuls, and the light.
He shall replace judges on the Supreme Court. It goes
through each of his powers, and in section two we
get that line he shall have power to grant reprieves

(05:35):
and pardons or offenses against the United States, accept in
cases of impeachment. So we move to his pardon of Hunter. Biden.
They swore that there would be no pardon. The left
handed lesbian immigrant Karine Jean Pierre had been asked if

(05:57):
Joe Biden would pardon his son Hunter, and she didn't
even need to look to her binder or read a
prepared statement. She was already ready for this. There's no question,
absolutely not. He will not pardon his son.

Speaker 5 (06:11):
The President would not pardon or community SeNSS for his
son Hunter. I want to make sure that is not
going to change over for the next six months.

Speaker 9 (06:18):
The President's say it's still a no, It's still an
I will always you know, it's still a no.

Speaker 4 (06:24):
It will be a no.

Speaker 5 (06:25):
It is a no, and I don't have anything else
to add people he.

Speaker 9 (06:28):
Pardoned his son.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
No.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
Joe Biden was on ABC when he himself was asked
if he would pardon his son Hunter, and absolutely not.

Speaker 9 (06:36):
As we sit here in Normandy, your son Hunter is
on trial, and I know that you cannot speak about
an ongoing federal prosecution, but let me ask you. Will
you accept the jury's outcome, their verdict, no matter what
it is.

Speaker 4 (06:51):
Yes, And have you ruled out a pardon for your son?

Speaker 8 (06:54):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (06:56):
He was asked on another occasion, and not only would
he not pardon, but he's very proud of his son.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
I'm extremely proud of my son Hunter. He has overcome
an addiction. He is He's one of the brightest, most
decent men I know. And I am satisfied that I'm
not going to do anything I said. I advide by
the jury decision, and I will do.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
That and I will not partner him. He's so proud
of his son and his son's actions that he left
this voicemail Talis Dad.

Speaker 8 (07:30):
It's age fifteen on home Wednesday night, and a chance
to me called It.

Speaker 4 (07:36):
Doesn't hurt it.

Speaker 8 (07:37):
I just want to talk to you. I taught the
article at least this being not online. He seeing parents
one time? It's good. I think you're clear.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
Well, can you boost that a little up? I want
to make sure people hear that this is Joe Biden
leaving a cryptic voicemail for his son's talis dad.

Speaker 8 (07:55):
It's age fifteen on home Wednesday night. Choose to be
called not.

Speaker 4 (08:01):
It doesn't hurt.

Speaker 8 (08:01):
You just want to talk. I taught the article to
releasing not online. You see your parents long time. It's
good and you're clear.

Speaker 4 (08:11):
I think you're in the clear. You think that was
about you see Joe Biden feels bad because these are
Joe Biden's crimes, not Hunters. Hunter was the straw man.
I will not spend as much time on this particular

(08:33):
show as I did on the three hour Morning Show
earlier today, on the Pardon what it means? Why it happened?
Why the timing? If you want greater to tell, you
can go to that show and hear it. But there
are some things I do feel like I need to cover.
Number one, why now why on December second, or sorry,

(08:56):
December first, yesterday instead of January nineteenth, which is typical.
You normally issue a spate of pardons as the nation
is no longer focused on the outgoing president, but on
the inauguration of the new with all of the new
cabinet coming into office, with all the new officeholders in

(09:17):
the House and the Senate, and the power battle going
on for who will be the speaker and who will
be the majority leader, and what will be the first
one hundred days, So these things tend to get a
bit buried. Hunter was set to be sentenced next week.
You needed to have this happen if you're Joe Biden,

(09:41):
sooner rather than later. This was not an ideal time
by any stretch of the imagination, because now the country
is has the luxury of making this the top news story.
And that's how you know there's going to be a distraction.

(10:03):
We may have to invade somebody. There's going to be
some major news story, because there are people who sit
around creating a strategy for all right, what do we
do to keep people from talking about this pardon? This
pardon hurts the Democrat brand badly. At a time when

(10:27):
the Democrat brand was already in tatters, you saw Kamala
Harris and her drunken message it's pure malpractice for the
team around her to allow her drunk to issue that message.

(10:52):
Malpractice not just for her career because that imagery will
be stuck in people's head, but for the Democrat brand.
Democrats have to start in the next session, which begins.
You know, you're already jocking for the next session to
try to defeat President Trump on every one of his initiatives.

(11:17):
And it's not going to be as difficult for them
as you might imagine, because we keep hearing Republicans have
the House, Republicans have the Senate, Republicans have the White
house hold. On a moment, in the House, you've got
a two hundred and twenty out of four hundred and
thirty five majority. However, you've got stefanic who's going to

(11:42):
step down the least stefawning. You've got Matt Gates who's
already resigned. Don't forget. You've got Congressman Michael Walls from
Florida who will step down immediately after President Trump's inauguration
to join the administrator as the National Security Advisor. So

(12:03):
you just went from two hundred and twenty Republicans to
two seventeen out of four thirty five. Your basic math
means you don't have a majority yet. Now Gates will
be replaced by a DeSantis appointment. The governor in an
unexpired term will have the ability to name Gates's Republican replacement,

(12:26):
and of course it will be a Republican. That's why
gubernatorial elections matter, because when a member of the House
or a member of the Senate dies, becomes incapacitated, or
otherwise steps down, it's the governor of that state who
replaces them. But in any case, we're going to have,

(12:51):
for all intents and purposes, a one if all things
go as we hope, a one vote. And you know
that Democrats don't break with their party, but Republicans will.
And the reason is, particularly when our party is a

(13:13):
Tea Party majority, a MAGA majority, an America First majority.
The first thing that comes through that House, at Trump's
insistence that is cut back on spending, cut back on
the wars. There's going to be a Republican who's in

(13:34):
his last term who's going to flip it. It's going
to happen. Prepare yourself now so you don't blow a gasket,
because it's going to happen. So back to Trump, and sorry.
Back to Biden's pardon of his son, Former US attorney
Andrew Weisman was on MSNBC a few months ago and

(13:58):
he said that Joe Biden was living the rule of
law by not pardoning his crackhead son.

Speaker 6 (14:06):
What is before us is a president who is living
the rule of law. He is living it in the
most in the most personal way. He is not pardoning
his son, which he could do. These are federal charges.
He is not doing that. He is not doing it
because he is living what it means to have a

(14:29):
rule of law in this country. And then is it
is I mean, if you want to know if he
believes it, you could actually see what is happening with
his own son. I mean, I'm not saying that he
should get credit for it, because it is the right
the norm that Trump is exactly. It's that you the
idea that you can't see it, or is that really

(14:52):
what's going on or when you can see what he
is actually living by is his own son is being prosecuted,
and he is allowing the norms that are required to
limit a.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
Democracy to go forward. So he didn't want his son
to be a convicted felon. That's the timing behind us.
That's why they had to make this decision. But the
bigger question is why go back all the way to
twenty fourteen? If I told you these aren't Hunter's crimes,
they're Joe Biden's crimes. And let's get to that, I'm

(15:25):
gonna comry. So it's important to understand that this pardon,
I won't read you the whole words. Just trust me
on This covers January first of twenty fourteen through December
first of twenty twenty four of course that's yesterday. It

(15:47):
covers all federal crimes. And you may ask yourself, why
go back eleven years one, not twelve one, not ten, one,
not eight? When are these crimes.

Speaker 3 (16:04):
Or which.

Speaker 4 (16:07):
Hunter could be charged? So the Biden there's two different
messages coming out here. This is really this is the
most important thing you're gonna hear me say. The Biden
folks wants you to believe, Hey, lo Hunter had a gun,
wasn't supposed to have made an administrative error filling out

(16:30):
the application and disposed of it improperly. It's going through
a bad time in one of his many broken relationships,
including with his recently dead brother's wife and kids, it's
a real messed up deal. And then Hunter adds to
that this was really about addiction. Because if the issue

(16:54):
is addiction, you just had a drug problem, A lot
of people, particularly women, will be sympathetic. You know what,
my son had an addiction, my husband had an addiction,
my dad had I had an addiction. Women will be
very empathetic and therefore sympathetic, let's say to prescription drugs

(17:20):
or for that matter, alcohol. Now the coke and mething
is a lot less empathetic, but people will even say,
you know what, he got hooked. It happens. I mean,
everybody knows somebody. Everybody's got somebody in their family who
had a shoulder, extreme pain, back knee surgery. Doctor gave

(17:44):
him some percocets and they realized it made the way
to the world go away. And pain is an awful
thing and a lot of people are suffering from chronic pain. Alcohol.
People have been drinking since they were or junior high
high school, seniors, college first jobs. It got real easy

(18:06):
to pop a can, to drink some wine, and it
became something they relied on. And Hunter's not a bad guy.
He's an addict. If you are in a metropolitan area
right now. And as long as you don't throw like
Barack Obama, like a girl, you could throw a rock
and you will hit an addict. You will hit a

(18:27):
person who is an admitted addict, who's been to AA,
who lives day by day, who has their coin, who
has their chip, who is struggling with alcoholism because you
never stop and getting through it all. And these folks
tend to be very, very compassionate and merciful. So it's

(18:50):
important to Biden and to Hunter their message that you
believe that this is a drug and alcohol problem. And
I'm going to tell you this. The thing people remember
of Slick Willie and Bill Clinton being a horrible president
was the activities with an intern named Monica Lewinsky that

(19:12):
involved oral sex. That is not Bill Clinton's greatest crime.
His greatest crime involved sending our military into places to distract.

(19:34):
It involved leading to Obamacare. It involved terrible crimes committed
with people who were unalived to cover his financial misdeeds.
You see, the sex and the drugs and the alcohol.

(19:54):
That's something everybody can hold on to, and very smart
people craft a message around that, Hey, you know, my
son had an addiction who hasn't had an addiction. This
is not about an addiction. This is about Hunter Biden
in twenty fourteen getting paid a fortune by the Ukrainian

(20:15):
government in exchange for the billions we were giving them.
The Chinese have paid him and the access they will
never know what of our national interests were sould. That
is treason us.

Speaker 3 (20:26):
That is pikron, sir, It's a baliol. There is no
fairness or decency and what these Republicans are doing. They
have lied over and over about every aspect of my

(20:49):
personal and professional life, so much so that their lies
have become the false facts believed by too many people,
matter how many times it is debunked. They continue to
insist that my father's support of Ukraine against Russia is
the result of a non existent thrive. They displayed naked

(21:11):
photos of me storing and oversight hearing, and they have
taken the light of my dad's loves, the light of
my dad's love for me, and presented it as darkness.
They have no shame. For six years, I've been a
target of the unrelenting Trump attack machine, shouting where's Hunter? Well,

(21:37):
here's my answer.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
I am here.

Speaker 3 (21:42):
Let me state as clearly as I can. My father
was not financially involved in my business, not as a
practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Parisma, not
in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in
my investments at home nor abroad, and certainly not as
an artist.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
You'd forgotten the art part, hadn't you. So let's go
back to January first of twenty fourteen. Biden is staring
down the last two years of being vice president. He's
had a good career. He's made a lot of deals,
He's made a lot of money, He's sold a lot
of influence. His star son was Bowbright was Bo. That's

(22:30):
what he talked so much about. His son, Hunter was
the good for nothing. Hunter was the addict. Bo would
die May thirtieth of the following year, and Joe Biden
would try to use his death for himself. He would
try to use his death, including when speaking to gold

(22:52):
star parents, those who've lost their child in the line
of duty, he would claim that he too was a
gold starter. Bo never saw combat. BO didn't die in combat.
BO died in America getting the best medical care possible.
Do I feel for the man that his son died

(23:14):
at forty six. Yeah, Yeah, that's tough. I concede that
nobody should have to bury their own child, no matter
how evil you are, nobody should have to bury their
own child.

Speaker 3 (23:26):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
If bo would have stood in and been the bag
man the way Hunter would end up being for Joe's crimes,
but I do believe he would have, and without the
smirching the dead. I think their relationship was such that

(23:51):
he was put into position to do. That doesn't matter
because he's already in the throes of a pretty significant
and awful death by brain cancer that would extend into
May thirty, twenty fifteen. So in early twenty fourteen, it's
clear he can't do this, and Joe Biden is looking

(24:15):
at this is my last chance to cash in. So
Biden is responsible in the Obama administration or relations with Ukraine.
Now Putin hasn't invaded things. Zelensky's not the president, but
there is an oil company there, the national oil company

(24:38):
called Barisma, which would become a household name as a
result of what's about to happen. Barisma was under investigation
by a reform minded attorney general because they were corrupt.
There is a great deal of corruption in Ukraine, a
great deal of corruption in Ukraine. So the folks that

(25:04):
are responsible for the corruption at Barisma need the United
States to intervene to get the attorney general kicked out
of his office. This is going in and firing elliot ness.

(25:24):
This is the sort of thing that John Gottie does.
This is the sort of thing that a Jimmy Hoffa does.
This is Sopranos on steroids. Because this is international, you're
gonna leave some fingerprints on a deal like this. So
they say to Joe Biden, hey, you come in and

(25:44):
you handle this, and Joe Biden did. In fact, after
he's out of being Vice president, he actually bragged about it.

Speaker 8 (25:57):
Listen to this.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
I remember going over convincing our team or others to
convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees. And
I went over, I guess the twelve thirteenth time to Kiev,
and I was supposed to announce that there's another billion
dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from

(26:20):
Porshenko and from yachtson Yuk that they would take action
against the state prosecutor, and they didn't. So they said
they were walking out to Prescott. I said no, I said,
I'm not going to We're not going to give you
the billion dollars. They said, you have no authority, you're
not the president. The president said, I said, call them.
I said, I'm telling you're not getting a billion dollars.

(26:42):
I said, you're not getting a billion. I'm going to
be leaving here. I think it was what six hours.
I looked as I'm leaving six hours. If the prosecutor's
not fired, you're not getting the money.

Speaker 8 (26:51):
Oh son of a bitch.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
Got fired, and they put in place someone who was solid.

Speaker 4 (27:00):
He got the attorney general of a sovereign nation who
was investigating a corrupt company there fired because hey, you
want this billion dollars of American taxpayer money, don't you.
That attorney general, who was doing his job was fired

(27:22):
and Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden. Joe Biden was rewarded
with well over a million dollars. But they can't give
a million dollars to Joe Biden. It's hard to launder
that much money. So they gave it to Hunter Biden
by putting him on the board of Barisma. He'd never

(27:42):
even been to UK. He had no idea what he
was doing, and he didn't need to because they weren't
asking for his expertise. Joe Biden delivered, and a foreign
government paid a bribe to our vice president and he
had his son take the cash. That's why Joe Biden
didn't pardon Hunt and pardoned himself.
