Speaker 1 (00:03):
It's that time, time, time, time, luck and load. The
Michael vari Show is on the air.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
That a fake Rusher investigation that interfered. That was a
terrible thing, that was actually a treasonous thing to do.
Those people should have been arrested. They made it up.
They made up a problem with Russia that didn't exist.
Now they've all admitted it didn't exist.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
It was just on to the next one.

Speaker 4 (00:31):
There should be no fuzz on this whatsoever. The Russians
interfered in our election during the twenty sixteen cycle. They
did it with purpose, they did it with sophistication, they
did it with overwhelming technical efforts, and it was an
active measures campaign driven from the top of that government.

Speaker 5 (00:50):
There is no fuzz on that.

Speaker 4 (00:51):
It is a high confidence judgment of the entire intelligence community,
and the members of this committee have seen the intelligence.

Speaker 5 (00:59):
It's not a close call.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
That happened.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
That's about as unfake as you can possibly get and
is very very serious. Which is why it's so refreshing
to see a bipartisan focus on that, because this is
about America, not about any good parts.

Speaker 6 (01:14):
In the.

Speaker 7 (01:18):
In the in I'll be honest with you, when you're
talking about cybersecurity. A lot of it is classified, and
we're not going to provide it because the way we
catch folks is by knowing certain things about them that
they may not want us to know. And if we're
going to monitor this stuff effectively going forward, we don't

(01:39):
want them to know that we know. This is one
of those situations where unless the American people genuinely think
that the professionals in the CIA, the FBI, our entire
intelligence infrastructure, many of whom, by the way, served in
previous administrations and who are Republicans, are less trustworthy than

(02:05):
the Russians, then people should pay attention to what our
intelligence agency says.

Speaker 8 (02:19):
So the effect of what President Obama and his senior
national security team did was subvert the will of the
American people, undermining our democratic republic. Creating this piece of
manufactured intelligence that claims that Russia had helped Donald Trump
get elected contradicted every other assessment that had been made

(02:41):
previously in the months leading up to the election that
said exactly the opposite, that Russia neither had neither the
intent nor the capability to try to quote unquote hack
the United States election for the presidency of the United States.

Speaker 9 (03:06):
Well I don't know if anyone will ever go to prison,
but the fact that we are now openly in government offices,
publicly talking about criminal acts by Barack Obama, by Clapper,

(03:27):
by Comy, by Hillary Clinton. The fact that it is
no longer just influencers and podcasters and talk show hosts
and writers.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
The fact that it is.

Speaker 9 (03:40):
Being talked about publicly and openly is already great progress.
Barack Obama is a bad human being who did bad things,
but nobody ever wanted to touch him because he was
our first black president in he was golden.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
He was evil, and it must be confronted. We got
a lot to get to today.

Speaker 9 (04:07):
Director of National Intelligence Toolsey Gabbard, former vice chair of
the Democrat National Committee, shared details from newly declassified documents
on Friday, saying they reveal overwhelming evidence that an Obama
era group set the stage for the year's long Trump
Russia investigation that followed his election in twenty sixteen, it

(04:29):
actually preceded his election. Gabbard was on Fox News with
Maria Bartiromo, where she said President Obama and his senior
national security team themselves, they themselves, not just people that
they delegated it to subverted the will of the American people.

Speaker 8 (04:49):
The implications of this are frankly, nothing short of historic.
Over one hundred documents that we released on Friday really
detail and provide evident of how this treasonous conspiracy was
directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due
to leave office, after President Trump had already gotten elected.

(05:12):
This is not a Democrat or Republican issue. This is
an issue that is so serious it should concern every
single American because it has to do with the integrity
of our democratic republic. What we saw occur here, as
the documents we released detailed, was that we had a
sitting president the United States and his cabinet and leadership team,
quite frankly, who were not happy with the fact that

(05:34):
President Trump had won the election, that the American people
had chosen Donald J. Trump to be the next president
commander in chief of the United States, and so they
decided that they would do everything possible to try to
undermine his ability to do what voters task President Trump
to do. So, creating this piece of manufactured intelligence that

(05:56):
claims that Russia had helped Donald Trump get elected contradicted every.

Speaker 5 (06:01):
Other assessment that had.

Speaker 8 (06:01):
Been made previously in the months leading up to the
election that said exactly the opposite, that Russia neither had
neither the intent nor the capability to try to quote
unquote hack the United States election for the presidency of
the United States. So the effect of what President Obama
and his senior national security team did was subvert the

(06:22):
will of the American people, undermining our democratic republic and
enacting what would be essentially a year's long coup against
President Trump, who was duly elected by the American people.

Speaker 9 (06:36):
And remember, this wasn't about destroying Trump, it was about
destroying you. You had the audacity to think this government
should be chosen by and report directly to you, and
they won't stand for that. Here's Jim Comey in the

(06:59):
middle of all this, testifying before Congress after President Trump
was elected about election interference.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Not only did he lie.

Speaker 9 (07:07):
Everything he says here has now been debunked, but he
was adamant in that line.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
There should be no fuzz on this whatsoever. The Russians
interfered in our election during the twenty sixteen cycle. They
did it with purpose, they did it with sophistication, they
did it with overwhelming technical efforts, and it was an
active measures campaign driven from the top of that government.

Speaker 5 (07:30):
There is no fuzz on that.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
It is a high confidence judgment of the entire intelligence community,
and the members of this committee have seen the intelligence.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
It's not a close call.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
That happened.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
That's about as unfake as you can possibly get and
is very, very serious. Which is why it's so refreshing
to see a bipartisan focus on that, because this is
about America, not about any particular party. So that was
a hostile act by the Russian government against this country, Yes.

Speaker 6 (07:56):
Sir, In that timeframe, there were more than the C
and the D tripleC that were targets.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
Correct, there was a massive effort to target government and
non governmental near governmental agencies like nonprofits.

Speaker 6 (08:09):
What would be the estimate of how many entities out
there are the Russians specifically targeted in that timeframe.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
It's hundreds.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
I suppose it could be more than a thousand, but
it's at least hundreds.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
Bal wasn't it.

Speaker 9 (08:29):
Trump posted a videos on truth social over the weekend.
It's by the group anonymous, And if you don't know
what anonymous is, it is what uses that face like
a costume?

Speaker 1 (08:47):
Face?

Speaker 9 (08:47):
Looks like a French mustache for a mouth, and it's
a hacker group. And what they do is they hack
ended documents and make them public for a purpose. They're
like investigative journalists, but operating outside the balands of the law.
And then they will use a computer generated and identity

(09:12):
protected voice to tell stories and get things in the
public domain that otherwise can't get there. President Trump posted this,
which gives it a massive audience because then it makes
it onto the other platforms. But I want to amplify

(09:33):
that audience, which is why we play audio like this.
I don't know how much President Trump is saying of
this is true, but I'm going to tell you what
we have long operated in this world of don't say
something unless it's one hundred percent true, and we'll determine
if it's one hundred percent true. If the media tells

(09:54):
us it is, well they're liars. And if the director
of the FBI said as it is, or are the
then President Barack Obama or the CIA director or well,
I don't trust him anymore.

Speaker 1 (10:10):
I believe in.

Speaker 9 (10:11):
Putting things in the public domain and letting the people
because the people still own this country.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
I believe in putting things in the public domain, amplifying
them and letting you decide for yourself. So this is
what President Trump posted to his site.

Speaker 10 (10:26):
This is not speculation, this is document. In fact, for
years they told us Trump was the threat to democracy.
What the real threat was the attempt to remove him.
On December ninth, twenty sixteen, inside the Obama White House,
the classified meeting took place. President were CIA Director John Brennan,

(10:47):
dn I James Clapper, FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and
several senior officials. Barack Obama was there, and what they
discussed would become the most coordinated political deception in US history.
Just days earlier, an internal Intelligence community report concluded Russia
had not altered the outcome of the twenty sixth election.

(11:10):
On December seventh, dn I Clapper reaffirmed it, quote foreign
adversaries did not use cyber attacks on critical infrastructure to
alter the US presidential election outcome end quote. But that
wasn't the story. The Obama administration won it. So after
that White House meeting, Clapper's executive assistant sent out an
email the order prepare a new intelligence assessment, one that

(11:33):
aligned with the President's request.

Speaker 5 (11:37):
That's right.

Speaker 10 (11:37):
Intelligence was politicized at the highest levels under the direction
of a sitting president to frame the incoming one. They
buried prior reports, They inflated the Steele dossier, they reversed conclusions,
and they launched the January sixth, twenty seventeen Intelligence Community
assessment used to trigger investigations, hysteria, Faiza Warrens, and ultimately impeachment.

Speaker 5 (12:05):
It was a soft coup.

Speaker 10 (12:07):
Director of National Intelligence Tulca Gabbard has now declassified the emails, memos.

Speaker 5 (12:12):
And reports.

Speaker 10 (12:13):
In her words, this was a treasonous conspiracy orchestrated by
Barack Obama and carried out by key members of his administration.
General Flynn calls it the greatest crime in American history.
Others are demanding arrests, indictments, and immediate action from the
DOJ because if this stands our constitutional republic false. We

(12:37):
now have names, we have documents, We have sworn testimony.
No more theories, only accountability. My friends, we are all anonymous,
and we speak for the silence, and we are awake,
and we are everywhere, and we will not stop until
the truth is reckoned with.

Speaker 9 (13:01):
I know you understand that we are crossing a rubicon
at this point. We talked about deporting illegal aliens, but
most Republicans when they said it, they set it on
the stump so you'd vote for them, and it was
always an applause line, and there was the hope that

(13:22):
one day, but nobody ever really believed in it.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
Nobody who was making the promise really believed it.

Speaker 9 (13:30):
And the left would say you can't do that or
whatever else, but they were in on the game too.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
It was all a game.

Speaker 9 (13:39):
It was all a game, and everybody played their parts,
except for those of us out here who didn't know
it was a game, who believed that these people believed
that this was our country, that it was sacred, that
we were a nation, our borders were important. And then
what you saw is when folks started being deported, you

(14:03):
saw violence. You saw a willingness to shoot ice agents,
You saw a willingness to burn to maim. You saw
takeovers of communities and burnings and shootings and beatings.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
Because that was never supposed to happen.

Speaker 9 (14:22):
They're going to make attempts on Donald Trump's life, I
have no doubt about that. The exposure of the deep
state and the lies they told on this level were
only supposed to be talked about on this show and
others and websites, and you were supposed to be called
crazies for believing it. Now it's all out in the open,

(14:48):
and this is frightening, frightening. We don't have much time,
but let's go to this. Let's going to be clipped.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
Four h five. This is Democrat Jim Hines on Face
the Nation. He is upset.

Speaker 3 (15:01):
What you saw from the Director of National Intelligence Tulsei
Gabbard was not just a lie, but a very dangerous lie,
because when you start throwing around language like sedition and treason,
somebody is going to get hurt. Now, you pointed out
that the Senate Committee, then led by Marco Rubio, a
Republican and now Secretary of State, found unanimously that Russia

(15:21):
meddled in the election to try to assist Donald Trump.
John Durham special council appointed by Donald Trump investigated this
found that the Senate report was correct. Now, what Tulsi
is doing, it's a little sleight of hand, but it's
worth focusing on. She is saying that the Intelligence Committee
early on said that the Russians could not use cyber

(15:44):
tools to mess with the voting infrastructure. The machines that
tally are votes. And that was true then and it
is true now. Though the Russians tried to break into
a couple of states, you know, election technical infrastructure, they
didn't do it. It is well known and well established.
The Russians packed into the DNC and undertook any number

(16:05):
of other influence operations, including buying reams of Facebook ads
to discredit Hillary Clinton. That is not in contention, right,
And what is horrifying about this whole lie out of
Gabbard is number one, it puts people at risk. And
right now, you know the mouth breathers on MAGA online
are just going out of their minds based on a lie.

(16:25):
And number two, the intelligence community is full of very,
very good people who do their jobs every single day.

Speaker 5 (16:34):
You're listening to Altosino, I wasn't in.

Speaker 9 (16:38):
Trump has made much of the fact that Barack Obama
loved to say that nobody is above the law. Right,
nobody is above the law. Saying this of Donald Trump, well,
Donald Trump has had his wife's underwear drawers raided by

(17:01):
the FBI with orders to shoot to kill if they
were resisted.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
The District Attorney of.

Speaker 9 (17:10):
Atlanta, Fat Fanny you remember her boyfriend Nathan Wade, her
hot dog Jack Smith, who's the president? Who's the Democrats
hired assassin Fat Tish, the color Fat oh Big Tish
in New York. They dragged him to court. They convicted

(17:30):
him of felonies. They made him put up millions and
millions of dollars as collateral to hold on to properties
that his business operates. They have harassed and harangued. The
man was shot in the head. Corey Comparatory was murdered
in the process. They have not stopped, and not one

(17:52):
of them has ever been held to account.

Speaker 1 (17:56):
Here is Barack Obama, and I hope he, I hope
he he has to eat these words.

Speaker 9 (18:01):
Here is Barack Obama campaigning for Joe Biden, who he
knew was brain dead. He knew the man was brain dead.
This is in twenty twenty, and he's campaigning for him.

Speaker 11 (18:12):
When Joe and Kammler are in charge, they're not going
to surround themselves with hecks and lobbyists, but they're going
to appoint qualified public servants who actually care about looking
out for you, for your job, for your family, for
your health, for your security.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
For your planet.

Speaker 11 (18:32):
And that, more than anything, is what separates them from
their opponents. They actually care about every American, including the
ones that don't agree with them, and they're going to
fight for you every day. They care about you, and
they care about this democracy. They believe in a democracy

(18:56):
the right to vote is sacred, and then we shouldn't
be making people wait in line.

Speaker 5 (19:02):
For ten hours to cast their ballot. We should be.

Speaker 12 (19:06):
Making it easier for everybody to vote. They believe that
no one, especially the president, is above the law. They
understand that protest on behalf of social justice. Isn't an
American that's the most American thing there is.

Speaker 11 (19:27):
That's how this country was founded, protesting injustice.

Speaker 9 (19:35):
So next, I'm going to play a clip longer than
we typically play, but we decided it was worth all
of it because this is in all the things we
talk about. These are the most important things. This is
grift and corruption and lawlessness at the highest level of

(19:55):
our government, including the president. Classified documents now that they've
been this was why Trump had to win. This is
why they tried to kill him. They could not let
him be in a position where the documents showing their
crimes could have been revealed to you, Obama, These documents

(20:19):
would show was told that Russian interference did not affect
the twenty sixteen election. He was told that on December ninth,
a month after the election. And yet when he was
asked if Russian hacking cost Hillary Clinton the election, when
you listen carefully, longer clip than we normally play, when

(20:41):
you listen carefully to what he said, this was how
the lie was perpetuated because.

Speaker 12 (20:48):
Of the hacking.

Speaker 6 (20:51):
I'm going to let all the political pundits in this
town have a long discussion about what happened in the election.
It was a fascinating election, so you know, I'm sure
there are going to be a lot of books written
about it. We will provide evidence that we can safely

(21:13):
provide that does not compromise sources and methods. But I'll
be honest with you when you're talking about cybersecurity, a
lot of it is classified, and we're not going to
provide it because the way we catch folks is by

(21:36):
knowing certain things about them that they may not want
us to know. And if we're going to monitor this
stuff effectively going forward, we don't want them to know
that we know.

Speaker 5 (21:50):
So this is one of those situations.

Speaker 6 (21:52):
Where unless the American people genuinely think that the professionals
in the CIA, the FBI, our entire intelligence infrastructure, many
of whom, by the way, served in previous administrations and

(22:16):
who are Republicans, are less trustworthy than the Russians. Then
people should pay attention to what our intelligence agency say.

Speaker 5 (22:36):
What I worry about more than anything is.

Speaker 6 (22:39):
The degree to which, because of the fierceness of the
partisan battle, you've started to see certain folks in the
Republican Party and Republican voters suddenly finding a government and
individual who stand contrary to everything that we stand for

(23:04):
as being okay, because that's how much we dislike Democrats.
I mean, think about it. Some of the people who
historically have been very critical of me for engaging with

(23:25):
Russians and having conversations with them also endorsed the President elect,
even as he was saying that we should stop sanctioning
Russia and being tough on him and work together with
him against our common enemies. It was very complimentary of
mister Putin personally. Everything that happens in this town, everything

(23:48):
that's said is seen through the lens of does this
help or hurt us relative to Democrats or relative to
President Obama and unless that changes, we're.

Speaker 5 (24:02):
Going to continue to be vulnerable to foreign influence.

Speaker 13 (24:04):
Do you believe Vladimir Putin himself authorized the hack? And
do you believe he authorized that to.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
Help Donald Trump?

Speaker 13 (24:13):
Can you say unequivalently that this was not China, that
this was not a four hundred pound guy sitting on
his bed as Donald Trump says, and do these types
of tweets and kinds of statements from Donald Trump and
bold in the Russians.

Speaker 5 (24:29):
But I think what I want to make sure of
is that.

Speaker 6 (24:36):
I give the intelligence community the chance to gather all
the information. But I'd make a larger point, which is
not much happens in Russia without Vladimir Putin.

Speaker 13 (24:46):
Do the tweets, and do the statements by Donald Trump
and bold in Russia.

Speaker 6 (24:52):
Our vulnerability to Russia or any other foreign power is
direct related to how divided, partisan dysfunctional our political processes.
That's the thing that makes us vulnerable. If the fake

(25:13):
news that's being released by some foreign government is almost
identical to reports that are being issued through.

Speaker 5 (25:25):
Partisan news.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
LaToya kadswell, if I love meets Michael Berry, that.

Speaker 9 (25:32):
Raised Jesus when I was running from mayor, I went
and met with Gordon Bethune. I was running from mayor
of Houston two thousand and three. I went and met
with Gordon Bethune, who was the CEO of the largest
employer in Houston that was also the largest partnership business
arrangement with the City of Houston, and that was at

(25:55):
the time Continental Airlines, which became United Airlines after he left.

Speaker 1 (26:00):
Left. He always feared that Chicago based.

Speaker 9 (26:03):
United Airlines would buy out Continental after he left, because
that would mean that the Great Continent Airlines would suffer
quality deficiencies because Continental had a great culture. In United
really didn't. I got to say United has done better
than I would have expected. You know, you never want

(26:25):
a brag on a big airline because no matter how
good you are, you leave in a lot of people
stranded and running, laid and all.

Speaker 1 (26:33):
That sort of stuff.

Speaker 9 (26:34):
But as a culture, United, in fact, their stock last
week took a shot up. United is actually doing better
than they have in a long time. Not as well
as they did under Gordon Bethune. But Gordon Bethune taught
me something when I was running for mayor. He said,
my rule of thumb for leadership is tell people what
you're going to do.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
Do it.

Speaker 9 (26:58):
And then this is the part that a lot of
people people don't understand. Tell them what you did, tell
them what you're going to do, then do it, But
then tell them what you did. You can't just move
on and assume they'll know it. President Trump does not
have the media cheerleading for him.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
Fact, quite the opposite.

Speaker 9 (27:21):
No matter what he does, they criticize. So this morning
I got a press release from his team that said
President Trump has kept his promises. And then some you
can decide whether you agree these promises made, promises kept.
But here's what he had to say, and the promise

(27:44):
that he has kept. Number one, seal the border and
stop the migrant invasion. And then there's the places that
he said at Aurora, Colorado in October, we will close
the border. We will stop the invasion of illegals into
our country. Promises kept. Illegally illegal immigration flows are at
historic lows. Number two, carry out the largest deportation operation

(28:08):
in American history. Well, we know he's doing that, because
that's why the left is squealing. Number three, end inflation
and make America affordable again.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Promise kept.

Speaker 9 (28:20):
Core inflation is nearest is near its lowest level in
four years. Prices for everyday goods continue to fall, and
Americans are growing increasingly.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
Confident about the economic outlook.

Speaker 9 (28:33):
Jobs numbers have trounced expectations for four straight months. You
know how you know gas prices have dropped because the
media is not talking about them. Gas prices are at
their lowest level in four years. Blue collar wage growth
has seen the largest increase in nearly sixty years, and
the stock market has reached record highs. Number four, Make

(28:57):
America the dominant energy producer in the world, promise kept.
President Trump has unleashed American energy independence like never before,
approving record numbers of drilling permits, lifting burdens some regulations,
exporting to foreign countries, and expanding pipelines. I can tell
you living in the energy capital of the world, Houston, Texas,

(29:20):
this is true. Number five, Stop outsourcing and turn the
United States into a manufacturing superpower promise kept. President Trump
pursues his bowl commitment to an American First trade agenda.
Scores of companies have announced trillions of dollars in new investment.

Speaker 1 (29:35):
I'm gonna have to go fast to get all these
in In this segment.

Speaker 9 (29:38):
Number six, large tax cuts for workers and no tax
on tips.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
That's part of the big beautiful bill.

Speaker 9 (29:43):
Defund our Number seven, Defund our Constitution, Defend I'm sorry,
our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our fundamental freedoms,
including freedom of speech, religion, and the right to keep
and bear arms. President Trump signed executive orders dismantling censorship,
protecting religious freedoms, and safeguarding Second Amendment rights.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
You know, you could argue that all.

Speaker 9 (30:03):
The things he did on day one, he should have
dragged those out sandbagged it because some of those things
were subsumed in the bigger stories and.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
People may not even know it. This is why you
got to keep telling your story.

Speaker 9 (30:13):
Number eight, prevent World War iie, restore peace in Europe
and in the Middle East, and build a great iron
dome missile system, shield defense shield over our entire country,
all made in America.

Speaker 1 (30:25):
You can you know what's happened there.

Speaker 9 (30:27):
Number nine in the weaponization of government against the American people.
I think that speech for itself. Number ten, Stop the
migrant crime. In fact, that's what we've been talking about earlier.
Stop the migrant crime epidemic. Demolished the foreign drug cartels,
crush gang violence, and lock up viol offenders.

Speaker 1 (30:43):
You know he's done that. That's why the Democrats are screaming.
They love those people. Number eleven.

Speaker 9 (30:48):
Rebuild our cities, including Washington, DC, making them safe, clean,
and beautiful.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
Again.

Speaker 9 (30:53):
The Left doesn't want that because all the mayors of
the big cities who have created the squalor campaign on it,
improving the squalor while making it only worse.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
Number twelve.

Speaker 9 (31:04):
Strengthen and modernize our military, making it without question the
strongest and most powerful.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
In the world.

Speaker 9 (31:10):
Number thirteen keep the United States dollar as the world's
reserve currency, which it has been since replacing the pound
sterling after World War Two. Number fourteen Fight for and
protect Social Security and Medicare with no cuts, including no
changes to the retirement age. This one is very big

(31:34):
for folks, and I'm going to tell you it's a
tough challenge. It's a real challenge for the President to
do the right thing here and still win the midterms.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
Because this is a mess. It's going to have to
be fixed. Number fifteen.
